To folks reading comments before doing this one - don't let "Pregnancy" in the title fool you! Wanted an upper body/arm workout after my run this morning, and saw this one and thought - that'll be pretty good....holy - this is burner of a workout! Even after doing Met Con, those 2 minutes of push-ups were fire! I don't think this workout needs to be re-filmed, but maybe other new ones in this format??
But why does it hurt so much??! 🥵 Failure all throughout,I was not expecting that,arm tabata is not for the faint of heart 😅 thanks ladies, incredible as always
This work out is awesome. If I can burn my arms like this in 10 minutes, what’s the point of working out for 45 minutes? Does it just burn more calories? I’m 38 weeks preggo with a 13 month old so I like to keep it quick and dirty! :)
I'm so glad you liked this one! 10 minutes is all you need if you're lifting the right weights! (The last 2-3 reps should be difficult, that's how you'll know you've got the right weights!) I typically like to add something like this onto a walk or run! Keep up the awesome work mama!

This is one of the first NML workouts 2 years ago when being pregnant! It's short and the 20s intervals are deceiving because it's so tough!! 💪
