We just moved to Alaska from Nevada and I've been dying to make your classic chocolate cake. I've been waiting for the black cocoa to get here from Amazon and I'm so impatient! Prime up here doesn't work like prime in the lower states. Prime here is literally 2 weeks, not 2 days. Well in the parts I live in are. It's 3 hours down from Anchorage. It can also be delayed longer. It took a month to get a thermometer 😆. There's a good chance I may be making this cake for Christmas instead of Thanksgiving haha!
