      Just a heads up, drinking straight lemon juice is bad for your teeth! Use a straw to avoid damage 😊

    You are so awesome! I absolutely love your videos as they are so practical and makes me realize that I'm watching a human being just like myself, and if you can do it, I can too.
    I have a question: so, in your videos, you always make your meals fresh. That makes me wonder if you ever prep your meals? I mean prepping the way it's done conventionally...like, cooking everything one day and just microwaving them later and having them? I am a student in university and this is the part I struggle with the most. I either eat too less in a day because most of the time I am at school and I avsolutely hate eating microwaved meals, or I end up eating out because it's at least fresh! How would you suggest i deal with this? Any students here that could help me out, in the comments?

      Do dished that don`t require heating! You can eat salads with beans, hummus, your choice of protein and so on. Or warps. Or if you have some leftovers, you can mix it along with some mixed sallad and you will feel like its fresh!

      you can try making meals that you can warm up on the stove top instead? i prefer to do this but tbh if you want to save time and money you might just have to get over the dislike of microwaved meals lol

    Try some apple cider vinager in the am and the pm for your skin. I sware by it!
    Also, olive oil has a low heat point and loses its health benefits when you cook with it! AVACADO oil is delicious to cook with and does not lose its health benefits when you heat it up in the pan! Xo

    Great video young lady: Thank you! I don't like egg whites but have cut back on yolks as well and season it with lots of garlic and sriracha sauce so I can eat it...lol.     Cook it in a glass pan and just cover with foil. I only use glass, iron and stainless steel to cook. Other cooking tools can be toxic

    AH, it's all in the black coffee, though! Coffee cuts my appetite like no other - makes it super easy for me to focus on uni work all day while eating about 1700 calories (cut). However, i get super addicted, needing it for energy/motivation, so i can't let myself drink it regularly. When I'm not suppressing my appetite with caffeine, it's VERY hard for me to eat under 2400 calories (even when eating lots of protein and satiating fat!). Food is like a drug to me.

      Everyones needs are different. You can hire a coach to find yours or use a website like "iifym.com" and they will calculate a basic amount for you :)

    Leaving out the yolk actually is better health-wise. Although it has some nutritional value the yolk contains tons of bad cholesterol, thus it is way better to get your fats/those other nutrients from other foods
