Hello 👋 I have overstayed my J1 visa going for 4 years soon. I have been using my SSN to work Amazon flex, door dash, uber eats and instacart. I have been filing my taxes each year. I want to be able to go home and come back but I don’t know how to go about it. I haven’t tried to apply for anything because I don’t want it to trigger anything. Please help me.

Hello. I came to the US on a waiver visa in 2001 that I overstayed. I’ve never left the country. I don’t see myself under any of those categories you mentioned in this video. Hi mum, my mummy is green card holder, she filled the I 130 for me, it's been 12 months now. I got B1/B2 visa in my country to visit her in the USA. While I am in USA these days, she received an RFE for more evidence. We are not worried about my case, but l would like to know if I can overstay my visa and continue the process of GC here in USA. Hi , how can I change my address after they started processing my application for replacement of my citizenship certificate.

No the child has to be 21. You're less likely to get deported having a child here that needs you but there's no formal protection

You can't apply for a GC with a TPS. Be thankful. At least you have the opportunity to work legally in the country.

If she can't convert to another legal status she'll have to leave. When it comes her turn her overstay will not be forgiven..

Apply k3 visa for ur husband
You can just go to the embassy or consulate and do a report birth abroad. Your kids are automatically Americans because you are. I did the same and walked out on the very same day with my daughter’s American passports in hand. Good for 1 year only than send for a renewal once you get to the USA for free as long as you renew it before it expires.
The wife is a whole other deal.

Hi, Ms.Nicole, I have friend here in the USA, who has been here for over like 15 years or more, her passport has been expired. She have a child who was born here in the USA, but because she was unable to care for the child the child as a young baby was taken to Jamaica to be care for by ( my friend mom down there), now that child is now 18 years old but is still in Jamaica, n my friend is here with a expired passport, what can she do so the child come up back to the USA, the child is a male child ?
The son should come to the USA, get a job, be financially stable and then apply for his mom.
She will get it. Hopefully she has a clean criminal background. I personally know 2 parents who were both illegal in the state for over 25 years. They filled out paperwork and mailed it the day their daughter turned 21. Today they have their papers.
If the child was born in the US then he is a US citizen and can file for his mom when he turns 21. He should come here and file.
The child would go to the embassy and apply for a US passport.
She can go to the consulate of jamaica in Manhattan to do her passport. The process is easy.
The child can go to the us Embassy and do his passport

Went for interview pass all of the questions but they asked for 2018 tax return transcript and to show the payment arrangement from irs but I stop to pay for a very long months im planning to go to the irs office and set up payment plan but they cane me 30 days to submit or denied so what do I need to do
Go to someone who did your tax and ask them to set up the payment plan for you then they’ll send you the IRS approval letter the you get the payment letter and u pay it at the post office

I had Retirement and Medicare deductions from my PayChecks... then, I was out of the country for 19 years... Now, I just got back to the US, legally, with a Real Social Security number... I'm 43 years old with no Retirement or Medicare contributions history on my New Real Social Security Number... Is there any way, I could show Social Security Office that I made this mistake back then, and use those contributions towards my New Social Security number? Since my Former Employer and I did pay those amounts?

Yeah if for example a mom and her kids come here legally and overstay, if the mom becomes a citizen before they become adults she can file for them.
