Hello , Ms McBeen. Can I apply to Humanitarian Parole on really medical attention due to suffering a stroke 6 month ago, that it left my right side moveless? Here, in Dominican Republic, therapists are not handeling well the case, and i fear to stay in a wheelchair, receiving assistence from anybody to help. That was why my question. The case was on 1992; deported on 1998, and i´m 61 yrs old . I have adults children in USA than can apply for any support on me. One thing to know its...that i was deported due to a drug related case, and I now i have to apply for I-131, I-134, I-601 and I-212 forms. I did my time greatfuly...at the point that I took the GDE Program to a facility where it wasnt available. I've read, that under real medical attention, Humanitarian Parole are mainly granted, dispite your ground of inadmisibility a person have. i´m in a medical need before it get too late.

My son helped me when he was 25years old and the card came in the mail. I had no interview at all.

I applied for my brother about 9 years ago and i have not heard back from immigration. I did received the initial receipt.
Please send a letter to immigration to find out the status, the maximum is about 10 years. Include all necessary information on the letter.
