At 4:29 it appears from whats drawn in white, that measures 3 inches from the top edge to the bottom of the mounting plate. clearly should be to the top of the plate. Anyways, no biggie really.
I just bought and assembled the single monitor mount, and this video was very helpful in assembly. Arrived in 5 days, packaged beautifully, and very happy with the final result. Customer support very good, they’ve responded to all my emails in a few hours. Last night (Friday) at 9 pm I emailed them, and was surprised to see a response a half hour later. Not solicited at all, I just like to recognize a good company when I see one! Also - for anyone working with aluminum profile. Buy a combination square with bubble level. Thank me later
For those us that are mechanically inclined this is painfully detailed at times. For folks don’t do anything like this it’s a perfectly detailed video. Well done. It is on my list of trip screen monitor shopping list.
When mounting the horizontal bar, does it have to be flush? I would like to have a more narrow stance around my cockpit, around 24", would that work or would the stand be unstable?
But how does the monitor mount and level work? I'm debating either these plates or your advanced vesa mounts to mount my LG 32GP850 monitors on a GT-Omega Prime stand and it'd be helpful to see the process.
Known fact that some monitors have oddly shaped connection points. You can use set screws and/or washers to "lift" the VESA plate out of the monitor's casing.

was just about to comment that, was a bit lost in the assembly for a second. Glad im not the only one who caught this.
This also seems to be an updated design to the stand, i had a few left over parts that were also not shown or included in this video
They seem to do that a lot in their assembly videos. Noticed it a few times.
Would be great to get a tutorial on setting up the Advanced Vesa mounts. Having to go off of the product images to set them up.
I had the same problem/impression.
There’s a pdf but it’s not easy to follow and screws in box aren’t labeled

We certainly appreciate the feedback Daniel!
I hate that I have to watch ads for instructions.
1. What's the angle for the stands? 2. What are the instructions for the advanced VESA mounts?

For mechanically inclined handy folks, we highly recommend glancing at our photos on the website and going at it! :D Thanks for the kind words.
Nicely done!
From the outter beams, left to right; What is the length in inches? Thank you in advance. Looking to purchase soon.

Hey I would like this as well, did you end up making it more narrow?

So how did it go?
@@driftingbrandonc.6480 the advanced vesa plates are a must buy. I couldn't imagine how much harder it would be to level the monitors without them.
@@CaptainDomestic I’m going to try without them haha
So many errors in this tuto it is insane. Please for the next customers make it in paper.
How much does each box weigh?
Id love to put mine together. But you sent me three 20mm m6 and one 16mm m6 so I can only put 3 feet on -_-
Hey Kieran, sorry to hear that! Silly mistake on our end. Did you reach out to info@advancedsimracing.com for a quick replacement?
can you raise the upper crossmember to the top of the side profiles? This looks pretty short for 32in monitors?
Omg I can’t see anything from this distnace
LOL Vesa plates were way to large for my 27” monitor. Beware!
