Hi Lynn I’m what you would call a silent watcher. Been with you since very early on when you had a few hundred subscribers and never commented before. I throughly enjoy your channel and look forward to see what your up to. This absolutely hit home with me today and i am going to try this. I’m disgusted with how much I weigh as I am only 5’ 2”. I’m 50 years old and unfortunately I don’t get out much due to ill health and spend an awful lot of time in bed so I can’t exercise. I’m going to give this a go with the help of my husband. Thanks Lynn for sharing this and I just want to say everything you show I throughly enjoy love Abi.
A big pat on the back Lynn that’s an incredible weight loss for you, it’s not as though you’re 20 stone! Well I started last Monday(you inspired me). I’ve also started taking Rheal as I’ve had ibs for donkeys years, I’m on medication for it. My stomach immediately felt calmer. I take it as soon as I wake up in water, nothing else until 12.30 then I have a protein and salad sandwich (small bread) and a bowl of soup. Afternoon I have fruit and low fat Greek yoghurt. My main meal in the evening is at 5.30, cut out all snacks . My weigh in day is tomorrow, I won’t have lost 8lbs…but it’s a start! Thanks for the inspiration 🌺 xx👏🏻 xx
Oh I’m so glad that it’s worked for you Rita, it’s worked wonders for me, it really has. It sounds like you have done really well Rita, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for your weigh in tomorrow, I’d be delighted if you could let me know how you’ve got on. My weight loss has slowed down now, I knew it would do, but it’s better that way, because slow and steady stays off, so as long as I don’t put on, and keep losing, even if it’s only 1 lb, I’ll be cockahoop. I’ll be keeping everyone updated every week in my Sunday videos. I’m on it lol, I think you may be surprised tomorrow 🤞🤞🤞 ❤️❤️❤️
@@Nanna-M I lost 3lb Lynn. I think that’s a fair amount really as I had two days last week that life got in the way,I’ve got to learn to say No more often though, for instance my son came round with a crumble he had made for our lunch yesterday…(how could I refuse not to have any after his effort?) My other son works for Cadburys !! 😱😱. I think I will be following you at a slower pace Lynn 🤣🤣 xx
Well done Lynn on your weight loss you doing so well .We are all in this together whatever plan we on .Sharing it helps us to keep on track .Keep up the good work everyone .Thank you Lynn.❤
Well done Lynn! Totally agree with you about supermarket bread by the way. Makes your blood sugar spike way more than proper bread, apparently. I always used to feel starving very quickly after eating it. Looking forward to the next instalment…xx
Thank you Johanna. Most of it contains rapeseed oil, which your body takes years to process apparently. Not good is it, we don’t know half of what we’re putting in our bodies. It’s scary ❤️❤️❤️
Oh Lynn my friend bless you what a great achievement on the scales. I do believe you felt better before getting on the scales tho you look so good. Well done Lynn I started on Friday so will get weighed next friday. I have eaten lovely healthy food which I do eat mostly but it’s all the extras isn’t it so I’ve cut them all off my window is 11 to 7. I will keep you informed. I think we’ll all keep each other motivated. You will have to let us know each Sunday Lynn how you have gone. Shame about the beautiful perfumes I’ve got really bad allergies at the moment and perfume would just trigger me right off. Thanks as always sorry for going on. Take care and all the best for the next week 🥰
Oh thank you Pam, I really do feel so much better already. Well done on cutting them off, it’s those pesky extras that do the damage. Please do let me know, I’m so very interested to see how you get on. I’m totally invested in all the ladies that have joined the IF club on this channel. What a fabulous group we re, all helping each other, it restores your faith doesn’t it, I’m such a lucky lady to have all you fabulous ladies on here. I hope you get your allergies sorted out, but I’m sure the fasting and eating healthy will help with that. Take care, and keep going my friend ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, I am so pleased for you with the weight loss, and you can see from your enthusiasm that you are delighted. I think making the video will inspire you onwards also. While watching I was wondering if you had found that your clothes were fitting better, and then you made the comments about your tummy. That is such a good feeling. I can remember it in my past! I think having a tummy is one of the worst things about getting older when things start sagging. I used to go in around my tummy, and now I go out. Going out-out is one of my downfalls though as I belong to so many luncheon clubs! You deserve the success, so keep at it. I can see that you will.
Oh I am Hazel, I’m thrilled. I used to be the same most of my life, flat tummy or go in, and it’s so uncomfortable when my tummy’s so big. Yes I’m definitely keeping up with it, I do feel so much better, and thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Good morning Lynn, thats great news with your intermittent fasting, lovely cheerful video as always, im definitely going to look at the dialect perfume, take care😊❤❤❤
Well done Lynn. Thanks for the inspiration I am going to give it a go! Love your blogs. Might not comment much, as I watch on my TV. Bit I love all your kids & blogs. Please keep them coming.♥️
Thank you so much, I’m really pleased, and I’ll be tickled pink if you join me on this journey. Extra thank you for watching, and for taking the time to comment, I really appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️
Hi my beautiful Lynn, I am so proud of you. What an amazing accomplishment. You are doing fantastic. Once you make your mind up about something and you stay determined, the end results will always be positive. And you are right, you shouldn't have to deny going out to eat with your family or friends, you can always pick and choose something that you enjoy as long as it's between the hours you set yourself. It absolutely shows. And the most important thing is, that you are feeling so much better. The more progress you make, the more determined you become. It really is like retraining your mind and body to what your new normal is. Just like we have bad habits, we can retrain ourselves to start new and better habits. It may be a little more challenging for some than others, but, it's still a process and still something that anyone can do. That goes for any area of our lives that we would like to change in. You barely have much of a stomach at all now. I think it's gone down because the inflammation in your body has gone down. I know for myself, I just can't eat the things I used to be able to eat, when I was younger and it not bother me. I've learned to stick to eating what doesn't make my stomach hurt and stay away from what does. And honestly I'm fine with that. I no longer eat as much food as I used to either, because I'm not as active as I was when I was much younger, so I don't need as much food. I really believe you are going to inspire a lot of people and that you are going to hear some success stories soon. Donald bruised himself up, but thank God didn't break anything. It could have been so much worse and I thank God he didn't crack his head open or something. It's hard to see him struggle, but he has a hard head and can be pretty stubborn about what could help him. He's kind of in denial. It did scare the crap out of me though. This pass week has been pretty stressful for so many reasons. But I'm believing this week will be much better. I've enjoyed catching up on your videos so much. I always look forward to your videos, you know that. It was so lovely seeing Tommy again and hearing more of his stories. He's such a delight to watch. You had some beautiful Christmas pieces that you showed. Do y'all go to a lot of Christmas parties? We used to do that, but not anymore. Our holidays are much quieter now. And I'm fine with that. I'm just enjoying the cooler weather and hope it doesn't go away till spring. I plan on doing some Christmas shopping this week and getting that out of the way. Then thanksgiving is Thursday and it used to be the day after that, that we had black Friday. But it seems all the black Friday sales have started much earlier this year. I just know I won't be fighting any crowds at the stores for bargains. If I can find some online I'll do that. But that's the only way I'll try. So many people seem to be in the Christmas spirit a lot earlier this year. All the early sales may have something to do with that. Well sweet friend, I know you have lots going on and I won't keep you any longer. Sending you lots of hugs and kisses and hoping you have a fantastic week. Donna🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄👩❤👩👩❤👩👩❤👩👩❤👩👩❤👩♥♥♥♥♥
Thank you so much lovely lady, I’m absolutely delighted with the loss in the first week, it’s given me the motivation and carry on. I absolutely know that the loss will slow down now, and that’s ok because it wouldn’t be good for me to lose that every week, so as long as I lose a little, and don’t put any back on, I’ll be cockahoop lol. I may even do a happy dance 💃🏽 you are so right, it’s a mindset thing, and I’m the kind of person that needs some structure, or a plan, it helps me to focus. I’ve decided to buy a bag of sugar for every 2lb lost, and I’ll put them on the shelf, and then I can just have something visually to remind me how well I’m doing. Yes, we learn don’t we over the years, the things that we can and can’t eat. My tummy really doesn’t like bread at all. I can wake up with a flattish stomach, and if I eat a slice of bread I look like I’m 7 months pregnant. The portion sizes were a big problem for me, my plate was piled lol. This intermittent fasting has kind of trained me not to overeat, so that in itself has helped with the weight loss. I’ve been for my follow up appointment today, and they said they aren’t concerned about my weight, but ideally I could lose half a kilo. I’m striving for more than that myself, but I don’t mind how long it takes. Donald was very fortunate not to bang his head, or to break anything thank god, you must have been so relieved. I hope your week is better than last week, and settles down for you. I have lunches with friends to go to, a night with the girls in the village and Joanne, Christmas Eve in the local pub, Christmas Day family meal out, and not sure what else as yet. That’s enough for me really, I’m a home bird these days. I’ve finished my Christmas shopping as far as presents go, they all wrapped and ready, I just need to buy a few personal cards, and write the others to send off, or post through doors. I’ve yet to put my decor up, but I’ll get round to it soon. I hope you have a lovely thanksgiving, it’s quite big there isn’t it. I must pop off now my beautiful friend, so I’ll send you lots of love and hugs, take care my love and see you soon ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️
I enjoyed this vlog Lynn and so pleased you’re on a roll now with your fasting regime.Well done on your weight loss. You’ve given me the inspiration to get back to my fasting. To be fair I’ve never really enjoyed breakfast so eating late morning suits me better but my downfall is evenings where I just sit and snack I lost about 9 lbs over the last 10 months, then a couple of months ago I just hit a wall and went back to snacking but I’m raring to go again thanks to you.❤
Thank you Alison. I’m thrilled with the first week, I never expected to lose so much. It just goes to show how bad biscuits are for me lol. We all drop off now and again, the main thing is to get back on it, because you know it works. I’ll probably hit that same wall at some point, I think it’s common. We can do it 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn on your weight loss, I’m delighted for you, you put the work in and you deserve the rewards 👍 keep going now, you’re and inspiration to us all ☺️ your Dialect perfumes for fabulous on display 👍 have a lovely week Lynn ❤❤❤
Thank you Sian, all the experts say that slow and steady is the best way, I know that my weight loss will slow down now, and I’m ok with that, so well done, I’m really pleased for you ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn. You’re doing so well. I make my own gluten free bread and have a bread maker but honestly wouldn’t waste your money buying one I much prefer my bread in the oven. I watched a professor and a dr who both said those intolerance tests you buy online are a waste of money and don’t give you true results. Christmas is the test as it’s difficult to resist the Christmas food. Well done you’re doing amazing ❤️💕💕
Hi Sandra, I think I’ll make some bread myself and see how it turns out, and if I like it and it’s not too hard, I’ll just do it myself. I won’t eat much, so if I slice it and freeze it, it will last me for ages. I’ve learned that one dr says one thing, and another dr says the opposite, all I know is that after cutting out on the foods that Joanne’s results came back with her being intolerant to, has completely got rid of her tummy pain and bloating, so to me that speaks for itself. There will always be for and against opinions won’t there, we just have to do what we think is best for us… I do appreciate you sharing that with me though. I hope you have a lovely weekend and it’s not too cold 🥶❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn. You're not eating as much as I do! For example if I'm having eggs for breakfast it's always two. For dinner I almost always have a large bowl of mixed salad leaves plus cucumber and tomatoes as a side dish and then a yogurt for desert. Once you get to your target I'm sure you'll find you can maintain quite easily even if you increase your intake. It's the long period without food that's the secret.
Thank you, I know I’m not eating much at the moment, I just wanted to kick start myself on the right path. I love eggs so once I have got to the perfect weight for me, I’ll definitely eat a little more, but all healthy with the occasional treat. Thank you for the advice, I really appreciate it, and I’m happy that you are managing to maintain, you must feel very proud of yourself ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, I’m so interested and impressed by your new fasting programme! I have awful digestive problems, similar to its and have to eat figs and take medication daily to try to keep things regular !🙈 Also, in the last year I’ve gradually put on a stone, which has all gone on my tummy! I’m 71 on 20th December, I don’t eat my breakfast before 10am and hardly ever eat again before my meal at 6 pm. Can you give me some info about the super green drink that you have every day please? I feel it would probably help me a lot as I feel constantly bloated too. I really love all your videos, you’ve got me into Temu shopping and love how you style your clothes and have bought a few on seeing you wear them and look so stylish. I also bought the beaded pens and have given one to each of my 7 grandchildren. Am so impressed at your amazing weight loss and your determination and really feel I should try this too.
Thank you Fiona, that’s so nice of you to say so. The supergreens that I have are from a company called RHEAL, and I buy the gut feel. Here’s the link to the website. rhealsuperfoods.com/?ranMID=47789&ranEAID=dquE8U2QoAw&ranSiteID=dquE8U2QoAw-VJ0K0ApwaSncviSogJNbBw&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADGisMUBICXSlBkyQFpOEz53TFyi7&gclid=Cj0KCQiAgJa6BhCOARIsAMiL7V885dmmvNfFXq9cXXHRWDcEKaIPoxydwEAPug86SH0Y8wVr6jrjRN8aAl2zEALw_wcB you can take a look and read what they have to say. It’s really worked for me, my tummy is so much better, and it’s helped to keep me regular. There are days when I don’t drink enough water which can affect me, and if I eat eggs, so on those days I take a senna with lactulose to help me. It sounds very much like you aren’t overeating Fiona, do you snack in the evening? Also I’ve cut out bread, that really makes me bloat within minutes of eating it. I don’t know wether this is something you may be interested in, but I’m going to invest in a food intolerance test, my daughter did one, hers came back with lots of things she’s into, errant to, she was advised to cut all the foods on the list out for 12 weeks, she’s been doing it for 3 weeks now, and hasn’t had a bad tummy since. Thank you so much for sharing your situation with me, you are so not alone, it’s very common. I’m so pleased that you are enjoying my videos, sorry about Temu lol 😂 The weight loss is down to the intermittent fasting as well as smaller portion sizes, and healthier options, I’ve cut out crisps and biscuits as well, so it’s a combination of those things. I haven’t found it hard, and it’s something I intend to continue with. Once I’ve got to my weight goal, I’ll probably just do the IF 4 days out of 7, but I’ll continue with the healthy eating, but allow myself the occasional snack if I feel like it. It’s worth a try, it might be that it suits your lifestyle, or it may not, but you have nothing to lose except weight so to speak. I’m here always if you need some help, support, motivation, so have a go and don’t be too hard on yourself lovely lady. ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, congratulations on your fantastic weight loss. I lost my husband in 2020 just before the 1st lock down and put on over 1 and a half stone. Hate it. Would lose a bit and then put it back on. Seen a lot recently about intermittent fasting and when you said you were going to do it, that inspired me. I am 5ft 5in and had got up to 11st 7. Disgusted with myself. Had managed to get down to 11st 4 but needed to lose more. Started last week and have lost 6lbs. So pleased and like you say don't feel hungry as your body does get used to it. I had been getting indigestion which I never suffered from before, and now it's gone. I have a really sweet tooth so allow myself 1 chocolate a day. You inspired me and I intend to carry on. Will be so happy if I can lose another 7lb for Chrismas. I found a recipe on youtube for a loaf which doesn't need kneading as I gave my bread maker to my neighbour. Really easy and delicious bread. Keep going Lynn, as I will. It's easier when you feel your not doing it alone. Take care, love Jean ❤❤xx
Morning Jean, I’m thrilled with how much I’ve lost. Oh Jean, I’m so pleased for you, 6lb is a lot, so like me it worked for you. I’m so surprised that I don’t feel hungry, or the need to snack, snacking was always my downfall, and probably portion sizes. It makes it so much easier to maintain when you get such a fab weight loss, so well done Jean. Not having indigestion is a real bonus too. Oh I’m sure you will get to your goal Jean, we can do this together for sure. I’m so happy that you joined me, I feel like I’ve known you for years. Much love to you, pats on the back for us both ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, very encouraging video, and so chuffed for you. I'm definitely going to join you, I'm 10 stone 12 and 5ft 1 so I need to do something to also I'm 73 so my last chance really. 6 months ago I was 10 stone weigh goes on so easy, I eat far to many biscuits instead of food. So Thank you Lynn 😘❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much, you’re the same weight that I was. Ditch the biscuits, I did, and I honestly don’t miss them, it’s a habit, we can do it together my friend 100% ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, what a fantastic display of perfumes. I have been telling my friends about Dialect, some have never heard of this perfumery, I have put them wise to it. What a treat by one get one free. I am on it. I eat bread very rarely as I felt bloated and uncomfortable. However if I make my own I feel much better but again occasionally. Congrats and well done. Thanks for sharing xxx❤❤❤
Hi Tina, if you do buy any, would you mind following my link, it just lets Dialect know that my channel is working for them. It’s ok if not, as long as you get the bargains lol, 😂 yes I think making your own is key, at least you know what’s going in it. Thank you as always and have a great day ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn Just been watching for a short time but enjoying your channel. Does the Dialect perfume scent last? I find I buy these so called dupe perfumes which smell lovely but then the smell disappears within half an hour😮
@ hi Catherine, I can vouch for them, they are known for lasting, I can still smell it on my clothes the day after. They are made in the same perfumeries as all the top brands. ❤️❤️❤️
Wow Lynn, well done on the weight loss , that’s incredible 😮. The Dialect perfume display looks great 😊 I may have to invest in that little shelf myself. Really enjoyable video, take care ❤
Thanks Claire, I’m chuffed to bits, it’s slowed down now, but that’s good, because slow and steady stays off so they say. I love the shelves, you’ve got to love Temu don’t you haha 😂 thank you, much love ❤️❤️xx
Absolutely fabulous weight loss Lynn, well done you, and for inspiring me to join you. 3lb last week let’s see what tomorrow brings 🤞🏻. I love the dialect perfumes and have just received 3 with the other offer but I’m definitely buying some more with the buy 1 get 1 free offer. They’re great for Christmas presents. Once again thank you for all your amazing videos and to all the ladies on this journey with you well done. We can do it 👏🏻I might be 75 but I still want to be a slinky minx for Christmas 😂😂.Have a great week ❤ xx
Oooo 3lb is fabulous, 2 and half bags of sugar, I’m thinking that I might buy bags of sugar for every 2lbs I lose just to inspire me if I have a difficult day, lol. Stand them on the shelf in a row. I can always donate to a food bank after. Sometimes something visual really helps, do you think I’m bonkers hahaha 🤣? Oh absolutely love my Dialect, my daughter keeps pinching them off me so I have to order more haha. Thank god for Buy 1 get 1 free. Oh I’m so glad that we’re doing this together with all the other ladies, seeing your achievement will inspire us all. Slinky minx hahaha love it 🥰❤️❤️❤️
I have been waiting all week for your results fantastic results well done , I have bacon ,egg and mushroom fried in butter , and have another meal at 6 of 2 boiled egg salad ,handful of walnuts and down now to 10”2 from 11”3 am on day 36 xx🎉
Fantastic! All those eggs would play havoc with my toilet routine though, perhaps I could substitute eggs for another protein, but I’m so glad it works for you, well done, pats on the back lol round ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Suzanne, I’m still watching what I eat, so I’m with you there. You can rapt your eating window to suit your lifestyle. It’s the giving your body that resting time that’s the key. ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn that's brilliant that you lost 8pound. I'm not on your journey but l like to watch whatever you do. So inspiring for people who would like to lose weight. Keep up the good work Lynn.❤❤
Morning Lynn, well done on your weight loss. Funnily enough I woke up this morning and decided too do the intermittent fasting and watching your vlog this morning I'm definitely going to do it,I'm only 5ft 1 like you. Best wishes keep it up. ❤
Hi Lynn, you have done brilliantly, i did lose 2lb last week, on holiday this week, but still very mindful about what im eating. You are a real inspiration, thank you. XX
Thank you Susan, I’m delighted, it’s a really good kickstart to the journey. I’ll be happy if I can lose 2lb this week, slowly wins the race. Well you must enjoy your hols, and then just get back on it when you get home, that’s the thing. All you ladies on here are inspiring me, you really are so thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn, pleased to see you have ditched the warbutons, as you now know it’s not a healthy option. I use a bread maker, I only make small 400 gram loaves as that size fits the toaster. After baking and when it’s cool it’s cut into slices and frozen. One slice of homemade bread is all I need. Definitely increase your fruit and veg intake and also add pulses like beans and lentils if you can. I add berries, flax seeds, nuts, chia seeds and kefir to my porridge
I think it was you that told me about wasn’t it Lynne ? I’ve decided to take an intolerance test, when I get the results I’ll know exactly what foods to avoid, I’m hoping that wheat won’t be one of them. I love brown bread, and if I can tolerate it I’ll invest in a bread maker. I do like lentils, so that should be easy for me. Thanks for the advice Lynne ❤️❤️❤️
@ Chris VT is on BBC 2 tomorrow at 9pm, 25th November talking about why we overeat. I found the Zoe podcasts/youtube full of useful information about healthy options. As you say it’s more about improving your health the weight loss is a bonus. ❤️
Good Morning Lynn, Well done with the weight lose. You are an inspiration. Thanks for showing us what you eat when you are doing the intermittent fasting. Love the shelving for your make up and perfume. Great idea. ❤
@ yes I fully expected it to, I couldn’t possibly lose 8lb per week, it wouldn’t be good for me at all, slow and steady is the way. I think we all get stuck at times, I’m sure it will start moving again soon. ❤️❤️
@ I think it’s cutting out the biscuits in the evening that’s done it, I just need the willpower not to cave in now lol. I think we all lose at different rates anyway Kim, as long as your enjoying it still, that’s the main thing xx
Oh wow Lynn that's brilliant you've done so well 👏❤ it's so good intermittent fasting and you don't feel hungry have a lovely day take care and lots of love Lynn ❤️💐❤️😘 xxxxx
Hi Julie I find we have quite a lot in common. I have the plastic make up holders in my ensuite that I keep creams and lipsticks on. I bought mine on Amazon and I think they’re great because they keep things neat and tidy. I’m interested to see if you get the bread maker as I have thought of one before but I’m not sure how they work and if you get a good result. If you get one you will have to show us how they work and the result. Well done on the weight loss x
It’s Lynn Patricia lol 😂. If I get one, I’ll do a video on it for sure, but I’m thinking to do an intolerance test first before I invest, they are quite expensive aren’t they ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, you look fabulous and you can see the weight loss 👏 I've struggled for years and yo yod for ever. Ive lost a few pounds, slowly and surely wins the race. Lol i thought i had a lot with 6 dialect lol. Amber infusion was first one i got and didnt like it so gave it to my sister. My favs are chic sandlewood, vibrant woods and citrus untamed. I love the woody scents. Enjoy your week lovely lady ❤❤❤
Thank you, it’s so hard isn’t it, I was the same, I just couldn’t below that 10st mark, and then I’d put back on again. I’m happy that you’ve managed to lose a few pounds, and I know that slow and steady is better, but I’m cockahoop with the kick start. I haven’t got citrus untamed, but I love the other two, so I may have to take advantage of the sale and get myself that one lol. Same to you too, I hope you lose a lb or two, and enjoy your lovely perfumes Sandra ❤️❤️❤️
You have the right attitude to succeed in your endeavour to loose weight and stay healthy. Well done, Lynn. 😊 I eat sourdough bread. Very healthy for you. One breakfast I enjoy is chai pudding with almond milk once set I top with berries. If I need a snack always apple or a pear, I cut them up as it seems like your eating more that way. Congratulations once again. ❤ makeup very organised and the Temu display shelves for your perfume works a treat. I only wish we could buy them in Australia. Looking forward to your next video. ❤
Thank you Sue, I’m definitely determined. I made that once or twice, my son’s partner told me how to make it, so easy isn’t it, and the chai is full of protein too. Hahaha I do the same with apples and pears, I’m not an orange fan, too much faffing around. ❤️ yes it’s a pity you can’t, they re so lovely, what a shame. Thank you so much Sue and take care ❤️❤️❤️
Well done on your loss Christine, it will slow down for sure, which is the best way to lose anyway, but I got a good start. Yes carry on for sure, we can do it together ❤️❤️
Hi Lynn you are doing amazing ❤wow what a fantastic achievement, i have 2st to shift, and going on diets only to give up after a couple of weeks, slowly but surely falling back into my bad eating habits, i am joining you starting this evening at 7pm❤i would be so happy to see the scales at 9st 4 thats my target, you are giving me confidence to do this❤thank you so very much Lynn for this videoXx
Hi Sharon, I’m so happy, just seeing 9 instead of 10 had me jumping about lol. Aw really Sharon, I’m so glad you’re joining me, we can inspire each other can’t we. How lovely. You are so welcome, I’m very confident that you will be able to do it ❤️❤️❤️
The magic key to any diet is to eat healthy, eat food you enjoy, the food must satisfy your appetite and finally you don’t overeat. Eventually you will have a list of meals you not only like eating but you KNOW they will contribute to your weight loss journey. When that happens you will not only be in CONTROL but you can also switch off from the diet. Automatic pilot! No more wandering around the supermarket wondering what you can have for tea or looking in slimming books for inspiration from professional chef prepared photos. Your cuisine Taylor Made for you.
That’s a great result Lynn,as I only eat once a day, I know it isn’t difficult.I weighed a stone at 10 weeks old, and so it’s been for my life, I am not sure why I have never really worried about being fat, maybe because it has always been like that.I think at 80 I am close to the weight I was at 20 though it has moved around my body with age.I have always been fat all over, not one of the people with skinny arms and legs,I am narrow through hips, and shoulders, straight on people think me thinner than I am. The perfume stand looks really nice.❤😊❤
A lot of our weight and shape is genetic for sure, I just know that this is not the weight I’m meant to be, so I did need to do something about it Janet. My father in law always says, every lady should be fat, then none of us would worry about it hahaha, I love his philosophy ❤️❤️❤️
You have done so well with your life changes. The only problem is you must remember that you can not keep losing too much weight so quickly. You are not overweight, so please take care. Im sure your doctors would recommend a slower weight loss to be able to keep it off. ❤️❤️
Yes I know, it’s slowed down this 2nd week, and I kinda knew it would, I never expected it to keep coming off at that rate. It’s a good kick start though ❤️❤️
Hello Lynn, Very well done x I buy Sourdough bread and proper butter, not the spreadable. You need to try and have a good deal of protein, If you enjoy your porridge, Have a Greek strained yogurt to boost your protein x
Hi nice to see you and good for you losing weight. I gave up bread, eggs, and tea and coffee 4 years ago mostly because i have IBS and one week I was I’ll and just went completely off those things and I’ve never touched them since.I do miss eggs sometimes and I also find it difficult to think off what I can eat for lunch that’s not bread based.but I did lose weight. And for the last 4 weeks I’ve been trying to cope with shingles.it’s nasty.in my head. So I’ve lost a bit more weight. I’m the same age as you but just under 5ft. I’m only a small eater anyway. Like a mouse.but I’m not thin.still have a bit off a tummy.😊
Hi Sandra, my daughter did an intolerance food test, it was so surprising what the results were. Eggs were on the top of her list along with many other things. She’s cut them all out, and not had tummy ache since. She’s been advised by the dietician to cut them out completely for 12 weeks, then one by one, introduce them again for about 3 days, see how bad she reacts, and make a list. This should give her a clearer result as to which to avoid the most. I’ve decided that I’m going to do one as well, and I’m hoping that the ingredients for homemade bread aren’t in my list, as I really do miss it. Anyway I’ll have to see. I’m so sorry that your suffering from shingles, it’s the most painful things I’ve ever had, because it’s relentless for weeks, well it was I’m my case. I mean labours painful, but it’s soon over, shingles just lingers and lingers doesn’t it. I really do feel so very sorry for you, sending you lots of love Sandra ❤️❤️❤️
@ thank you nana-m. Yes it’s starting to go now still got a bit of a rash but I’m going a lot longer without painkillers.I feel a lot better in myself. Good luck with your test.
Well done Lynn great result. I think the trick is to make it a way of life and not a diet. I think making your own bread is a good idea. Breakfast ideas are scrambled eggs, omelette, mushrooms (vitamin D) cooked in a little butter and olive oil with dried thyme served on sourdough toast😋. I want to get my IBS sorted so I'm thinking of taking an intolerance test as you suggested.❤
Yes I totally agree with that Margot. Joanne got her results, it’s amazing how many things she’s intolerant to, so she’s cut them all out, and the dietician said to cut them out completely for 12 weeks, then one by one slowly introduce them again to see which upset her tummy again. But since she cut them out 3 weeks ago, she hasn’t had tummy ache once, and she hasn’t bloated once, so it just goes to show that it’s foods that do it. The test gives you list of foods in a red zone, foods to avoid completely, amber zone, foods to avoid as much as possible, and green to cut down on. Her red foods include eggs, milk, yeast, gluten, mushrooms, wheat, stock cubes, loads of stuff. I would definitely advise to have the test. Let me know if you do, I’d be very interested to know the results. I think I’ll send for one and do it. ❤️❤️❤️
Hi lovley well done we all have our own path. That’s a really big loss. My only input you need to way up your protein and fibre both to fill you and protein will stop you loosing muscle and the body works harder to digest so you loose weight quicker. I went through a phase of f800 and looking back the great results but didn’t last as just not enough food. I’m not saying you need to eat ya weight in protein but protecting ya muscles is key. My 11 stone is in touching distance but I’m on a low and steady 1 lb a week but it all adds up. Good luck for ya check up
We do Debbie, and thank you. Yes it’s a good kickstart, but I know it has to slow down, it always does, and that’s ok with me, slow but steady is the key I think. I will be careful, I do eat protein every day in my main meal. I’m the same, I did 1000, and I couldn’t sustain it, so then I got disappointed and ate loads of comfort food, so it didn’t work for me. It’s half a bag of sugar isn’t it, so it’s still a lot really. I’ll be happy with 1lb a week, thank you ❤️❤️❤️
@ it’s you see the number but only realise when the jeans get big or you get measured for a bra that it really sinks in. Didn’t want to be the moaner or pee on ya bonfire I’m literally a diet queen of fail until one I found the right path for me but made it sustainable. I think I’ll always have my over eating comfort eating ways it’s managing them. Stuff I’ve learnt on how I was self sabotaging and how bad diet culture was in past years that influences now. I’m super made up for ya one day at a time lady.
Well done lyn I'm only 5ft tall my weights crept up even though I jump on my trampoline I lost weight when I went on the GI diet which the drs give you I lost weight really fast on that it's like your diet in a way but being consistent is the key 😊
You can read my mind Patricia, I’ve just been telling Joanne that I’m going to start making soups, I’ve found a recipe for carrot and yellow split lentils, it sounds yum. ❤️❤️❤️
Fabulous results Lynn! I agree about the perfume prices. I would love the Jo Malone ginger biscuit but the price is not worth it, especially for a scent that is quite Christmassy ❤
I’m really keen to watch your progress, Lyn. I’ve been doing the same intermittent fasting for a couple of years now and manage to keep my weight down. However, things creep into the diet ( McVities choc digestives for one thing) as I decide a drink is too wet without one!😅 What do you drink other than your morning cappuccino? Do you drink anything inside your fast?
Hi, well tonight I had a chocolate wafer biscuit, I just fancied one so I had one. Before the IF I would have had a lot more than one, and it’s the first biscuit I’ve had I weeks. I think if you deny yourself of everything you like, then you’ll never keep it up. As for the drinks, I just drink black tea, or water, I just have the one cappuccino. I got a little stuck last week, so this week I’m trying to move around more. As long as I don’t put any back on I’ll be chuffed, the weight will come off eventually ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, great results, well done. Intermittent fasting is definitely taken over the diet market. I said to you last week that I have dabbled in it a few times. The truth is, I used to watch a utuber a couple of years ago who’s tried it and got great results. I actually bought a book, The Complete Guide to fasting. It was an interesting read but never got to the end, just like every thing I start never gets finished. I lost two stone when I was doing intermittent fasting but because personal circumstances I took a break, a two year break 😔 so its time to get my act together and take care of my health, thats the reason I need to do it. I have started it again but I am also counting calories because I am classed as obese and it is going to be a long journey and previously when i don’t eat enough calories, my weight gets stuck. I hope I you don’t mind the long comment but just thought I would let you and anyone else that reads my comment that I have lost 8lbs in two weeks. I have set my calorie allowance to lose 1lb a week. I will let you know now and then if i manage to keep it up xx❤
It’s become very popular indeed, and I’m so glad that I started it. Oh Jean that’s really touched my heart. I’m so glad that you’ve decided to get back on it, and so happy that you’ve seen such good results, 8lbs in two weeks is a fabulous start. It will probably slow down a bit, so please do t get disheartened Jean, because slow and steady winds the race. Mines slowed down this week, I’ll give the results next Sunday, but I’ve still lost. To inspire me to carry on, I’m going to but 1 bag of sugar for every 2lb that I lose, and put them on the shelf in the kitchen, I find that something visual helps me a lot. It might sound bonkers but it will work for me, just like putting it on TH-cam will help me as well. If you feel like you need some support, just pop on here, we will all help you Jean, you’ve got this, wow 8lb, amazing lovely lady ❤️❤️❤️
@ Aww thank you Lynn, I have been overweight all my life. My parents tried me with every diet out there but I wouldn’t eat the food they gave me. Now I eat most foods so there is no excuse and this time I am doing it for my health and maybe drop a size or two 😃. Yes I will let you know now and then how I get on. As i said, I am only aiming for 1lb a week for now. I have a gut feeling you are going to smash it Lynn, you already look amazing and you are going to feel amazing ❤️xx
Well done Lynn you have done really well ❤ Homemade bread is the best I make it every week and I don't use a machine I really enjoy making it. Again well done. Ciao from italy❤❤
Well done. I’m going to do this in January as my cupboard under the stairs has got so many Xmas goodies in. Just got about a stone to shift so it could be worse ( might be 1.5 after xmas) .
Well you must enjoy your treats over Christmas, be rude not too, and then you can join me in the new year, let’s start the year as we mean to go on, together ❤️❤️❤️
Aw, Lynn, so pleased for you. You must be fair chuffed with your success and rightly so. You have got yourself in the right mind set, which is half the battle. We bought ourselves Lakeland’s small bread maker, which is reasonably priced and produces lovely loaves. I get a strong flour mix called Cotswold Crunch from Tesco, and it makes delicious basic bread. Have a lovely week. ❤xxxx
Thank you Norma, I am chuffed to bits. I didn’t realise how much the bread makers were, aren’t t they expensive, but it’s worth it if I can start to eat bread. I’m thinking to do an intolerance test first before I invest. Thanks for the recommendation, happy week ahead ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn,IV just ordered the purfum with the buy one get one free so looking forward to them coming,Lynn when I watched what you are eating I can understand why you lost so much in a week it's just very hard to keep it off more than any thing IV lose 3 stone this year but the hardest thing is keeping it off IV found the last two months IV put 3 pounds on then taken 3 off its is harder then longer you keep going,Lynn you have done really well ❤x😊
Hi Kim, oooo how nice, I’m sure you’ll enjoy them as much as I do. 3 stone is a lot to lose, so you’ve done really well there Kim, that has taken some determination for sure. As long as you keep getting back on it, that’s the main thing. We can help each other on here ❤️❤️❤️
@@Nanna-MYes, you've done amazing. I'm currently losing weight, but wouldn't have the will power to eat as little as you Lynne. I eat very healthily, but would have to add fruit to the porridge. Eat 2 boiled eggs. Then add loads more vegetables to my meals. Please don't think that's a criticism, it's really not. I admire your strength and willpower, which I clearly lack! I'm hoping that, by piling on the salad and vegetables, I won't succumb to eating more, and regaining weight, once I reach my goal. Which will be ages away, as I'm nowhere near as slim as you are! Well done on doing so well!!
@kimastin1717 Wow, I need to lose 2 stone, I think, ( I don't know because I had Anorexia Nervosa , for 7 years, in my 20's. I'm in recovery, but can't weigh myself or I'd be 'triggered' again. I'm going off my reflection, in the mirror, which currently reminds me of the distorted ones in fairgrounds 😂 And my Clothes, of course) You've done so well to lose 3 stone.. That's a huge achievement! That's why I'm just 'healthy eating', rather than 'Dieting '. I don't have the willpower, to follow a diet, and get bored. I'm eating according to the Meditteranean diet mindset, as it's a lifelong way of eating. I hope I can do as well as you have
@@jacqueline8559 Hi all I have done is follow the NHS website for counting calories it shows you how to work out what you need to eat to lose weight and how to keep the weight off don't get me wrong IV had to work at it but it keeps you on track as you fill in your daily food it helps you to eat better also tell you how much you should eat it's not a fix it all but as help me so much it gives you tips and gives you a realistic goals just I'm finding it hard at the moment put a few pounds on then getting them off but I'm going to keep going,I'm really sorry Jacqueline that you have had problems with your weigh please be careful and just eat health that all any of use can do xx
Hi Lynn what a fantastic achievement, you have done so well & it is lovely to see how excited & positive you are about it. I have a bread maker it’s so much better for you. Keep up the great work 🤗
Wow Lynn you've done really well. I think now that I am a massive pig because I eat twice that amount in a day. I am 4ft 10 ins and I'm 66 and obviously over weight. Well done Lynn x
Aw Leigh, you’re not a pig, you just like your food. I used to eat twice the amount, but I don’t feel I need it now, I think my stomach has shrunk. Thank you so much though, I am delighted ❤️❤️❤️
Morning Lynn your dresser table looks looks lovely your makeup and your perfumes looks lovely on your dessert table well done Lynn your results thank for sharing your video i. Will be watching you next time in Florida ❤xx
Hi Lynn 🎉 Congratulations on your weight loss, I wondered when you take your medication as I’m on meds for my heart /blood pressure and always take them with my breakfast, so that I’m ready for the day. I’m a snacker at night too and like a hot chocolate before I go to bed ☹️ 🤗
Hi Sandra, thank you. I take my am at 12, and then my pm at 7, but mines not heart medication, I would ask my GP if you could take it later if your thinking of trying to IF, but the hot chocolate at bed time would have to go lol, unless you took it to bed at half 6 lol. Seriously though, I would definitely seek advice from your GP. ❤️❤️❤️
Oh Lynn thankyou for the motivation diet video I keep loosing 5lb then put it back on. It’s watching tv at night and I nibble and biscuits with a cuppa etc. I’m so pleased your diet is working and Im going to start it from today. It’s just what I need I’m only 5ft and the extra pounds show up quickly. I’m 10st 2lb at the moment loosing 8lbs like you have must make you feel really good. Wishing you well with love from Irene ❤xx
That’s what I used to do, I could eat half a packet of biscuits, then a bag of crisps lol, ridiculous amounts. Oh yes, join me Irene, it feels so good to lose some, it’s the first time in years that I’ve had a 9st reading, I’ve never been able to get under 10. It will slow down for sure, but that just the kick start that I needed. Good luck with your 1st week Irene, I’m sending you some willpower lol ❤️❤️❤️
I am sure you know by now that I love Dialect. Guess who will be putting in an order soon and taking advantage the Black Friday offer! It is a pity about the boxes as I was always told that perfume should be kept in the box and away from daylight! Tony and I are following the same diet as you. We need to lose weight as it has gradually crept on over the last seven years since we met. Contentment you may say! However, with the Christmas cruise looming and my favourite long dress feeling decidedly tight (stop kidding yourself Liz - the zip won’t go up at the waist), we have really been determined to get on with it. Nothing before 11 am and nothing after 7pm and now this week we extend the morning one to 12pm. It is working though. Will have to get back on it as soon as we are home again. Xx Liz
Please would you use my link Liz, it’s just that if you do Dialect will know that you have come via my channel, then they may work with me again. I should have asked people that in the video shouldn’t I. They are so lovely to work with, such a nice company. It is a shame about the boxes, but I can see where they are coming from. You could maybe get a nice decorative box that would fit them all in. I’m sure it is contentment, that’s not the case with me, mines greedy snacking hahaha. You must be so excited about the cruise, and you’ll get that zip up I’m sure by the time you go. You’ll look a million dollars 💵. Yes absolutely, enjoy the cruise and all it has to offer, then just get back on it when you get home, after all, life is for living lovely lady ❤️❤️❤️
Well done with your results so far! I was doing well with mine until I came down with a cold. Still managing to do the fasting but I haven’t been eating the healthiest food in my eating window. I’ve been having comfort food 😩 once I’m feeling better I’ll cut out the bad stuff. With the bread, I find Jason’s protein bread hasn’t got too many ingredients in it and it’s nice and one slice fills you up.
Aw no, it certainly doesn’t help when you feel poorly. We all drop off for different reasons, but if you get back on, well that’s the main thing ❤️❤️❤️
Good luck sweetie!!!! you've got this ❤
Oh thank you so much Sharon. I’m new to this commenting on you tube, so lovely of you ❤
Please keep us posted on how you are getting on, I'm sure you'll do great now you've made the first step x
Good luck ladies
What a fantastic result Lynn well done
Thank you Carolyn, we certainly are, and we can all support each other, thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Lovely video, great weight loss Lynn. Keep going girl, you’ve got this ❤
Thanks Julie, I feel like I have, and it was you three ladies that inspired me to do it, so thank you. ❤️
@ you’ve given me a kick up the bum as I was getting a bit complacent so we’ve all helped each other x
Thanks replying about Dialect, I've ordered 2 today in the Black Friday Sale. Congratulations on the weight loss, you're an inspiraton x
Ooo let me know what you think when they arrive Catherine, I would love to hear ❤️❤️❤️
@@Nanna-M ❤
Well done Lynn with your weight loss ❤🎉❤🎉
Thank you Elaine, ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn I’ve lost 5lb this week my first week so pleased and that’s because of your help thank you ❤xx
Oh that’s wonderful Carol, 2 and a half bags of sugar, wow, that’s fabulous. Keep going you must be so pleased 😁❤️❤️❤️
Morning lynn and well done with the weight loss, the fasting has certainly paid off as you look wonderful, have a great day lynn xx❤🎉
Thank you so much Shirley ❤️❤️❤️
@Nanna-M ❤️❤️❤️
Yes I’m definitely keeping up with it, I do feel so much better, and thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn 👏🏻 Fabulous results 💗
Oh Lynn, well done you deserve several pats on the back!! Glad you feel much better too. Take care x
Ah thank you Milly ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn. I am so so pleased for you. You are looking fabulous. Long may you continue on this road. ❤ xx
Hi Jean, thank you so much, I needed to get myself on the right track, and I’m thrilled with the kick start. Take care ❤️ xx
Well done Lynn , you can definitely see you've lost . You have given me motivation , and I sure am joining you on this journey . Love ya 😘 💗 💓 x
Oh brilliant Vienna, good on you, that’s the first step taken, we can do it ❤️❤️❤️
Good morning Lynn, thats great news with your intermittent fasting, lovely cheerful video as always, im definitely going to look at the dialect perfume, take care😊❤❤❤
Good morning Liz, thank you, if ever there was a time to get some perfume it’s in the Black Friday sale for sure, happy shopping if you do ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn great results 👍❤️ x x
Thank you Bridget ❤️❤️❤️
Wow Lynn! Well done on your weight loss, you’ve done so well. So pleased for you.❤
Thank you so much Mary ❤️❤️
Well done Lynn, you’re an inspiration for the rest of us ❤
Aw thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Doing great Lynn. You are very determined to do this weight loss journey. Well done ❤❤
I certainly am Jean ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn you have inspired me and I think I will give it a try I might find it a bit of a struggle but will try ❤❤❤
Oh that would be lovely of you did, there are lots of us doing it, and if you feel like you need any help, just shout, you can do it ❤️❤️❤️
I enjoyed this vlog Lynn and so pleased you’re on a roll now with your fasting regime.Well done on your weight loss.
You’ve given me the inspiration to get back to my fasting. To be fair I’ve never really enjoyed breakfast so eating late morning suits me better but my downfall is evenings where I just sit and snack
I lost about 9 lbs over the last 10 months, then a couple of months ago I just hit a wall and went back to snacking but I’m raring to go again thanks to you.❤
Thank you Alison.
Thank you so much Fiona, I’m thrilled to bits ❤️❤️❤️
Congratulations on a fabulous weight loss so far ive lost 2 lbs over the last 2 week so happy. You look amazing and very healthy.xx.
Thank you Sian, all the experts say that slow and steady is the best way, I know that my weight loss will slow down now, and I’m ok with that, so well done, I’m really pleased for you ❤️❤️❤️
Wow Lynn. Well done I’m delighted for you. ❤😂lots of love from Joy
Thank you Joy, I’m delighted, it’s a good kickstart to the journey ❤️❤️❤️
Hi lynne so pleased you have had a good weight loss.keep it up , well done 👍👏👏👌🤪❤️
Thank you Sue, will do ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, I’m so interested and impressed by your new fasting programme! I have awful digestive problems, similar to its and have to eat figs and take medication daily to try to keep things regular !🙈
Also, in the last year I’ve gradually put on a stone, which has all gone on my tummy!
Much love to you, pats on the back for us both ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, I'm so glad I found your channel, and yes I feel like I know you and have done for years. So easy to chat. Love Jean ❤❤xx
So
Thank you Lynn
😘❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn, great loss. I'm doing intermittent fasting except Sunday. I've lost 2kg in a week. 😊😊
Fabulous Maureen, that’s a real motivator to carry on, don’t you just feel so good, you must do.
@ ❤️❤️
@ Hi Claire, can you send me the link for makeitwithmilly, she doesn’t come up when I search her in the search box. Xx
Congratulations and well done, Lynne. 🎉 🎉
Thank you Lillian ❤️❤️❤️
Slinky minx hahaha love it 🥰❤️❤️❤️
That is marvelous, Lynn, well done ❤❤❤
Thank you Jo ❤️❤️❤️
I have been waiting all week for your results fantastic results well done , I have bacon ,egg and mushroom fried in butter , and have another meal at 6 of 2 boiled egg salad ,handful of walnuts and down now to 10”2 from 11”3 am on day 36 xx🎉
Fantastic! All those eggs would play havoc with my toilet routine though, perhaps I could substitute eggs for another protein, but I’m so glad it works for you, well done, pats on the back lol round ❤️❤️❤️
Very well done on the IF Lynne - I wish I could cut out breakfast - I just have to watch what I eat, which is no fun at all 😂 keep up the good work ❤❤
Thank you Suzanne, I’m still watching what I eat, so I’m with you there. You can rapt your eating window to suit your lifestyle. It’s the giving your body that resting time that’s the key. ❤️❤️❤️
@ ❤️❤️
Hi Lynn that's brilliant that you lost 8pound. I'm not on your journey but l like to watch whatever you do. So inspiring for people who would like to lose weight. Keep up the good work Lynn.❤❤
Thank you Marilyn, it’s nice to know that you still watch even when it’s not relevant to you, I really appreciate that ❤️❤️❤️
Morning Lynn, well done on your weight loss. Funnily enough I woke up this morning and decided too do the intermittent fasting and watching your vlog this morning I'm definitely going to do it,I'm only 5ft 1 like you. Best wishes keep it up. ❤
That’s fate Gillian, meant to be, you can do it, and we’re here if you need a helping hand or any support, you’ve got this ❤️❤️
Hi Lynn, you have done brilliantly, i did lose 2lb last week, on holiday this week, but still very mindful about what im eating.
I find switching to sourdough bread helps and doesn't upset my stomach. 😊 well done.
One or two two people have said the same Christine ❤️❤️🤣
Well done Lynn ❤❤❤xx
Thank you June ❤️❤️❤️
Good Morning Lynn,
Well done with the weight lose.
You are an inspiration.
Thanks for showing us what you eat when you are doing the intermittent fasting.
Love the shelving for your make up and perfume. Great idea. ❤
Thank you Julie. It needed to be tackled for health reasons, so I’m so happy with the results so far. Aren’t the little shelves fab ❤️❤️❤️
Omg Lynn, that's fantastic, well done, you are doing amazing xx
Thanks Kim, I’m over the moon, it’s slowing down now, but I’m fine with that, I’ll be happy to lose a 1lb or 2, are you still doing it ? Xxx
@ it will slow down Lynn. I am still doing it but nothing much is happening with me at the moment xx
@ yes I fully expected it to, I couldn’t possibly lose 8lb per week, it wouldn’t be good for me at all, slow and steady is the way. I think we all get stuck at times, I’m sure it will start moving again soon. ❤️❤️
@@Nanna-M 8lb would be lovely in one go as it would definitely spur me on but hey ho, it is what it is. I enjoy doing it anyway xx
@ I think it’s cutting out the biscuits in the evening that’s done it, I just need the willpower not to cave in now lol. I think we all lose at different rates anyway Kim, as long as your enjoying it still, that’s the main thing xx
Well done, I’m joining you ❤️❤️
Welcome aboard, the more the merrier I say…we can all do this ❤️❤️❤️😊
Well do Lynn, excellent weight loss x
Thank you Maria, it’s a nice kick start x
Hi Lynn. Well Done on your fantastic weight loss xx❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏
Thanks so much 😊 ❤️❤️❤️
@ ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn very pleased for you with your weight loss take care ❤❤
Thank you Barbara ❤️❤️❤️
Oh wow Lynn that's brilliant you've done so well 👏❤ it's so good intermittent fasting and you don't feel hungry have a lovely day take care and lots of love Lynn ❤️💐❤️😘 xxxxx
Thank you Coral, I’m really pleased ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lyn, let’s do this together 👏🇦🇺❤️
Absolutely ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn.x😊
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
You have the right attitude to succeed in your endeavour to loose weight and stay healthy.
Well done on your weight loss.
Thank you Edith ❤️❤️❤️
Good morning Lynn, what a fabulous result, over half a stone in a week wow.
I lost 2lb so I'm chuffed too and you've inspired me to carry on ❤
Well done on your loss Christine, it will slow down for sure, which is the best way to lose anyway, but I got a good start.
Wise words Lorraine, I have a list in my head, but I think I’ll do as you say and write it down for reference. Such a good idea, thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
@@Nanna-M ❤️❤️😘
Hello Lynn, Very well done x I buy Sourdough bread and proper butter, not the spreadable. You need to try and have a good deal of protein, If you enjoy your porridge, Have a Greek strained yogurt to boost your protein x
Good idea Karen, I do like my yoghurt so that would be an easy addition for me to make ❤️❤️❤️
Amazing results Lynn 👏🏼❤
Thanks so much Tasha 😊❤️
Oh I totally agree, consistency is definitely what gets results. I’m on it, and I’ll keep up with it ❤️❤️❤️
Inspirational, Lynn. What about making homemade soups as an afternoon snack.
What a shame that Dialect don’t do that one, they do 2 Jo malone, but not the ginger biscuit. 🍪 ❤️❤️❤️
@ yes it is, I’m on the look out for something similar x
Great video Lynn ❤ well done on your weight loss you look great. Fasting suits me and i feel so much better for it.
I think it suits me as well Louise, I’m really enjoying it ❤️❤️❤️
Wow Lynn, well done. You must feel so good.
I really do Jill ❤️❤️❤️
Good for you. Jean We will all be encouraging each other
@@PAM-ud9lvthank you ❤
❤ well done Lynn x ❤
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn you have done really well ❤ Homemade bread is the best I make it every week and I don't use a machine I really enjoy making it. Again well done. Ciao from italy❤❤
Thank you Jean, I may try to make it before I invest in a bread maker. Ciao from me ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn👏👏💞
Thank you Jill ❤️❤️❤️
You’ve done fantastic 😊

It really is Katie, I’m so motivated it’s unreal ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn what a fantastic achievement, you have done so well & it is lovely to see how excited & positive you are about it. I have a bread maker it’s so much better for you. Keep up the great work 🤗
Oh I’m tickled pink, it’s such a good kickstart to the journey. Homemade bread is the way forward ❤️❤️❤️
Amazing result Lynn, I’m trying to do the intermittent fasting, thank you for your inspiration ❤️
You can do it Anne, if I can, anyone can ❤️❤️❤️
Well done Lynn, you have done really well. I need to eat a little healthier in my eating window - will try this week.
Hi Rhian, I’m so pleased, I know that it will slow down, and it needs to, but it’s a great kick start. Good luck this week xx
Well done on the weight loss Lynn, might give it a go myself ❤ Anne
It’s working for me, and as you can see by the comments, it’s working for a lot of people. ❤️❤️❤️

Well done, well done, well done Lynn 👏
Awwww thank you ❤️❤️❤️
You have done very good losing your weight ❤
Thank you Carol, I’m really pleased with it. ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Lynn 🎉 Congratulations on your weight loss,
I wondered when you take your medication as I’m on meds for my heart /blood pressure and always take them with my breakfast, so that I’m ready for the day.
@@Nanna-Mthanks for the advice Lynn ❤️
@Nanna-M will use the link for sure!xxx
Well done with your results so far! I was doing well with mine until I came down with a cold. Still managing to do the fasting but I haven’t been eating the healthiest food in my eating window. I’ve been having comfort food 😩 once I’m feeling better I’ll cut out the bad stuff. With the bread, I find Jason’s protein bread hasn’t got too many ingredients in it and it’s nice and one slice fills you up.
Aw no, it certainly doesn’t help when you feel poorly. We all drop off for different reasons, but if you get back on, well that’s the main thing ❤️❤️❤️
