    Just started your workouts a few days ago. I’m at 320 pounds , pretty overweight. Usually I’m too tired and have no energy but just a few of your workouts a day I’ve had so much more energy and trying to set a goal now . Thanks

    Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

    *So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*

    I love that I can do one of your body part workouts as soon as I get to the gym rather than wonder around killing time deciding what I want to do. If I want I can always do another 2 or 2 exercises but can move on to cardio. Great job.

      Dude in the middle kept dipping hjs head down instead of keeping it straight on the upright rows. Good form is more important than number of reps. Try to keep the head straight. I used to do that alot too when I first started.

    You will most definately go places. Coz u listen to ur fans and viewers.I had a real bad pain in the neck thanx to the havasack I carried daily,got worst in the winter.Traced it down to weak traps .started ur traps work out and got good result.

    hey man I'm going to say this again and again I really love your content... You keep me motivated and I'm really seeing progress I've been doing your 5 mins workouts and boy am i seeing gains i remeber the first time I did your tabata workout and I slept like I was dead... one request though can you make a workout that focuses on mobility and flexibility only and another workout on low rep ab routine but for home

    i did one of your lat burnouts after doing p90x3 eccentric upper which usually hurts my lats anyway but HO-LEE-SHEIT did that put the cherry on top.. dead arms, traps and back next two / three days.
    these are great stand alones or to really up it, the burn out after a workout to really kill that muscle.
