Very quickly disassembling my KA24DE

  • Hey Guys! Here’s a SUPER quick video of me just going through disassembling my KA24DE out of my 92’ 240sx. Not a very informative video at all, just put this together for the memories 😎

    Since you plan to boost it, you may want to look into the difference between Cleavite A series bearings (2 layer aluminum bearings usually used for a stock rebuild) and Cleavite H series (3 layer usually used for performance motors). I noticed you have the A series by the part number on the box.

      This video is about 2 weeks old as I’ve actually alresdy assembled the longblock. Waiting to post more videos. I used the stock rebuild bearings. I guess now time will tell, but I trust this, and I’ll be shooting for minor power for first setup. I appreciate the info amigo

      @@Perez-ident Yep, I did the same thing actually on my first build. I'm sure it will be fine for moderate power levels. I've just started building the motor for my second KA-T and will be using H series this time around. 👍
