Joe PK invited me to dive with him as he claimed he had some of the best diving in the U.K. on his doorstep. Naturally intrigued by this we booked in a day and headed offshore in Joe's new rib. He wasn't wrong and we found some incredibly shoals of European sea bass (Spigola, Labrax, Robalo, Lubina). At the time of filming the recreational bag limit on bass is 1 fish per person per day. After our bass each we found a myriad of other species.
