      Baliwag looks rounder and bigger generally as opposed to andok's.. Chooks-To-Go is too sweet.
      Baliwag is the perfect chicken for me, it's less salty than andok's and less sweeter than Chooks.

      @@ierankhenesguerra16 yes. I agreed. With no offensement s iba po ha? Bale observation konlang s chooks, "HAMONADO" style ang chicken nila. Parang Naka inject na sa laman ng manok ang flavorings kaya kahit walang sauce matamis yung laman notnonly the surface because "Ham cured" ang tiponnyabgor me. While Andoks and Baliwag same lang. Kaya very Natural ang pagka litson nila. Naobserbahan ko lang po

    The best ones are the non-franchise lechon manok stores. Actual inihaw. The sweet-salty soy sauce marinade, the lemongrass stuffing, with calamansi is perfect with rice. I like it MORE than Mang Inasal, even.
    I've never liked Chooks to Go. It's barely okay eaten on its own, and it's very bland with rice. I think Chooks to Go is based on western rotisserie chicken, not inihaw.

    Real thing there differences of how to flavor the chicken
    Mang inasal was have the teremi or ginger
    While tagalog litson manok have a soy sauce lemon grass
    Chooks to go is bean marinated for 24 hours
    Andoks
    Baliwag
    Are both traditional way of grilled chicken

    • @algrand52
      @algrand52 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@miaspy3469 well, consistency should be key in any business model. Not really a fan of chicken being roasted, but Baliwag's pretty decent, even for some informal occasions or s potluck dinner. Consistency just about sums up why countless brands in the same line have come and gone, but Baliwag remains among the dominant players despite it being the priciest.

    The moisture of the chicken depends on how long they roast. The more fresh and newly cooked, the freshest. So in any brand, it depends on where branch you buy the chicken.

    My fave is chooks, no need sauce coz it's already injected in the chicken, it is not dry actually it it more juicy, maybe the branch where it's ordered and took long to deliver. The dry is andoks, like Max's chicken its dry just like fried. Baliwag is really salty in every branch taste like that.
