Thank you Dr Kalu for the video. A few questions: ▫️ You mentioned cut-off for the NRO which the Deanery will require for the ACF role. Does that mean that your ranking is not important. All that matters is if you passed the cut-off mark to qualify for ranking? ▫️Another thing, can I apply for ACF midway into specialty training. ▫️Lastly, I have already applied for the Public Health Medicine specialty through NRO. Since I have already submitted my application without checking the box about ACF, is there anything I can do about it?
@@onyedikachi8965 thanks for your question. If you want to go through the ACF route, your ranking will be based on ACF interviews, not through national recruitment. Yes, you can switch to ACF within the first three years if training in Public health. If you have already applied for National recruitment application in Public Health and checked that the application is for both clinical and academic, then you should be fine to apply for ACF. Remember ACF deadline is around the corner. Cheers.
Nice one Dr Kalu. Keep up the good work.
