Great work on the Pajero Steven, exact same model as mine, so great help for me to see the stuff you do. I'm sure the new lift is a real game changer for you!
@@ronburgundy3719 Ah amazing, not many of these beauties left on the road now. That lift install was for a friend of mine, I have my own 2 post already, and yes they are a game changer 😂
nice job 👍 Love your videos. Almost the only thing that I can say with certainty works well on rusty cars here in the Faroes, is Fluid film. have tried everything. rust converter, paint, stone chip guard, various bitumen, oil and fat mixture, dinotrol, mercasol, pava, tectyl, prolan, and many more. the only thing that works is something that doesn't dry and gets dirty. for example fluid film. I'd rather take a trip with a high-pressure washer if necessary, than let the car rust away 😉
@@greipan Thanks! Sounds like you have done extensive research alright 😂 Don't think I've ever seen that for sale here, guess I could get it online. I purposely didn't over coat it so I could keep an eye on what was going on next time it's up on lift.
Have worked at a mitsubishi dealer for 15+ years. I have welded a few kilometers of frame on them and especially the older L200 and mazda b2500 😅 Keep up the good work!
@@DrRSole Yeh I think any oily substance will delay the rust but it's real messy. I'm sure il be working under this thing again so I liked the idea of a product that went hard.
steven i told you about that rust treatment use it on my paj your are a very clever man with all round skills keep the vids coming a happy new year to you and family mate
@@vikingdrummer9140 Hi. Yeh I went off your recommendation, seems to be pretty nice stuff. I purposely didn't coat over it so I can inspect it after a while and see what's what. Thank you and a happy new year to you 🎊
This is a stunning looking truck now. Those wheels are the best wheels I've ever seen on a MK2.
@@ScuuBdoo Thanks! I do love those wheels myself. Never seen anything else like them in all the years I've had them on my mk2s

@greipan I don't doubt that! I have a B40 L200 aswell but luckily it doesn't need welding. Thanks for watching!
I’m told that creosote and old sump oil is the best thing for rusty for Pajeros.

Handy boy! No end to your talents lad! Looks the part if nothing else.
