- 🟢材料:
腸粉 420 克
XO 醬 1 湯匙
蔥 適量
生抽 1 湯匙
老抽 1 湯匙
糖 1 茶匙
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將生抽、老抽和糖混合備用。
2️⃣ 將腸粉切成小段,煎至香脆,加入 1 湯匙 XO 醬和混合豉油翻炒均勻。
3️⃣ 加入蔥段翻炒均勻,即可上碟。
🟢Ingredients:
Rice noodle rolls - 420g
XO sauce - 1 tablespoon
Spring onions - as needed
Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Mix together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.
2️⃣ Cut rice noodle rolls into pieces and fry until crispy. Add 1 tablespoon of XO sauce and the mixed soy sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
3️⃣ Add scallions and stir-fry until evenly distributed. Serve.

A very simple way of frying rice rolls. I too usually steam and eat with all kind of sauces (whatever I have at time of cooking). Thanks very much for sharing.
This is a nice way of cooking it. I usually steam and eat with Hoisun sauce and chili sauce. Thank you. I will try this.
