I have ER&PR&HER&. I haven't started chemo or radiation yet. I eas told by onocologist and surgeon. Snd radiation dr. that I can eat anything. My neighbors keeping bringing meals of pizza. Fried chicken, from, breaded pork. It is good. But I'm trying to start eating healthier before chemo next month. What can I rat instead of spinach and most beans. I only like green beans and wax beans and cambels pork and beans. I do like all the berries and most fruit. Please let me know. I'm 66 years old, on low income, handicapped with really bad legs. So alot of walking is out. Please get back to me soon. I start chemo next month after pet and mri scans to see if cancer went anywhere else since masectomy. And anyone out there, please pray for me.

    • @hangtownranger
      @hangtownranger 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

I am happy to pray for you but you really need to push your movement.
Studies show weight resistance right after chemo treatment increases its effectiveness 16%!
That is amazing, just by sitting through chemo and then right after head to the gym or home gym and start lifting weights for an hour will increase your odds of success.
So even if now you can’t walk, use your arms, use your waist, use your back. There are people in wheel chairs who play basketball, are body builders, so we know having legs is not the only way to be fit.
And if you are just saying it hurts to walk, there are tons of videos on TH-cam that will help with that too.
Once you get cancer the first thing you will notice is, you can’t rely on the drs. They are over worked and using poor quality data. They only stick to synthetic medicine, and things that can be patented. So there is zero innovation to actually think about our individual case and our chemistry in our body.
This is where we have to become whole body experts right away.
Start reading books, watching videos, talking to others.
We need healthy food input, and real output of toxins (through urine, skin, and stool).
We need lots of movements, hydration, oxygen/breathe work, and a change in our attitude/thinking.
Our survival will depend on our effort, and God’s will. And that is hard to wrap that kind of responsibility around my head, but I see it is true.
Let’s just pray for each. 😊

You just don't understand. Humans are carnivores.
We know what an animal eats when we discover it, if we want to keep it in a zoo, by studying its digestive tract. This tells you whether or not the animal eats plants or meat.
A human is actually more carnivore than a dog is.
This is why we thrive on a carnivore diet and this is why when people go vegan they fall apart. Literally.
Any professional athlete I've ever seen turn vegan, they start getting injuries that just never heal and their career is officially over. They're never the same player again.
This is because you cannot build a human body on plants. We are not cows. We cannot turn plants into muscle.
This is why cows eat plants and then we eat cows so that we are healthy.
Just like how free range chickens have much higher nutrition than chickens raised in a barn and fed a vegan diet.
Chickens are naturally carnivores and they would be out in the field eating bugs if you let them.
Even their eggs have more nutrition, when they get to eat the carnivore diet that they are meant to eat instead of the vegan diet that they are force-fed.
Notice how vegans have plants squished into the shape of hamburgers and steaks and chicken breasts... Because that's your natural diet and you have to make the garbage food look like and taste like meat so that people will eat it.
The very fact that vegans have to go get injections from their doctor proves that we are not meant to do that.
However, you can literally eat just beef with salt on it every day for the rest of your life and thrive.
You cannot substitute vegan or vegetarian foods in place of meat if you want to be healthy because those foods are not healthy for humans.

If you are vegetarian for moral reasons. I can understand that, but I will encourage you, one thing most cancer nutritionists miss is we need liver more regularly especially if we are low on iron, and low on energy.
Look at the history of the importance of organ meat for the cell production in the human body. We spend too much time eating the “good parts” of meat but really we are designed to also and mostly eat the gross stuff too.
And that’s where soups come in. Good luck.

For some meat works, and they are even consuming meat only in order to get healed. Others do not do as well on much meat, and get healed on a mostly plant-based diet. Others can thrive on a mixed diet. Individualised diet and supplementation. You have to find out what works best for you. Weston Price's research concluded that none of the healthy diets were completely vegan or low fat, and that all contained some forms of animal- and fermented products.
