If someone stay over for ten years plus can he or she apply for a waiver or a pardon and if approve, can he or she go home to pick up there visa?

100% me. Married to a U.S. citizen, with a house, a car, and with DACA. I know nothing for now will come from DACA but this Removal procedure is holding me back! My mother passed away in Brazil during Covid and haven’t been able to even get Advance Parol dude to that issue. I’d love to get in contact with you soon.

Cancellation of removal due to missing court in Cleveland ohio because I moved to NYC but this what I did I filled an address change with INS in Cleveland then as soon as I got to nyc I went to notice INS in New York City CHAMBERS STREET HEADQUARTER of the address change I just filled in Cleveland before moving to New York City.

I really don't know when I am at the moment. was sent to court, but when I got there my case was not there. I called the numbers, but it kept saying, "The case has not been filed with the immigration court." it's been 4-5 years now. ? Can you help?
How about overstayed and current TPS holder? With green card thru employment opportunity?, no removal order, no us citizen relative, no child, but great us education?

You get here might as well you just go ahead and start on your social security, insurance or if any 401k. plain and simple that's where everybody is heading to regardless, you can work all you want that's where you going to end up. the only purchase you should pursuit is a home that's value and equity,
what I'm saying is you can live the American dream anywhere in the world trouble is just a few the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, Africa is thriving, and technology and access is at its best.
People come here for the American dream they don't do anything, they don't even get to the point of doing anything, GATE KEEPERS, POLITICS AND ALL SORT OF I-S-M-S generation to generation then every 10 years they find a group to blame. you should see the tremendous effort they put up to stop people here.

I am the wife and petioner and our lawyer got us homeland security paperwork so they know my husband is in this country! This was done 20yrs ago he came to United States in 98 and has a social security card, it was given to him when he applied in new Jersey where he lived and worked at that time, he has been paying taxes ever since but our lawyer told us 13 ys ago that he has a chance of being kicked out of country because he has a cmens visa which means it looks like he Jumped ship? Which is not true! Our lawyer said if he trys to go to another lawyer he would take a chance on getting ripped off and kick out? Is this true? And who should we believe? I really want my husband to get his legalization citizenship can you help me?
My cousin got caught in a marriage fraud. Went to court took the volountay deportation but didnt leave. He has been to several lawyers who said he will never get it be cause of the fraud. I am trying to get him to do a consultation with your company but he has given up hope.
