I am from the USA and have been riding for 50 years but now I have to stop. The War has cought up with me. I now travel by watching your video's and they make me feel like I am there. Thank You so much and keep making great videos.
2:59 ... "travelling on own vehicle (bike), at own pace" has always been my mantra ever since I fell in love with moving wheels. Proud to have had you as guests in Finnmark. Your very professional video is now travelling the internet, and I look forward to see all the other episodes. Greetings for Hammerfest :-)
These episodes of Norway have been just stunning. Earth, air and water all coming together to make this magical landscape and you to interpret it for us. Nothing like traveling on a bike even if it rains. Thanks for a great tour
Mark, thank you so much for watching and commenting basically all of my videos until here - and thanks for even watching the africa videos, that were the first ones here on the channel. I didn’t film for TH-cam back then and started to edit them out of Instagram stories - that’s why the quality changed drastically when I started the trip to Norway and really filmed with the purpose of posting the videos here. I hope that you will keep liking the journey if you continue watching the episodes further - I have to admit though that Mauritania, Guinea, the ride to Nimba mountain and the boat ride with Captain Mustafa are still unforgettable to me and some of the most memorable experiences I had on my more recent trips. Thank you so much for joining the ride and diving into the Got2Go world!
@@Got2Go Hey Lea, I'm a fan so I will keep watching. I have also been watching and commenting on the US trip as well. It's a pity there is no option to give 2 thumbs up instead of just one 😊. I think you have a great channel going. Your content, photography, music choice, commentary, narrative style, and humour all make for engrossing, engaging, and entertaining episodes. And the fact that you are a duct tape mechanic, drag your riding partners to places they might not want to go, and make fun of them at will adds to all the merriment. Add to that you do it all with a lovely German accent, an often mischievous smile and we can always hear the passion and smile in your voice as you narrate your journey. So ya, big fan, and I'm sure a lot of people here feel the same way. Kudos to you and keep up the great work and may your channel grow. You make me want to run out, buy a plane ticket to one of these places, and go riding. Tho' Mustafa and his swimming tree are not for me. 😍 Cheers and safe riding. And thank you for all the effort you put into making each episode and taking us on these journeys. Bravo.
It will be a very short (only 2-3 episodes in Finland ) but very cool journey! I promise it will not disappoint (at least I hope so) because it was one of my favorite parts of the whole journey!

Oh what a beautiful place! I hope you can still visit every now and then? I really wish that we would have spent one or two days more in this whole area - it was one of my favorite ones of the whole ride...
@@Got2Go I'm glad you enjoyed the area. I have moved to southern Norway, so I haven’t been there since 2018. Hopefully there will be a trip north this summer.

Yes we were in Finland a few weeks before Noraly visited - until we entered we didn’t know if the borders will be open but we were lucky and were still able to visit! ☺️

Lea, I very much enjoyed your Norway adventure when I first saw it on Facebook. These later youtube episodes have exceeded my expectations. the footage and your evocative narration meld together to form quite an exceptional Journey.
Hey Bryan, that makes me super happy that you found your way from Facebook to here (or at least that you saw the pictures on Facebook when I was on the road and now as well watch the videos here). When I am editing the videos I am always hoping that people follow both channels because I think the videos are such a different experience to the good looking and partly posed pictures that we show on social media. And I as well think the beauty of the country delivers much better through these moving pictures! So thank you for watching here as well!!! ☺️☺️☺️
Of course I enjoyed this part of your journey Lea. It’s a part of the world I will enjoy vicariously through you and your camera. I have no doubt that through the cameras eye along with your stories we will be treated to another stunning adventure into Finland. I’ve got a question for you or maybe two. What is the status of your motorcycle and gear in Africa. Is it getting any better in Switzerland 🇨🇭 with the lockdown. Countries can’t or shouldn’t lockdown people and businesses like this. Either way Lea enjoy the winter. Spring will be here soon. I live in Texas and ride year round. Ride safe and have fun. 🇺🇸
Thanks for watching - and yes, Finland will be great, I think the next two are two of my favorite episodes (I just love the Finns...). My motorcycle is on a boat as it can’t stay longer in Africa due to customs (and borders there are still closed...) - but I hope that I can continue this journey soon the other way round starting from east. Switzerland has a lockdown now I think until mid March or so - we will see how it goes afterwards (and how fast we all can get vaccinated - I feel like really traveling might only be possible again when getting these vaccines. Enjoy your winter in Texas - must be a good time to ride a bike as otherwise it’s sooo hot!
More stunning views of Norway. Sorry you are leaving. I too love king crab although I've only had the N. Pacific variety. Looking forward to Finland. Cheers Lea. Dan 😀🏍🇨🇦
So Norway ends😥 and Finland begins😀. It’s been great following your Norwegian journey, especially the northern part. Stark, beautiful and empty. Not being to rigid in your travel plans has paid off again, I always feel it’s a job half done if you don’t make the most of the country you’re in. I’m pleased you didn’t get hangry in this episode! That crab 🦀 looked delicious mmmm.
Haha, no hangry moments thanks to the 🦀! 😂 Yes the more north we came the more I enjoyed the ride - I have to admit that I was not too crazy about Norway in the beginning (maybe as well because if the bad weather - but as well partly because some places were just really crowded) . But the north was just stunning! And yes, it definitely payed off to stay a day longer - looking back we would have needed even one or two days more to see even more if this area...
Norway has been amazing yet Finland has to come. After watching your videos, Norway is on top of my list. keep making amazing content. Best wishes for your journey and ride safe.
Fantastic videos from your whole journey through Norway and Finland, I've booked to do a very similar trip in June leaving from Glasgow. Heading to Rovaniemi after Kirkenes then down to Helsinki, ferry to Stockholm on the way home. Looking forward to your next adventure 🏍😁
Superb video. Your drone use is definitely the best of all travelogues currently on the internet and getting better every time. Thanks Lea, I can't wait to restart my travels too and you make my enforced imprisonment, (no other description of the bizarre lockdowns), so much more bearable.
Thank you Paul, I am currently in lockdown too! And thanks for that compliment - I really love flying the drone, it makes me so happy, you should see me when I fly it! 😂
How fantastic was that! truly stunning, the wilderness and remoteness just reminds me how humans as a species are insignificant, I'm loving this and will probably have to binge watch the whole series again, can't wait for Finland

Absolutely wonderful journey I will I was with you. 🇬🇧 Looking forward to Finland
Thank you for the lovely comment!
Unbelievable beautiful wow
Cheers Lea. Dan 😀🏍🇨🇦
Yes they are so delicious 🦀🦀🦀
See you next week in Finland! ☺️
Yes the more north we came the more I enjoyed the ride - I have to admit that I was not too crazy about Norway in the beginning (maybe as well because if the bad weather - but as well partly because some places were just really crowded) . But the north was just stunning! And yes, it definitely payed off to stay a day longer - looking back we would have needed even one or two days more to see even more if this area...
Yes, a very nice part of the world. I drove about 5 years ago. The north road from Lakselv to Tana Bru is wide open spaces with great scenery.
Yes it’s very stunning - and as well very different to what I had seen before in Norway...
Stupendo bellissimo video la Finlandia sarà meravigliosa ciao
Great scenery! We will go again one day. Enjoy every part of the trip.
Yes, so many places still to discover 🤯☺️😍
Bravo size, Gitmek için cesaret gerektiren yerlerde motosiklet gezisi. Harikasınız.
👋 Just wonderful and fascinating. I await for your every story be safe on your journey. 😊🇺🇸
Thank you for watching and see you next week hopefully! ☺️
Danke für das schöne Video....immer wieder schön von euch mitgenommen zu werden 🇳🇴🇫🇮
Danke! Und bis bald in 🇫🇮!!!
What a beautiful video. Thanks Lea have a good trip
Thank you for watching!
Yes it was stunning, we could have easily spend a few more days up there in the north! So see you in Finland David, great that you join the journey! ☺️
just noticed you are from Zug, i used to live there .... walchwil by the lake Next door to the engel... loved it there. did all the passes very often, stevio, furka, glausen. go there pretty much every year.
Ah very nice! I am not from Zug but the motorcycles and it’s owner (the Bmw is not mine it’s only borrowed because my tenere is stuck in Africa...)
@@Got2Go ha saw you had the tenere... about to get one... but on hold to because of this dam covid
Freedom to do whatever you plan to do is priceless.... only limits are laws and other's limits of freedom....ciao 🤗🌻
Exactly! That’s real freedom! ☺️
Besides the beautiful sights I like the music you select for your videos 👍
Thank you!

Looking foward for Finland but missing surprisingly beautiful Norway already !
Your videos content and the way you describe the trip are different from everybody else.

I fell in love with Norway but Finland is very beautiful too. I hope to visit them both again somewhere in the future.
Yes, good that they are so close to each other and you can visit both 😂
@@Got2Go Deutschland und Belgien sind auch in meiner Nähe 😋 aber Skandinavien ist schöner. Die Alpenländer kenne ich sehr gut und die sind sehr schön aber ich bin verliebt auf Norwegen geworden.
Brilliant, the roads look amazing
Thank you!!!

Amezing expedation..safe ride always
محتوى رائع ، وقييم جدا ً.
Wunderbar.....
Lovely series of videos. Something I discovered only recently is that Kirkenes is further east than Istanbul!
Oh wow, I didn’t know that either!
