Thanks - I just upgraded my work PC an HP Elitebook 840 G6 from 8 GB to 32 GB RAM. I did not have to go into the BIOS. When I booted the PC - I saw a notice of RAM change. Pressed enter and it booted to Windows. Pulling up the System info it showed 32 GB RAM. One thing to note, not explicitly called out in the video. The three screws on the top of the video (near the screen hinge) came out entirely. The other screws - two on the bottom of the case, one in center and others in dark recessed holes near the hinge remained in the case after fully unscrewing. Also I did not have a pry tool - I used a guitar pick. It seems you are looking to unclip a few plastic clip hidden underneath. Describing this would help novices (like me) understand what the tool was trying to achieve. Great video overall and I am glad to have quadrupled my RAM!!!!
Hi Since you've just upgraded yours to 32, how noticeable is the performance boost? How much did it cost you and what's the product name? Thank you and sorry for bothering you
Hi , you seem like a really nice guy so I'mma keep it short , I Wana steal from my dad his 16 gb ram and swap it with my own 4 gb ram , so when you switched z did the computer alert you that there was a change

Is 16 Gb 2400 Mhz DDr4 Single chip ram supproted ?? Or Not
Yes single RAM chip is supported but not advised due to a single DIMM not allowing for dual-channel
Is 16 the maximum?
32
