I've never seen a green sweet potato and white papaya fruit and mango powder maybe supermrkts or health food shops hve that mango powder suppose one can use the mango fruit. But other wise a lovely healthy salad.
the mango powder is used for little sour taste, its made from raw mangoes (sun dried raw (green ) mangoes are ground to get mango powder. hope this helps.

It's a great receipe. Though I am having without vegan mayo as shown in the video, but still the salad came out really awesome.
