If you are not comfortable, then Hair Transplants exist. Better than any topical or pill form medicine. Minoxidil's effect sooner or later wears off and stops working. It can be as early as 6-8 months or 4-5 years. Hair transplant selects DHT resistant follicles from back (donor area) and last even life time. Unless you have other disease like blood pressure issue or diabetes or auto immune. Then transplanted hair can also leave soon. Otherwise your hairs are set for life.

But enough to make it look like he had a full-ish ammount of hair at the front and not look as bad. you could deffo tell it was thin though. Youre right though. Even at that, it was still better than alot of 20 year olds. He had a good run. Esp at his age. Theres guys that go straight bald at 19.

I still slouch when I sit (I spend 8+ hours a day in a chair and tend to slide down over time), but the back exercises keep by back straight while I'm standing.
Nothing wrong with slouching a bit from time to time, being completely straight all the time is not natural either. You should switch between positions more often.

Solid video with good exercises. I like the emphasis on training the traps aside from shugs. Curious though as to why you did not include a trap 3/low trap raise (Charles Poliquin style)? It's a brutal-deadly exercise, very conducive to building strength and hypertrophy of the mid and low traps.
Hi Ryan, nice and very useful videos. I have lagging traps and my training split at the moment is Chest/back, legs, Shoulders and finally arm day. What would u recommend to hit my traps better. Currently I do a superset after shoulders that include DB Shrugs of 8 reps and overhead barbell shrugs of 12 reps. I always keep my lower/Mid traps engaged also during my back training exercises. Man as a guy that lightly injured himself yesterday while doing heavy seated rows without fkn properly warming up, 1:20 hit me like a truck!! Thanks for the amazing advices Ryan and keep on at it!!
Ryan. i got the 30 day garage workout. Its intense. I found myself many times telling you personally to fuck off during my workouts ( giant sets abs almost killed me ). Unfortunately i have gotten sick ( still waiting for my covid test results ) and couldn't finish. I only had 3 workouts left from week 4 before i became ill. Regardless of that minor hiccup, the results from the workout are some of the best I've seen in myself. Ive been working out moderately for 6 years and this was easily the most effective routine I've tried. I am thicker and more defined then i ever have been. With that said, i can't wait to run this routine back a second and a third time to really see some insane progress.
There was an article in Flex or M&F a long time ago about what they were calling “lat shrugs” and it was the same thing as the pull-up/pulldown you showed. I’m talking about the 90s lol
Shaved mine too! When the hair began to a retreat to a more secure location, i.e. my back, I didn't feel like dealing with it anymore. Built for speed now!
Finally someone who gets that. Once you start loosing too much hair, no matter what you do to it, there is no hiding it. Besides.. I have never heard someone say that being bald doesnt look good. Especially when you are big and have beard!
As a fellow bald man in my early 40's, shave it with a razor. I started with the "close buzz" shave but it ALWAYS looks better with the razor. Thank me later!

Saw one of your videos on improving the effectiveness of side and bent laterals by twisting the hands where the thumbs are down and the pinkies are up. It was rare for me to feel like the side and rear delts received any work. It was always traps and front delts. That small change, made a hell of a difference. At almost 60, I can now feel that those heads of my delts are, actually, getting worked.
This man is hilarious! And subsequently, as a result of watching these videos, I have seen awesome personal gains putting these techniques into practice.
