I would also suggest castor oil packs to prevent and help kill cancer and liver cleansing. So many great uses.

I am getting a lot from these various helpful videos, but so far they've only touched on the more common foods. I live in the Southwest, and have traveled widely. I want to know about Mexican foods like salsa, cilantro, mole, jalapenos, etc. I heard Indian curry is also great against cancer? How about food in Spain, Germany, Argentina, Italy, Japan, China, etc.?

What are your feelings about tumeric and estrogen? And then I see you recommend protein powder. I’m afraid of the whey and increasing estrogen. I watched a video you put out about how cancer survivors can develop eating disorders. You are spot on!!!!!! The information out there is CRAZY and very confusing. Luckily I eat everything I come in contact with but I’m trying to make right decisions about my diet and thank you for helping me!!!!!

Dr. Amy is correct. My sister is currently undergoing chemo for colorectal cancer and the nutritionist at the hospital said whey powder in protein drinks is safe. Of course you have to drink in moderation, too.

Dr Amy, I am recovering from stomach cancer. I had surgery and then chemo, and now it's been a year since I was diagnosed with stage 2B. I had a Ct scan & blood work done several months ago and was told there was no sign of cancer as of today. Any suggestions for me?

It was discovered after I started to get a pain in my stomach after eating. After the 3rd time or so, my wife said that isn't normal, you better get an endoscopy. I got one and as their policy, it was biopsied. A week later I got the results and a week after that I created and inacted my WAR PLAN.

Radiation Disease impacts the lives of many who have had pelvic radiaton as part of their treatment. It can cause a great deal of stress, distress, and humiliation, and rules every aspect of daily life. It deserves far greater attention by the Medical Profession. Suggesting exercise is great, but being aware of the physical barriers some cancer survivors face, as well as ways to overcome them, needs to be included, not ignored! Even Urologists, have been known to underestimate the challenges patients with incontinenc face, and Oncologists are not always aware of the newest solutions. Many patients may feel uncomfortable talking about personal issues, and instead suffer in silence. Even highly rated Cancer Centers have been known to dismiss patient complaints, claiming that there is no such thing, as Radiation Disease, because they would rather not deal with it!

I'm sorry to hear that. You texted about your Mom's arm about 1 month ago.
I had a lumpectomy in June and my doctor sent me to a physical therapist before my surgery to help avoid lymphedema. I still do the exercises.
Please talk to your doctor or find a doctor to help your Mom.
My arm took a while to recover. (My surgeon took some lymph nodes.) Parts of my arm felt numb for a long time. 4 to 5 months. I was told it takes a while for the nerves to reconnect.
