Excellent workflow, infact this could be a great way to make seamless Looping "Sims", or at least what looks like a sim, definitely opens some more doors. Thanks
Agree, it is one of the great way to make seamless Looping "Sims", I found out that using this approach can be easier to control the shape of the fluid I want, but the most challenging part is the "Gravity" of the fluid, it really depends on how we control the "Effector"
@@Chong3D I believe if you animate the Effector´s curve smooth and quickly in some frames you´ll get this feeling, by the way, awesome tutorial, I´m learning too much. Thank you
This is... NUTS! One of the best applications of GN so far! I've been experimenting with a fake cloth sim as well.. No results yet but this fluidy trick is promising..
I just recently stumbled upon your tutorials. Great stuff! I am rather new to blender, but I fell in love with geometry nodes. Your tutorials help me a lot with exploring new methods. You should have way more subscribers! Keep it up! Btw. What's your profession? Are you a professional animator?

Hi, at 10:33 when you add the float curve, the effector actually affects the shape of the ice lolly before the fluid touches it. Any solution to that?
Great tutorial , but as I'm using blender 4.0 so there is no node for transfer attribute , so there is any solution for it ? Thank you :)
You can use Nearest Sample index node
yup ! I did it@@blenderartsy
Needs polishing.
