@@DOMIBOY I honestly regret my decision, my hair lost the natural beauty it had before....I used to attract attention anytime I walk, now I just look like what they've been used to seeing. Going forward, I plan to leave it, allow it grow and become more natural, hopefully it returns it's beauty♥️ Thanks Domi, you've been a real inspiration in this journey
@@DOMIBOYnah don’t do it. I followed your advice from years ago and I would rather keep developing my locs on my own. The locticians will tie your locs too tight or they will trick you to believe you need to book appointments with them consistently and this is what leads to thinner dreads that you will eventually cut off. Letting them play in your hair every month or so is a big no no. I notice a lot of girls who get their hair done routinely will usually just end up cutting all of it off anyway. Learn from their mistakes.
almost 5 months in, about 10 baby locks so far and i've been using clay instead of manmade hair products for my hair and it's done wonders, i'll keep using clay forever locks or no locks. Bentonite and kaolin clay are the ones i've used so far, i'd love to see you do a video on them❤ love your videos!
Careful. I used clay for years on loose hair that i kept in twists. It gets trapped in hair especially if in twist. Now that I'm loc'd, I stay away from clay. My locs are easy more dense and prone to trapping than my locs. Use what you have left for facials and body treatments.
hey domi. started freeoforms in september last year as i found your videos and started freeforms, sadly i had to stop free forming as my roots were thinning and i had to get the hair interloced but it was really fun freeforming
I started freeforms at the beginning of 2022 I grew em for a year till I got my first retwist I followed your method bro & it turned out great Preciate the loc content bro
it's only been a year of freeforms for me and I already notice more growth. My hair was already pretty long before I started but I want to remove them now (by combing) because I want more freedom with my hair
So I started with braids twisted out the braids and sponge my hair my question is, Can I get the same type of natural free form look as you from a sponge or do I leave my hair alone and just let it grow?
It’s all about patience this my 1st time growing Freeforms and 2 time growing dreads
Same brotha 🦅

Leave alone throw the sponge away

Wait wait wait. You still need to wash your locs no matter what. You may mot need to need to condition but you definitely need to shampoo/use soap.
