tile roofer here what this man mostly says is correct but everything mostly depends on how old the tiles are fresh new ones you can mostly place your foot everywhere in this video the roof angle itself is really flat but it can also degree more to the sky, in that case you are most certain need to place your feet horizon angle on 1 roof tile for most grip possible otherwise you will just slide down and hurt yourself dont try this with really old roof tiles doesnt matter how you do it most certain you will break some maybe alot depending on his weight was 200 pound in my country thats 90 kilos most of my co workers all have big beer stomachs and are way over that and still can walk normaly over it again only try this on fresh new tiles old ones will break doesnt matter what material from clay to concrete
The roofs in Romania are very steep,you basically can't stand up without slipping and breaking your neck,you have to crawl like a demon to change damaged tiles

I’m 240, and can usually walk on tile roofs without breakage. It matters allot on what tiles you’re actually walking on.
