I remember the batomobile coming to our local car dealership, KJ Motors in Orpington in the 60's. It was one of the fiberglass versions. The place was overwhelmed with kids. The organisers just didn't know what to do. I can remember them repeatedly calling over the PA "Children please keep off the batmobile". Needless to say no one took any notice. I just loved the car. Those perfect lines and colours are burnt into the mind of every kid of that era

I actually saw one of these today, parked. The owner was playing baseball on a field nearby. Just stunning see one of these just sitting there. I suspect had every option available. It was spotless too.

I saw the original Batmobile with my Father in SF at their annual car show in 66? 67?, something like that and I stood there as a kid of 10 looking at that as much as the Astin Martin used in the Goldfinger. Anyway, I build custom things too and tip my hat to the creators of this very nostalgic custom Batmobile! If I attain wealth I'll get one.

I can only assume this showed up in my suggestions because of the stories I viewed about the sh*thead real estate guy in Kalifornistan that convinced a sheriff that just lost reelection to send 4 cops to another state just to harass this guy for moving him down the list for getting the next car because he failed to make a payment and ghosted the car maker for half a year. The County supervisors in San Mateo got an earful from locals about the waste of taxpayer funds and the abuse of power.
I'm 3D printings a high detailed 1.6 scale of it just now all resin printed 12k and 8k parts its beautiful i also have the most highly accurate adam west and bust ward cad designs that ive printed in 1.6 to go with it for the ultimate diorama! Things going to be massive!
