Thank you for speaking about how complex a case can be when you are petitioned by your employer, happened to me long ago, thank God my situation is already good here. But back then they only took my money luckily I quit soon and didn't got so ripped off like many others in that employer back then. I love how genuine and clear you are with your videos.❤

If the United States is that strict about immigration laws how come they allow almost 11 million people to stay here illegally and being taking advantage of, my opinion is that the politicians in Washington DC wants things to stay this way because they don't want to deport people but at the same time they don't want to give them any rights because they want to create a second citizen these people will do the jobs that American people don't want to do, because if they give them any work permit They Will stop doing these jobs. these politicians in Washington want to have it both ways and that's what's happening in my opinion

Hello Ms McBean, you’re always so concise with your information, well done. It’s so, so sad 😞 that people are here for so long and suffering. This administration is doing nothing to give them a break. I don’t understand how Biden sleep at nights, especially with all these people coming across the border and given preference ahead of people already here. Biden is a lame duck on immigration. Keep up the good job Ms McBean.

This information is for me. My mom is here since 1998..her employer sponsored her in April 2001 but for some reason he didn't go thru with it even though the papers came for him to sign to continue the petition. Will be contacting your office Tuesday morning to make an appointment for her and she will walk with all documents. My mom also been paying her taxes since she been here. Hopefully you can help her adjust her status to a green card or atleast give her some valuable information on her next step to obtain legal status. Thx counsellor and may God bless you always. Do have a wonderful holiday weekend. 🙏🙏

I consulted already with a lawyer. I have a friend who has been here since 2001 . He overstayed his f1 Visa. He has a sibling (brother) who is citizen. He has clean record and even ss, has been paying taxes all this years, have a property . However lawyer stated that brother petition does not work for him, there is no waiver if he is out of status and he must wait outside the country till petition becomes available, once they find out he was illegal for more than a year, the 10 year penalty applies. So it doesn't work. The only way is to marry aus citizen or that the government issue an amnesty or change petition of relatives, in this case sibling. Which is very unlikely.

A person I know was visiting Canada, from there he took a visa to visit the US, He overstayed his visa for 25 years, He paid taxes under his original name, his social security number wasn´t valid, He constantly received letters from IRS to correct his number but he never did, therefore, no tax return for him though. Now it has been 12 years since He returned to his country of origin.
What can be done for him to go back to the States ? Is there any possibility ?

in 1979 my sister in law who is a US citizen filed a petition for her brother and family. During that time, her brother has already 3 children ages 5,3, and 1 year old. then another baby arrived in 1982. the processing of the petition is too long and was approved in 2000. Therefore the children grew older and only 1 child was able to enter the US together with the parents. now my question is, is it possible for the children who was left behind to get a green card thru that approved petition even if he is now overstaying in the US for the last 10 years?

I am in England and trying and doing my best from afar. Many thanks

This is my 2nd marriage and last year I filled married with my ex due to not understanding what to do or how to file. I have 4 kids with my ex but she got the 80% visitation and I just have 20%. Am I still putting my kids as dependent? Also is that going to be an issue if I filled as married last year but using that Affidavit for new spouse abroad? Please advise

If they did a skin test and it came out positive then you should get an Xray to confirm whether you’re positive or negative. If you have had a bcg shot, which most of us in the third world are given soon after birth, will show positive on skin test. That’s why you should request an Xray. Hope this helps. Good luck

My father filed for me in twenty O four, in twenty twelve I was to go back to my country to collect my green card and my lawyer told me not to go because i will not come back until the ten years penalty pass. In twenty eighteen I went with someone else because my dad had passed away. My niece took it over and I got to go home and came back. I also went in twenty nineteen and came back, but when i came back and applied for the green card the guy put me as battered spouse which was not true. They have asked me to prove it and there’s no way i can because it never happens. What must I do?
