I'm 11 weeks with my third and determined to maintain some strength in my core. I worked hard after my second baby to get back to a point where I felt strong. This is by far the best core prenatal workout I've found thus far. Actually felt like it was doing something. Definitely going to subscribe. (commenting from my husbands account)
So loving all these prenatal workouts for my 3rd pregnancy! And so glad I have the energy to really get back to working out now that I am in the 2nd trimester. I know you aren't currently pregnant now that it's at least a year after you posted this video, but I would love to see a video of pregnancy friendly stretching. You've worked that in to the end of several videos, but a video with just stretching for pregnancy would be amazing if you are looking for ideas! :)
This is EXACTLY what I needed. I’ve worked out here and there throughout my pregnancy, but not as consistently as I need to. Many prenatal workouts are longer (15-20+ mins) and are cumbersome to do right before bed (the only time I have right now). But I’m 27 weeks and having round ligament pain, tightness in my belly, back/hip pain, and trouble sleeping, so I need to do something to prep before baby gets here! This has already helped my lower back, I have very little muscular support in my core and back to help with posture and the extra weight from baby. Thank you so much for this video!
I'm so glad you found this helpful!! Did you see we just launched pregnancy workout plans by trimester? You can find them here! www.nourishmovelove.com/pregnancy-workout-plan-1/
I'm amazed at how well you talk through your videos while working out and pregnant! Thanks so much for these workouts! You're awesome! And also...you make the cutest pregnant lady!
Such simple moves, but it's amazing how much you feel them when you really focus on your breathing and squeezing tight. I'll be using this one a lot. Thank you!
Good for you, you look amazing. I wonder if we’ll get a little peek at baby when he’s born, maybe a q & a when baby gets here?… you did one a really long time ago I think.
I keep trying doing plank from different highs but my stomach keep doming or coning, I know I have DR. What can other option can I do instead of planks. I'm 13 weeks. Thank you in advanced :)
If you notice coning/doming while planking (even from an incline) I'd just quit doing that throughout your pregnancy and instead sub core exercises like the ones in this workout -- th-cam.com/video/2yxLrTUMEqk/w-d-xo.html
I am a pre-and-postnatal certified trainer; but also a women who's personally experienced 3 pregnancies and diastasis recti; thus, I've worked with medical professionals (like pelvic floor physical therapists) who I've learned several of these exercises from! Thanks for watching!

Hi is this suitable for pregnant mom with DR condition?
It really depends on how severe your DR is but I would say yes, just take moves at your pace and scale down each move as needed!
I've heard (and it's been my experience) anything in a plank type position can aggravate DR.
How far pregnant are you now? If I may ask
About 36 weeks now! Due in April!
@@nourishmovelove wow you look amazing for 36 weeks! I am due in June
❤
How exactly do you know they are safe? Are you a doctor or any kind of medical professional?
I am a pre-and-postnatal certified trainer; but also a women who's personally experienced 3 pregnancies and diastasis recti; thus, I've worked with medical professionals (like pelvic floor physical therapists) who I've learned several of these exercises from! Thanks for watching!
@@nourishmovelove Thanks. It's my first pregnancy and I am really careful what I do.
Was this a sample of exercises or an actual work out?
I found the excercises way too easy for the amount of time each lasted.
