My fav and best role would be Tank peaking at Gm2! I'd like to think that I know a lot of matchups and how to play around and against wide variety of team comps and I'd love to help as many of you learn and understand how to play them (:

Counter swap also exist in the DPS world, the amount of time some dps swaps to Pharah, Echo or Sombra to counter my Junkrat is crazy.
As a Pharah main myself, I can't even lie to you I am so guilty of that 💀
I normally go Ashe and check that wonking hit box from afar.if I’m feeling spicy I go wid. But I’m definitely guilty of targeting that rat.

The thing is DPS counter swap isnt as bad you can play around that but there is nothing you can do as Tank you counter swap as well or you lose

Counter swapping is literally Plat mentality, learning matchups is far better

It’s how overwatch has always been it’s not a new thing. Just now with one tank the counter is way harder . It was always go ashe, cree, soldier into flyers or reaper, brig into monkey
You saying that makes you Plat . If you dont counterswap on Tank you lose thats OW2 Tank role now . I want you to play winston into counters or Diva into Zaya .

You are absolutely right! What Jaeger means is that players should learn how to play the match up instead of resorting to counter swapping as their first response whenever they experience any sort of inconvenience or being out played

If you could only swap at certain points in the game like quarters or checkpoints , the counter swaps wouldn’t be half as bad. I hate getting countered after just one kill out of the spawn, that’s the worst.

So you want to force peopl to play a loseing match up . Becouse that doesnt chang the problem you just force peopl to stay on a hero the will get shit one
@@xythiera7255 false, you ever play paladins? It’s called counter play. And you wouldn’t be countered all the time it depends on what the other person picks, and it’s better then being forced to swap as soon as the game starts because they run back to spawn to swap to your counter. Then it’s just a merry go round of swapping which is lame af. If that’s how you like to play you deserve to be shat on.
