Call Annitori but you might double check push and pull are not enabled. Mine worked for multiple years and then would do that but now it's good. It doesn't need enabled both directions although it works either way
Minecwas lovely gor a year now when connected it cuts the bike out on every little bump. Ove tried everything to fix it.

What settings are you running on yours?
How did you do the tender plug to the annitori?
Basically wire the tender backwards to the +/- on the Annitori harness. Harness to the battery is normal
what fuse size do you use ? does it matter? thank you!
Fuse? Just what comes with a battery tender lead
