While this baby girl is smart and checking all the boxes as well as her parents being great with her. Simply spending time talking and playing with your baby is enough to help them learn. My two oldest kids are bright and intelligent little people. I never took the time to plan activities...with love and attention your kids will learn to functional well in the world!
Yes- thank you for saying this, because while this video is helpful- it always feels like I'm just not doing enough when I feel like every single day I am trying to hard to engage my son and keep him happy and learning. He's doing great and I have zero need to be concerned or worry, but sometimes looking for stuff like this only makes me feel like I'm somehow not doing enough.
I don't know why all the negative comments. Mama's go teach your kids these things and they'll learn them. It's not rocket science lol. Expose your kids but don't force them. Teach them what you want them to know and know that it's a continuous process. They won't learn in one day. We mamas are absolutely doing amazing jobs. Wishing everyone the best. ❤
FYI for other parents That tip about buying yourself time with letting your baby go to town on a box of tissues is extremely dangerous, that’s a huge choking hazard. Paper towels and tissues should be off limits unless you are right there monitoring them.
As a young, first time, and single mother I’ve watched you for about 3 months now because I wasn’t sure if my son was on track. All we seem to do is play but watching you o see it’s not really playing we’re learning so I just really wanna thank you for reassuring me I’m doing a good job!!!!
I'm an occupational therapy assistant and I'm only 2 minutes into the video and I super impressed and LOVE it!! Just subscribed to the channel and will be recommending this to fellow moms! Love the shot glass and cheerio idea!!! I'll be doing this with my son when he wakes up from his nap. Wanted to add an alternative to the tissue box for parents who are crafty and have babies who love to eat the tissue, save formula cans, puff cans, or just reuse the tissue box and cut a whole in the lid, then put felt in it! That way your tissues aren't wasted or eaten by baby lol
After going back and reading the comments I can see lots of people feeling insecure bout their baby. It’s TH-cam, editing and planning makes everything look better. I don’t think this baby has a clue what’s happening. I say that with nothin but love! Great parents, hands down! Everything they say is true. She acts just like mine and when we talk to him like this it’s cute and feels nice but I know deep down he doesn’t know what’s going on. I say this to say if your kid isn’t as smart as this sweet girl is portrayed don’t trip, you might just be stressed and worried about your kiddo like a good parent should 👶🏻❤️
Very impressive how baby is able to identify the jobs by name. We think it's not doable until we see it being done. The beauty is baby may not get it perfect but trying the activities is fun and gets them there.

@@dm-dns no he has not. Paediatrician still isn’t super concerned. Signed him up for speech therapy just in case but the wait list is 4 months long, he’s already started to talk in the meantime. Never babbled, though.
As a parent with autism who has 4/5 children with autism. If they do not meet milestones, please ask your GP or public health nurse :) delay in milestones could raise red flags for autism.
I would get so tired of talking and acting like that to my kid the whole time... I do play sing and dance with him. Mainly i just go out to have fun and let him crawl and eat dirt 😂 i do like the pillow
Is it normal if your baby doesn’t like being spoon fed? Like mine hates it and I can’t give plates of food either cuz she will play with it. I can only give piece by piece and that is how she eats solid food with me. Just wanna know if it’s normal😢
I have such a hard time getting my 10 (about to be 11) month old to put blocks into holes and stuff similar to that. He WILL NOT do it. He just plays with the blocks and bucket. What should I do? I do it myself and show him but he doesn’t care.
I came for the comments and some help. My baby just turned 10 months last week, but has been doing most of this since he was 6 months old. He actually was stacking the rings today (felt like a huge accomplishment) I haven’t been teaching him to sign, he knows how to say MAMA and PAPA but everything else he likes to be very vocal and points and pulls and bites when he doesn’t want something. We can’t stop him from doing the biting part! By the way he has 6 teeth! With 4 more coming in. So the bites hurt a lot. We have learned to know when they are coming but when he is around other small children he tends to just bite for fun. Anyone have any suggestions? My baby is extremely smart (I know we all have the smartest baby in the world 😂), we usually take 3-4 times showing him something new before he does it himself. But we can’t stop the biting part, and I’m scared to bring small babies around even when they are just weeks apart. Help!
