I left an easy work from home job that no longer challenged me at age 55, went into a very challenging role in financing . By day 5 I was acutely aware of brain fog and I was scared !! Protein and fat , it’s what keeps me satiated and mentally fit . As a side effect I have lost 30 pounds 😊.
I have a few of these things in place. I take black seed oil, MCT and coconut oil daily. Occasionally olive oil on food. I eat salmon now and then but do not want to try to enter the world of fish oil supplements. Have heard of too many being bad. I am laying on the earth and tanning all over so that should be alot of Vitamin D shouldn't it?
Fish comes from violence & violence is never good on a quantum level. Omega 3 is better found in flax seeds, linseeds, seaweeds, & Chlorella or spirilima.
