This was so tasty compare to that so that people choose to go for this instead of that cause that was bit costly and less tasty that this. But some. People do mixing this and that so that people will get the taste of both this and that. Also this head and that head was so tasty as well.

There were tons of these fish in the past and it's hard to see this in the Mae Khong river now because of the 3 giant dams in China. The river is dry up in summer and bloody flood in rainy season. But it's good to hear that the science of aquatic animal livestock is successfully of breeding. This problem is not only affect to the aquatic animals but also human, agriculture, shipping etc.

Im a fisherman and i bet the fish was realy fat and oily in taste, if the fish is fresh and healthy, color of the meat dont matter. It will change anyways when you cook it. Most of the fish from supermarket or fish store are much much worse quality then the fish in this video. And this fish look very fresh. If it smells and taste like fish, means it is old! Fresh fish are delicate in taste and melt on tongue. Being a fisherman i can tell that most families in the world never tasted a fresh fish, most familys dont catch their own food .. The fresh fish rule is: want it fresh? catch it yourself.
@@therealjackfisher thats why I buy fish directly from fisherman. They usually go out to sea around 5-6am and comeback on shore on afternoon. The fish is really fresh!

This is awesome and a great learning experience for someone who has just started cooking Asian food. You could edit it down to a shorter version though, and it would be just as good.
