At 64 years of age and ex Royal Navy, I've travelled the world. Watching your videos makes me so envious and reminds me of my own adventures. Make the most of everything you see, the memories you create, the friends you make because life passes us by so bloody quickly and I can't imagine getting to an age, look back and realise I'd done nothing with it. I'm now looking forward to the next video.
Hello Steve, 64 is nothing. Kerala is most inexpensive and safe. 500 pounds or less for a month including good quality stay, food and local transportation. Kochin is so well connected internationally via middle east and rest of India by flight. People are amazingly friendly and most speak English. You can get e visa for 6 months in just couple of days. Relaxing & perfect for senior folks if you are not interested in physical activities. You will return a few years younger. Never too late.
Oh wow Steve your reply is so encouraging. Not only for Liam and Janine but also for me 😄 I'm so glad u got the opportunity to travel lots ❤️ I am a solo travel vlogger. I did 3 consecutive years of travelling in India as a woman 😲
Selected by whom ? Someone can select Kerala to be the best destination, and someone else can select it as the least favored destination. It is all about perspectives and selection criteria. For example I will select it as the best destination in the world because it is the place where I can easily get Parotta and beef curry and Appam and Mutta curry. Someone else may find it it the least favored destination because cows are slaughtered on the road in the name of activism.
That island was Amazing and what a lovely family to invite you both over to stay.......the Indian people are a credit to their country so kind..helpful ..peaceful and welcoming.......What a way to live.......The rest of humanity could learn a lot from them.

I can vouch for that. Re India is a kind, educational and eye opening place for sure!!!! I lived with a local family on a beach in Gokarna (south India) as a Solo female traveller. However I would like to thank you both for this opportunity to travel abroad and experience the many levels of dialects, food's,cultural customs as well.. @@arjunraj823 in my experience of travel vlogging as a foreigner in India I found Kerala to be like a different country to the rest of India. I had discomfort in Kerala but not in other parts of India. Kerala has a vortex of energy!!!!!

I first experienced Kerala in 2003, I loved it so much I have been back several times, I often visit my second family on the Alleppey backwaters. I regularly do a dawn Shikara ride into the backwaters and stop and have breakfast at one of the little canal cafes, it's just magical.
Good morning, beautiful people. This trip is getting better and better! The faster you speak into the camera, seems the more you are enjoying where you are!! Lovely people you are meeting - even passers-by smile at the camera. The memories you are amassing is wonderful. Good for you and I wait for the next episode. Take care.
Jeff ohhhhh yes I also believe that Liam and Janine are doing some AWESOME memory making. 👌 I did 3 years so solo travel vlogging in India and the memories are overwhelming in so many ways. I felt alive in India. Nowadays I solo travel vlog in the UK and it's definitely different 😃 hahahahaha ❤️
@@travellingyoginikas Hi. Engineer. Spent 18 months in Dharavi volunteering with a NGO. "Make their lives better" they said. What? I found these folks creative, intuitive with a total 'can do' attitude more than any other peoples I have ever come across. Caring and sharing are two other words I would use to describe these folks. A humbling experience in India.
Wow that was incredible! Every week I look forward to joining you for your experiences through India!! The Indian people are so beautiful I can feel their loving generosity through the screen! Liam you are a fantastic story teller! Janine your filming and edits are incredible 🙏🏼 Happy travels ♥️

Among all the travel videos done by foreigners traveling India, yours is the best. Kerala is a wonderful place and you have done a marvellous job in covering all the places in your auto rickshaw. Peple are extremly friendly and helping you all the way. I see that both of you are vegans and you are able to find vegan food in Kerala where many people are non vegetarians and in Kerala at times it is difficult to find veg.restaurants. I wish yo all the best throughout your journey in India. I cannot imagine doing this in an auto rickshaw , that is incredible.
Ooooh that was so much fun! So much to see and do, I don’t want these India videos to end! I adore the people, so happy and smiley 💗LOOOOOVE THE MUSIC! And the food….. it’s to die for! You’d better be cos I’ve only got one and it’s a big ol’ sun hat 🥴 As always, my most humble thanks for taking us with you on your journey. Stay safe out there ❤️
Karen I also feel that Liam and Janine should be making travel shows for tv as they are SUPER TALENTED vloggers. Iv seen travel shows on tv that aren't quite up to the mark. Liam and Janine's videos are better than travel shows. They really are truly professional aren't they. And as for India, well.... What can I say... I feel as though India is my land, my country as afterall I did do 3 consecutive years of solo travel vlogging there 😃❤️😃
Liam and Janine, your travels get better and better. Loved the island and what a lovely family. Hearing your joints crack during a chiropractic session, reminded me when I had a bad back and visited a Swiss chiropractor, she did exactly the same to my joints as they were out of alignment. I have to say worth every penny and definately a good chiropractor is worth their weight in gold. Then you give us another lovely family home and the entertainment looked amazing. Its heart warming to see such genuine lovely people. India is top of my bucket list thanks to you both. ❤
Wow that was an amazing week ❤️ I use to go for chiropractor sessions when I worked in an office and my posture was really out of whack. I remember how awful it sounded with all the cracks as everything was realigned but I always felt amazing afterwards. I couldn't bear to watch Janine go through it and turned the sound down but I knew it was all good when she was smiling afterwards. I imagine those few days really recharged your batteries. Safe and happy travels to you both, can't wait for the next instalment ❤️

Wow stunning place.. and a real chiropractor how wonderful, they not easy to find. I was laughing, I've experienced every click you received which induces the most wonderful light feeling.. sadly I moved away from my brilliant chiropractor and have never been able to find someone of the same qualifications..very few westerners do it correctly, and can actually do more damage then good. Thank you for opening my eyes to another side of India that I’ve rarely seen. You seem to be having a great time and it’s much deserved after your recent trials. I’m really enjoying following along with your adventures and can’t wait for the next instalment 👍
I'm like you... Re I cant wait for the next installment 😃🇮🇳 I did 3 years of solo travel vlogging In India. Liam and Janine are enabling to re-live my times there
Kerala is always a different India.
@@arjunraj823 in my experience of travel vlogging as a foreigner in India I found Kerala to be like a different country to the rest of India. I had discomfort in Kerala but not in other parts of India. Kerala has a vortex of energy!!!!!
This is one youtube video that both my wife and I watch together always. Never has this happened before 😂.. you guys are Magicians and the magic of your videos are obvious
Ah wow, so pleased you are both enjoying it
Another wonderful video. I feel I'm traveling India with you both. Such a lovely experience.
We thank you so much for travelling with us
Seeing India through your eyes, I'm falling in love with my own country all over again... ♥️ 💕
Oh it's lovely to hear that you are falling in love with your country all over again ❤️ soooo AWESOME. I did 3 years of solo travel vlogging in India as a foreigner. It was MESMERIZING ❤️👌👍
I first experienced Kerala in 2003, I loved it so much I have been back several times, I often visit my second family on the Alleppey backwaters. I regularly do a dawn Shikara ride into the backwaters and stop and have breakfast at one of the little canal cafes, it's just magical.
So nice
BEAUTIFUL!
❤️ Beautiful vlog
🧡 Beautiful people
💛 Beautiful Liam & Janine
❤️❤️❤️ you're the best
@@jeffjones9792 India is CERTAINLY an experience and a half. You have done some very good work in India 👌👍
Fantastic you get Indian music 😍🤍🙏🤍🏴
Loving this journey across India. The Green Palace resort looks amazing and everyone seems so friendly
It's a fab place with a lovely family
Wow that was incredible! Every week I look forward to joining you for your experiences through India!! The Indian people are so beautiful I can feel their loving generosity through the screen!
Liam you are a fantastic story teller! Janine your filming and edits are incredible 🙏🏼 Happy travels ♥️
Wonderful Vlog which has got everything a traveler can dream; from delicious Vegan Cuisines, Peaceful, Picturesque Ambience, Beautiful Property to reside at the backdrop of backwaters, holistic wellness, top class hospitality and positive energy from both of you. Thanks so much. Take Care. Stay Safe. Enjoy yours Indian Odyssey. Cheers.
This has to be the best series of vlogs I've seen guys, keep it going 😎
Wow, thanks!
@@ThoseHappyDays The shots and editing are both on point just wish the videos were longer haha
Leanna is the most loveliest lady wanting to spread her fantastic news. I hope and pray her good fortune remains positive and what a beautiful place with beautiful people. Amazing, thank you for sharing.
Brilliant as always guys, thanks, take care.
Just going for a walk down the street becomes a wonderful unexpected adventure in this series.
ABSOLUTELY 👌
Outstanding documentation!! I'm very much enjoying my vicarious trip through your eyes. Thanks Friends ❤
Another fantastic blog, wow what an experience your both having. Can't wait until next week.
I stayed on a house boat in Romania on the Danube Delta. Absolutely beautiful country! I went on an adventure holiday there with 15 strangers - very off the beaten track, and never slept in the same place more than one night. Transylvanian mountain trek was outstanding.
Love your channel, and especially enjoying your Indian experience 🌺
Free the Tates
I loved Romanian films by Sergiu Nicolaescu and there is a school series of films from Romania I love called Liceenii.
P J I am also especially enjoying Liam and Janine's Indian experience and I'm also loving the sound of your travel experiences too in Romana on the house boat ❤️ wow. I am an off the beaten path solo travel vlogger and did 3 years of that sort of travel around India!!!! ❤️
Wow. The trip just keeps on getting better. I am hooked. Thank you for sharing your wonderful adventure 😊
Me 2 re I'm also hooked 😃👌 I did 3 years of solo travel vlogging in India Pamela and those Happy Days are enabling me to re-live my times there ❤️
You guys are Living the dream , I’m enjoying your travels through India . Every week. I look forward to watching your channel.
Ooooh that was so much fun! So much to see and do, I don’t want these India videos to end! I adore the people, so happy and smiley 💗LOOOOOVE THE MUSIC! And the food….. it’s to die for! If you two aren’t making travel shows for tv within five years, I’ll eat my hat. You’d better be cos I’ve only got one and it’s a big ol’ sun hat 🥴 As always, my most humble thanks for taking us with you on your journey. Stay safe out there ❤️
Haha 😄 I sort of hope for your sake we don't make videos for TV 👒
Karen I also feel that Liam and Janine should be making travel shows for tv as they are SUPER TALENTED vloggers. Iv seen travel shows on tv that aren't quite up to the mark. Liam and Janine's videos are better than travel shows. They really are truly professional aren't they. And as for India, well.... What can I say... I feel as though India is my land, my country as afterall I did do 3 consecutive years of solo travel vlogging there 😃❤️😃
Stop showing off now guys 😊🤣🤣... Fantastic as always xx smashed it x
😅😅
Wow!!! your best video yet, just amazing sights and sounds. You really seem to be in the vib now, stay safe and enjoy.
Thank you very much! Hope you are well
Liam and Janine, your travels get better and better.
Yeah she felt great after haha but I know what you mean 😅
Absolutely amazing as always. I'm enjoying your journey very much. You just seem to attract such kindness. Brilliant. xx
Always look forward to your vlogs, what amazing people and country ❤
What a fantastic episode and another amazing place and experience. The Indian Tourist Board should show all your videos on their website to promote this beautiful country 👍🏻
So enjoying your videos of India ❤
Great video. Glad you are having a wonderful time.
Another brilliant episode....so absorbing from start to finish. The island was paradise. Your videos have opened my eyes to the beauty of India.
Your adventures are fascinating. What keeps me coming back is the way you frame your adventures--with curiosity and openess. You celebrate the texture of your lives and I find it very helpful. Thank-you both.

Great to see the beautiful places you are visiting and the fantastic people you are enjoying it with 😊 can’t get over those crunching sounds though 😩😩😂😂
I loved Lena's story, I don't believe in chemotherapy, so was inspiring to hear her experience.. loving your journey guys..stay safe 🛺✨💖
I am from Kochi, Kerala. Happy to see that you are having a wonderful time here.
Thank you we are

@@mikeyscott9336 Mikey ohhhhhh my what a story!!!! AMAZING 😍 I have been dipping in and out of India since my childhood. In fact since I was one year old!!! My parents took us to many places in the North re Chandigarh, Rishikesh, Shimla, New Delhi and Agra.
I have done solo travelling in India during my adulthood. Tha last time I went to India was in Oct 2019 and I didn't return back to my home in the UK until Oct 2022!!! So I spent the pandemic in India. During the pandemic I lived in Kerala and then in Gokarna. Then post pandemic I went to Chikmaglore, Coorg, Mysore, Hampi, Rishikesh, Dharamshala, Bir Billing, Amritsar and Goa, and documented it all on my TH-cam channel 😃 You are welcome to see it if you wish ❤️

I believe this vlog is the most enjoyable so far and I watched it just 4 hours after you released it on the same day -i.e. Sunday. Quite relaxing , keep it up Janine & Liam. Love you all.
What lovely people they are on the little island 🥰
Another interesting video. I jumped at the first crack by the chiropractor fixing Liam. The schoolchildren at the end were wonderful. You attract the best people and they all seem so appreciative of you mentioning them.
Wow....your videography and editing is superb. I am from Kerala. But I hadn't fully realized the beauty of it.
Thank you so much 🙂
Wonderful video. SO necessary in India to have quiet breaks from the craziness! Have not been to Kerala yet, but is on our bucket list.
Alicia yes quiet breaks at this beautiful homestay are literally just what the doctor ordered 😃 A tranquil break from the chaos is so necessary whilst travelling around India for sure ❤️👍 I did 3 years of solo travel vlogging in India and most of that time was spent in Kerala 👌
