Quintessential Italian design. Simple yet beautifully sculptured, it will age well with these rounded curves. I love it, but the price is a bit steep, just as anything Maserati. Ps: this thing could probably run a V12 with that much space under the hood!
Trully beautiful. I'm not convinced about the front though, maybe the other version looks better, however I don't like the headlights a lot, they are too simple. Great video, thank you!
Haven't noticed that TH-cam unsubbed me seemingly a while ago. Came here to see what's up and I'm impressed by the current content, very coherent design analysis on the real thing. Which I find more interesting because cars always look different in person than on picture. Nice work. As a previous 2017 Maserati GT owner there are a number of improvements you pointed out. Firstly was the the wheels coming out to meet the body. That was the most problematic part of the GT visually. We fixed that with wheel spacers. I recently saw the 2024 GT at our Maserati dealer and I am surprised you didn't comment about the "periscope" rear view camera. I feel it is a bad execution of a good idea. The large fixture was a glaring item for me in person. It doesn't show up on camera as bad. The "mouth" of the grill looks more "Miata-ish" to me but as you said, the Trofeo facia helps.
kinda the same as what Aston Martin does. It gets Mercedes previous gen infotainment. Image a 2023 $165k vantage and you're using a $30k 2015 C Class infotainment.
Grecale is a much more simple crossover based on Stelvio architecture. 70k is a prise for the 2.0 petrol engine version. 3.0 nettuno v6 Grecale costs at list 115k or something. GrandTurismo is luxury coupe with much more complex technology on board. Trofeo V6 (550 hp) version do 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds (3.3 s by imperial 0-60 mph) and it is stunning results for big GT coupe. Do Aston Martin with V12 drive faster? Not. Maybe Ferrari Roma? Not. So 265k euros price for Trofeo with a lot of options is a NORMAL price tag for such vehicles. It is luxury segment.
@@VaunShiz although it really looks like a Sport car, actually the proposal is being a GT, but both versions (Modena/Trofeo) have air suspension as standard
It looks very pretty, I hope it depreciates like a Maserati so that I can own one one day 😂😂😂 also feels like Maserati might take down Aston Martin's grand tourer crown
I would say this is a $130,000 car in terms of the interior. Now, the Trofeo trim, I would say is probably $150,000. It's definitely not on the level of $200,000 unless it's a bespoke build from Maserati's Fuoriserie program that allows you to personalize your car down to the smallest detail. This would be comparable to McLaren's MSO or Ferrari's Atelier program.
I think if looks the money. Look a Lambo both Aventador and Huracan that have bits from 2006 Audis in the interior. And Ferrari and Mclaren are more expensive
I actually prefer the older headlamp design at the front, if they could make it more similar to that with more streamlined design this car would be the perfect evolution!!
Imho, I'll take the the 2013-2017 GTS & MC styling over this or any of the new GT models. I'd also take their Ferrari made 4.7 V8 with it's unbelievable symphony over just about any engine, in any car, ever made.
