2 bell peppers
1 medium onion
MARINADE
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
