    the plastic attachment of the shoulder strap that you used to connect the shoulder strap to the pole-saw (the plastic housing with a hole and screw to tighten it) ... did it come with the shoulder strap or was it included in the pole-saw kit ?

      It comes with the pole saw kit.

      I'd say yes, but the good thing is, the battery is behind your trigger hand, so it balances well.
