@@DOMIBOY it’s looking great, today was my wash day as well and there’s so many new formations to love on! I think this will be my best set of locs and I’ve had salon done for 1 year, semi-freeform for 1 year, and then I chopped it all and started these!

Used to be after every wash I did or if my hear was matted and I was going to out somewhere - but I accidentally broke my bottle!! So, haven't been misting for about 2 weeks now! 😭

Heya! Thanks - I know all about Congo Locs - actually had a few of my very own! But I was referring specifically to the split ends at the end of the congos. But maybe those splits at the end of the joined congo hair don't have a specific term haha thanks for checking out the vid tho! 🙏🏾✊🏾🙌🏾
Do u use ice cold water when you wash your hair or warm water?
use cold water it tightens the hair, hot water stretches it out more
Exactly what Entle said! It can be hard depending where you are this winter but a nice trick is to suds your hair with warm water and then rinse with cool water. Cold water is always better but it also doesn’t need to be ice freezing cold! A nice regular cool water is fine.
As long as your not blasting burning hot water in your hair 🙅🏾♂️ hope this helps!
