    Love this workout! I'm sweating, I'm puffing, muscles burning, but I feel super safe and supported doing all the exercises! And as an added bonus it is helping my pelvic girdle pain a lot and not aggravating it! So grateful for this! I do it once a day, it's the perfect length, love love love! Thank you!

      Congratulations!! I’m pregnant with my first!! And it’s a boy! Due January 27th and it absolutely sucks not being able to go to the gym or certain places to walk around because of the pandemic. But I’m very grateful for these videos! Wishing you the best with your pregnancy and labor!!!💙

    It’s been so hard to me to find energy to workout in my 2nd trimester with a 1 year old but I finally did it today and I cried the whole time because I just felt so proud of myself. I want to keep doing this every day thank you so so much

    This is my second pregnancy and I’m so thankful I found your workouts!!! With my last pregnancy my workouts felt like I wasn’t doing much at all or truly working my muscles but with yours I feel stronger and can see the difference in my aches and pains, energy levels, and maintaining and even gaining strength!     I’m 18 weeks and I just found this workout!! I was super active before pregnancy but after a rough first trimester I’m just getting back into working out and this was exactly what my body needed.     20 weeks pregnant and have been doing this workout since week 14! I'm going twice a week and love how I can keep up now! I enjoy that there's no bg music, so I can play my favorite songs, and the encouraging coaching in this video! I tried many videos but this is is my Go-to! "We can do anything for 15 minutes"!!🙌💪

    Second time doing this workout since i've been following the free 4 week postpartum schedule. It felt rough the first two weeks, but i'm finally feeling some strength come back. Thanks for the quick effective workouts! I was on bedrest for the last 2 months of my pregnancy and it feels good to move again.

    Oh my goodness. True story of myself. This is the best. So my blood sugar was so high when I was 28wk of pregnancy then I followed this cardio, do it every morning. And you know what? My blood sugar went back to normal 2 weeks after that. I kept rotate this and low impact cardio from other video, I delivered my healthy baby boy at 37week for only 2 hours!!! Sooo guys, this is the best pregnancy cardio ever!! Big thank to Lindsey. Now I’m doing postpartum cardio 20 mins together with 8 diastasis exercises to get back to my shape asap!!!

    absolutely awesome! loved this and loved your commentary too! as soon as I finished (i stopped half way to be safe first time) I could feel my sides of my stomach muscles switch on! 12 weeks 1st pregnancy haven't been able to exercise, every time I went for a fast walk I got pain in the lower abdomen like I'd aggravated a nerve or ligament or something.. nothing with this and so much fun, easy moves not complicated like those zumba style workouts.. I'm actually looking forward to exercisng now! thank you!

    Back here at 8 weeks postpartum, trying to get back into regular workouts :) I'm so thankful for your workouts during pregnancy, I can see how they really did cause me to be more fit!     Just à question ..my earlier was c section and I am hoping and trying my best to have VBAC this time.
    Do you think exercices in your workouts already focus on making labour easier or easing up pelvic girdle,strengthen pelvic muscles ?

    I did this 3x a day with my last pregnancy and it helped me not gain too much weight and I felt better than I had in years and my labor was so quick too! This pregnancy has been harder but I try to do this at least 1x a day and it definitely helps out! I’ve shared this video with my cousin who is also pregnant!

    Amazing workout! This was my first time working out during my pregnancy and I'm in my second trimester. I knew I needed to stay healthy but was afraid of doing too much with a workout. This made me feel like I DID something, but didn't feel it was too much at all. I felt totally safe doing it. I love that it was only 15 minutes, no equipment required, and was definitely effective! Will definitely be doing this workout regularly from now on. Thank you!!

    This might be my absolute favourite cardio workout ever! I haven't done it in a long long long time. This gets me sweating just as much or more than some of the Minnesota Beef / Pork workouts..... thanks Lindsey!

    huffing and puffing.... ok, this just may be your "best" workout...... I love it and it has been a while since I have done this one. This is my last day of the 14 day workout, yes in theory this is the rest day but I had to take a day off on Wednesday because the Monday and Tuesday workouts completely fatigued my muscles so I added an extra active recovery day then. This is so good because it is the perfect length and I could do this during the day on a break at work when I need to get energized. One can do it in a hotel room without worrying about complaints, apartment without worrying about downstairs neighbours.... And an awesome cardio challenge! now off to finish off the 14 days with the AB workout. Thanks again Lindsey!

    Thank you for your wonderful videos!! Did you continue to do hiit workouts (including jumping squats burpees etc) in your pregnancy? I’ve read a lot of conflicting information and I’m not sure what it okay and what isn’t. Curious to hear what you’ve done!

      Way to go Erika! And every pregnancy is different, but personally I did keep jumping into the middle of my second trimester because it still felt good for me. But then I started modifying when it no longer felt good for me. Honestly, you know your body best.

    34 weeks along, and I really like that I can get a good sweat and feel safe. When things are too tough on my body I modify, when I can do more I can add weights to this or pump up the intensity. I hope to continue to work out these last few weeks. Thanks for posting.

    Coming off bed rest after about 6 months. I am now so unhealthy, but I was able to do this workout by taking the breaks just slightly longer and slowing it down near the end. I actually feel ‘alive’ again after this. I want to have at least some physical stamina before this baby #9 gets here. I’m going to continue this routine, hopefully every morning. Helps with my dizziness as well.

      Day 2 done. I just wanted to comment again to say that after yesterday’s workout, I started feeling sore this morning. I was just going to give myself a day or two off from another workout because of it, but pushed on anyways today. After the warmup, I didn’t even feel sore anymore and I got through it just fine. The soreness is gone! So I just wanted to encourage those that are in the same boat as me and want to procrastinate because of soreness, don’t- because it is worth it to do again.

    This was a great workout! My only piece of criticism is that the disclaimer about all pregnancies being different and to be mindful while you're doing the workout should be placed AT THE BEGINNING ;) Thank you for helping me work up a sweat
