This is one reason I was correct in my assessment that you are an amazing lawyer.

I’ve been waiting for something like this. It’s really hard to find a lawyer who takes cases on contingency

Right when you said "Let's get to the exciting news" a TH-cam ad started playing.

If the expansion plans pan out does this mean that your existing clients with pending matters might get a little bit extra attention that might result in more favorable outcomes including faster resolution?
With the recent spate of SCOTUS decisions that erodes the powers of Executive Branch administrative agencies will plaintiffs cases going before the EEOC be affected negatively? I’m probably wrong, but it seems like the overturning of the Chevron decision could mean that things like the EEOC’s Enforcement Guidelines where they detail out what they consider to be the details of the laws they’re tasked with regulating could be tossed aside.

Good Luck Mr. White with your new adventure.
You stated towards the end of the video that clients usually treat contingency attorneys poorly.
As a recent client of an employment lawyer who took my case on a contingency basis, do you have any advice on how I can be a great client for him and his firm?
Thank you for these videos, they have been insightful on my journey.

I second this question! I'm also in a situation where my attorney is working on a contingency basis. I would like to know how to be a great client for them as well.

I'm hoping I'm being a fantastic client. I'm laying low and not bugging my attorney with foolishness.

Employment cases start without damages....they accrue over time from lost wages and where available front pay, emotional and punitive damages.
If a client funds his own case and it goes the distance resulting in a victory, how bad does it sting to not get your percentage?
Especially when legal fees are reimbursed by the court?

Pandy is the cutest name for it that I’ve ever heard 😂! (I get it though, I’m in true cr*me and I’ve resorted to Pig Latin in a lot of my videos).

I think that most people spend money as if they were a drunken chimpanzee.. so for feast or famine high pay professions I'd say that the person can be fine 🙂 if they're responsible

Best of luck on the venture, one way or another. You said that you're acting up in Portugal, there I know you're exaggerating. I know you're a tough cookie, but an a**○, I think not. But I do hope you're having a nice time.
