this is actually really good vid. I've seen videos like this where they have no clue what they're talking about but you have learnt a lot from this cheater and have provided others with knowledge. Great vid :)
exactly, he didn't go in with an entirely negative mindset about cheating and did concede why hvh isn't inherently bad. he even saw that there is skill in hvh, just a different kind of skill.
I've played against people who have that "I won't cheat if the enemy isn't a cheater" way of thinking. When you hit a decent shot versus them, they toggle because they convince themselves you're cheating so it's ethically ok. Pretty pathetic
I feel like the type of cheater you interviewed is part of that 1% deep-end cheaters, like the routing-experts and any-%'ers among speedrunners. Breaking the game, competing in how broken you can manage to get it. 99% of the ones you encounter are just there for the thrill and trolling.
Not really. He was actually more of the 10 percent, who legits, hvhes, makes his own cheats, and tells people about them. I'd say 40 percent are hvhers, all at different levels. And 45 percent are legit cheaters, trying to get to global. 4 percent are cheating youtubers. And 1 percent are the assholes in casual.
I bet there's a big cultural divide among cheaters: The actual hackers who do it for the challenge, curiosity and passion for the game (like the one you interviewed), and the trash cheaters/script kiddies who buy cheats and just wanna enjoy ruining games for others.
You're probably totally right except the amount of "curious" cheaters are most likely 1 in a million against normal trolling cheaters because if you're actually "curious" then you would proceed to a local game to try them out and not in mm.
Thank you for typing this for me. So aggressive without a single brain cell knocking around in their simple little heads and no attempt to understand a very simple and interesting point this guy made. Just your average randoms in mm..
Official hvh servers could be really beneficial, closely monitoring them would allow valve to improve their anti-cheat a lot more and help purge MM of the other 99% of cheaters who are just simply asshoes.
While i completely agree with your point, the number of cheaters that are thought to be playing MM is blown way out of proportion.. I have been flamed countless times by the entire enemy team, and even some of my own teammates for cheating, although i have never used any form of cheats...
Unless the anti-cheater develops the cheats himself, financially support these cheat developers should be a no-no. Also, how would they determine who is cheating? What if someone is on a lucky streak and gets labeled a cheater?
But theyre probably the most detrimental to the competitiveness of the game. Judging from the amount of fishy skill-boosts/comebacks I saw, there are extremely many "anticheat cheaters". In most games where I paly really well adn the enemies get rekt hard in the beginning, I expect them to toggle to still get the win. And in many cases, this actually happens, together with "LOL CHEATER" flames against me in the first few rounds...
It's just that Valve is fucking trash at cheat detecting. I mean, you could just look up serverlogs and see when the server crashed and who was in the game. Then check for the person who sent the command that crashed the server. But.... fucking Volvo man...

For softer cheats, I presume most people don't like playing on some of the servers like FFA, retakes or executes, so other community servers maybe but I haven't seen many. Only a few on 5v5 or retakes and they were all admin banned.
Did you even watch the fucking video? To keep many cheaters away from legit players. They also wants to have ranks. Just telling you in case you didn't watch the fucking video. Fucking donkey.
I haven't seen a single cheater that is "humble" or "has moral standards" at all. It's all the same: Loses game, turns on cheats, wins, calls other team shit, repeat. VAC can barely detect any cheater, it's like holding a fish in front of a toddler, and if the fish doesn't move then it doesn't exist to the toddler.
that is a cheater who cheats to win. The cheaters that are at least "ok" are the ones who cheat to simply get past the anticheat. In HS I would spend hours writing bits of software to bypass the custom restriction program on the pc's in my computer lab. What did I do when I got though the system? nothing. I felt accomplished. And the whole time I was risking suspension and possibly expulsion. It was for the thrill, not the result.
Cheaters are basically thrillseekers, cheating just to bypass the system. Also I esp in roblox CS so I have the moral high ground. But basically, a lot of people do things that are against the rules of something simply to get the small rush from it.
@@marcusborderlands6177 Oh yeah it makes sense but I wish you could consider my input and report back: tl:dr background I myself learned simple programming; Js first then delphi into vb, lastly c and c++ because I loved making my own scripts for some MMORPG bots, easy stuff but I loved the automation and how creative and unique you can be The game I was cheating was a very grind intensive game (Tibia, lmfao) and leveling had no limits, the game was cruel eg; you needed to grind nonstop for 72 hours to get a single level or skillpoint but if you died (and that could happen anytime because peopel could simple kill you for your loot, even if they were higher leveled etc, nothing really would stop them mainly because a lvl 8 character could carry the same gear a lvl 200 character could, killing them would make them drop their backpacks 100% of the times and it had a 25% chance to drop any piece of gear you were using aswell, sometimes you could drop your entire set etc People would cheat on this game and they didnt care about moral nor ethics simply because the game was very grinding based but the fun aspect was PvPing so yeah, very inocent cheating I myself am a hardcore junkie (been to rehab, forced, for 12 ocasions) so I figured the thrill seeking behaviour was something that made sense BUT I never really got the thrill from cheating on competitive games such as counter strike, I tried cheating once and it felt like dirty as fuck and super overpowered but nowhere as close to the thrill you mentioned Can you elaborate? Are you a reward seeker type of person? thanks in advance
I see a lot of people try to justify cheating by saying "Oh we just cheated because you did", when in fact no one on our team was cheating. It's these kinds of people that really tick me off.
@@SteveOnlin Cheating in and of itself annoys honest players. The hacker is just trying to justify his asshole actions by claiming to be one of the good ones to protect his own ego
I don’t really care if someone cheats and can see why it’s appealing (hvh is really fun to watch), however I hate that they do it in competitive. Keep that shit in casual
I've cheated for a week with an alternate account. I wanted to know how it worked and if I could spot other cheaters. Played wingman and was appalled by how many cheaters there were. I would look at them through the wall and would see he or she was following me (no one else alive on either team). So fucking dumb. Also, so boring and a huge waste of money, since I've only used it once and it requires a reboot and BIOS fiddling. Also, also, I managed to lose even cheating because I suck.
I do care if someone cheats even in casual, because you (me) are trying to play for the fun and competition, even if it's "casual", i'm trying to learn and gain experience, and then those "legit" cheaters show up and fuck your entire match. They just destroy what could have been a nice match. Feels bad man :(
Why do all these jobless brats place CSGO's competitive mode on some fake ass pedestal? Casual and Competitive are just words to describe two modes of a *fucking video game.* No matter how pretentious you try to be, Competitive CSGO will never matter any more than Casual CSGO. No amount of mental gymnastics can refute this fact. The only reason cheaters are accepted and bold today is because it's done anonymously across the internet, with no danger of reprisal. Try cheating at a basketball game with people from your neighborhood and watch how fast you stop being a cheater.
That's what real-life criminals and negative people usually do. In psychology, the survival instincts of the ego has the ability to make a person justify and beautify anything and everything in life, including their own selfishness. That is because most criminals are actually unconsciously against their own selfishness, but at the conscious level they choose and want to be selfish, so there had to be some compensating perception change, to allow them to express their selfishness freely without any guilt or responsibility.
No doesn't necessarily have to be a criminal. The exact same psychology of justification applies to anyone who wants to engage in selfishness without feeling responsible for it. So there's no difference between a cheater or a real life criminal, in terms of the basic psychology behind it.
He specifically said that it wasnt HIS view of hacking, but from the hacker's perspective. I think we all know that kliks hates hacking enough to not change sides just because a hacker said it wasnt that bad.
hvh actually sounds like legit fun. If it's not hurting honest players, I could see it as a fun way to compete in programming skills. Reminds me of software engineers who would write viruses just for sake of creating complex soft.
It’s not fun it’s very competitive once u start playing against the big boys, and don’t get me started with the toxicity! It was fun at the beginning doe, when ur first starting off.
Andrei Grozea normally I think a lot of them try to hide that they're cheating so that they can pretend they ranked up legit to their friends. I have a friend who went from nova 4 to LE in about a month who was apparently 'legit'
that would be understandable, I mean at least they work for something, but come on, 95% of cheaters just download the thing and try to impress their friends like Cody said...
Andrei Grozea exactly. What's the fun? I mean at first it feels good to be powerful and wreck people and troll em but after sometime it just gets boring to win and kill em in a second.
most people nowadays dont have their "programming skills", some dont even know the basics of some languages, cheating and making your own cheats or using/making an open source cheat undetected is literally up on youtube. You can make a mm ready cheat without ANY coding knowledge in 5 to 10 minutes
I would love to watch some HvH matches if Valve ever added support for those kinds of things on official servers. I'm just imagining all the flying terrorists with p90s fighting flying counter terrorists with p90s. It would be glorious!
Same here. But despite the comments the video was actually good and kinda of an enlightenment. I have seen hvh on the chat before when I was in queue with some low ranked friends but never even knew wtf they were on about
I remember playing a wingman match, and I was really on my game, hitting headshots. But the other team didn't think I was legit and toggled on. That was the day I learned wingman was more hvh then legit. I hate wingman
what you call "a spinbotter" isn't looking at the ground from his PoV, he is seeing the game in third person or in a normal first person perspective. Some servers allow you to spectate in thirdperson, so yes, you can see the kills
This is only one person and doesn’t represent most hackers I have met who blatantly hack and to tilt honest players by saying things like “you’re noob” “it’s skills” it totally ruins the game for people who put in hours of practice to improve but all the practice and effort they put in become null when facing a hacker they can’t possibly win.
That is the majority of people who just buy a hack and use it because they want to boost their ego. I personally am fine with the hackers who actually HACK and make the cheats for the thrill, and not the people who pay ten bucks for some cheat off aimjunkie or maverick and use it to get high ranks.
it ain’t gonna help anyone if you just keep saying “dumb hackers stop ruining our fun” over and over, perhaps take some time to think about why they cheat first. Sure, the interviewee certainly doesn’t speak for all hackers, but it’s still valuable insight on how to at least stem some hacking.
I knew a guy who thought that everyone would cheat if they knew how to. That person was even more oblivious of what he was doing than the guy in your video. Cheating is NOT good for the game, and never will..
Yep. I loved the game but the fact that it's now pretty much impossible to know if you are just bad or if the other player is cheating turned me away from it forever. All because some sad fucks don't want to lose at video games. And now making and selling cheats arguably makes as much money as the game itself. Cheaters are fucking cancer.
no, not really? I mean the amount of cheaters are the same as back in the 2013-14 days. I mean, the play base grows and so does the cheaters. But the % stays the same. Of course cheating is not a good thing for us, Valve and the game. But with things such as VACNET and so on things are looking better. I trust in Valve and their methods, and I like that they are secret about a lot of these stuff since the cheaters are, as in the video said, always trying to be one step ahead. Cheating, hacking nor crashing stuff in online video games will never end, so waiting until there are zero cheaters in CSGO and other games, you're just doomed to die. I'd also like to point out that a lot of people are ofter just better than you are, but since there are cheaters, you will think they are cheating aswell. Have a good day.
Same here... I'm sure that there's a good percentage of these hackers playing at the major leagues. But the ones who really harm the game and community are those who reach a hight rank and then start to de-rank intentionally, those f.... just download some sort of spinning tool and manage to stay afk at the spawn without getting kicked or banned because they usually play with someone else that doesn't help to vote-kick them. It is worse than playing with bots because you can't even surrender and you have to play the whole match or rage quit. And when they are actually playing they start to troll the team and give up the game. It reached a point where I got more than 5 matches in a row where there was people deranking intentionally and ruining the thing for the other 3 players... That's why I decided to delete the game...
I remember when i used a cheat code playing Heroes of might and magic III Campaign when i was a kid, i couldn't live with myself and restarted the map. I can't even cheat in SP lol.
CoD MW2's hackers that made everyone have a super jump was the best, I like that sort of "cheating", as everyone got to enjoy it and have a blast together
No shit man. But when you've played MW2 from since it came out to until last year, the occasional break is perfectly fine. It's a video game, have fun with it.
I remember I had a wingman game with a guy using anti aim, eventually he stopped using it. We hadn’t even known. He was just like “I’m sorry. I’m cheating I feel bad, but lemme show you what it is” and he showed us how it worked. It was very interesting. We didn’t report him, we instead gave him a commend, for at least teaching us something about the cheating community, and that not all of them are self centered jerks
I kind of understand the idea of wanting to figure out how to break the system. Same sort of satisfaction you get from the end of the last chamber in Portal
WHAT THE FK, 2 hours after watching this, I get in a game of CS and this dude in my team is using scout and blatantly headshotting people. Everyone starting doubting him because he was aimbotting so blatantly, so I voted to kick him and then it said attempting to reconnect. Identified it as server crashing bug. Fking flashbacks to the video. Never thought it would happen to me. I have played this game for over 3000 hours in total and have not encountered a situation like this so far. There are hackers in prime matchmaking as well... Feelsbadman.
I remember playing a game where my teammate was hitting nutty shots all the time. I suspected he was cheating. Then one guy from the other team started doing this. Turns out both were hacking, although they werent spinbotting
@@fatboi4511 yeah, but for me somehow faceit doesn't feel the same, somehow I don't get the feel, that I get in regular competitive and that doesn't please me.
Crowborn I feel like lots of cheaters get a rush out of cheating on legit servers to anger others and to feel skilled, so it probably wouldn’t help very much.
back in the 1.6 days i played in hvh servers. it was all about changing the vectors to your cheat. movement was at 3x speed in battles and speedhack max speed was use able but not allowed to max speed in gun battles. to be honest it was fun. but never hacked in real servers.
Levent Özden if im playing csgo (not really often) i always join hvh community servers. But i think many cheaters pay money for their cheats and then they want to kill legit players and not just play against other cheaters.
that's the opposite of what the "white hat" cheaters are trying, they believe with the addition of VAC they could inform valve in a harsh way, that some of this hack work.
"we want hack mode servers so we can do hvh", this guy ever heard of a non VAC secured community dedicated server? lol like just host a dedicated server with VAC secure mode disabled and have fun, just name the server HVH or something so everyone knows thats what its for
actually it would be better if they had the vacnet running on the hvh server just to learn from how the cheats are working. It wont ban players but learn the system and then put it on the vac enabled servers.
lol that's a terrible idea. if that was the case then people will stop play on official hvh server, which will make the idea of HvH servers by Valve, so they can learn more and more about hacking, useless to begin with.
already did a long time ago, it's just not worth it when you never know if the person killing you is a cheater, a dickhole smurf, or just an honest player. rage inducing.,
Cheating always have been an issue on online multiplayer games, let's get real...there really isn't a mp game without cheaters, but sometimes our lack of skill made us blame others.
5:48 he doesn’t like cheating against honest players “aww” ,and turns on rage cheats for amateur closet cheaters who find enjoyment to cheat against honest players. “Awwww”
Maybe this is a dumb idea, but if a rage cheat can make a fake player model that other aimlocks lock on to, why doesnt valve just litter the maps with invisible "player models" so that when someone tries to use an aimlock it just locks onto some random space on the map instead of an actual player? This is the day i beat the aim lock
Cheaters who deny cheating are the worst but the cheaters who blatantly do it and just for fun are not as bad as the 1st ones who say they’re good but their obvious cheaters those people piss me off
The cheater saying he "doesn't like using cheats against honest players" made me really like him. A god among hackers, actually caring about honest non-hacker player's feelings.
I think the players that do enjoy cheating against legit players are mildly socipathic. CSGO is a game people use to have fun after work or school and when you waste 30 minutes of nine other people’s time, it’s super inconsiderate.
I actually do have a MUCH better understanding of cheaters after watching this. I never knew that they were so detached from reality that they actually tried to justify what they were doing as being beneficial to others. Fascinating...
Then they'll come back and not go in the hvh mode. If they want to play against other hackers, then a hvh mode or mm would benefit legit players honestly.
It is, i actually play it on a daily basis, requires alot of skill, a good cheat and some map knowledge, i recommend you try it out it's pretty fun, that being said you'll actually need proper cheats made specifically for HVH. For starters i'd recommend aimware or zeus, if you don't want to pay then you can find cracked or free cheats online although they won't do as good.
I recently discovered how big the cheater community really is. There's a whole entire group of the dedicated to being as toxic as possible as well as cheating, and they have some false holier than thou mind set because they spent money on cheats. It's infuriating that they even exist. They also get upwards of 20k views on their videos!!
Wathcing this video for the 10th time or so.. I would love competitive gamemode without overwatch, on the other hand it sounds completely ridiculous for valve to create a gamemode for cheaters because they have so "bad" anti-cheat. Youre the best csgo youtuber for going in-depth deatails in videos.
This can be a problem, if cheaters get their dedicated space to play cs, then more and more players will be motivated to cheat which will result in a bad community.
I can understand the interest in developing cheats and searchig for new explotits. But there is no reason to test things in multiplayer. Test against bots in insecure mode. To say "It's my hobby" is a bad excuse to cheat online against normal players.
How is there no reason to test against other players? The cheat has to be tested against VAC, overwatch, other players and other hackers, otherwise its not really a test of anything.
If you want to test against VAC then start a bot match outside the insecure mode. A local server is VAC protected aswell. There is no need to harm honest palyers. The bots represent other players.
I appreciate the hackers that make other hackers rage cheat. I still look down on you if you cheat in comp games, but thank you for helping remove not only the hackers from the game but the toxic ones too
How HvH servers can help Valve 1. Cheaters do not have to disturb legit play, thus disrupting people's ranks and scores. 2. Valve can analyze the HvH matches and improve VAC with the information gained. 3. It can deter cheaters from cheating on a legit server, risking bans. 4. It gives a new reason to cheat, and to get better at cheating, rather than at the game itself.
former cheater here, hacking in csgo is fucking *boring*. i got into it cause my friend had a cheat called Killit, and it was fun for a time going on Blacksite and shit. then Killit stopped working, so i got OTC from my mate. that was a bit fun too, but not really as fun as i previously had. then my other friend made his own wallhack which was completely undetectable (i used it on my main to win clan tryouts, they were shit anyway lol) after a while though, my interest waded and i stopped. i still have the folder of like a billion unused DLL's that i injected once and never used again. unless you play something like HVH with someone or against someone you know personally, cheating is fucking boring in regular MM, Wingman, Casual and HVH against randoms. i got banned on my main, didnt care all that much since i didnt play CSGO much anyway. a big problem with cheating is that you can make an account with the same email over and over and over and over and over again, nonstop, giving you pretty much infinite retries. it sucks everyone, dont cheat in csgo cause its boring (unless you're mentally deranged lol)
A random thought: Blizzard should name Overwatch's anti-cheat system "Counter Strike".
It would sure be a fitting name

I bet there's a big cultural divide among cheaters: The actual hackers who do it for the challenge, curiosity and passion for the game (like the one you interviewed), and the trash cheaters/script kiddies who buy cheats and just wanna enjoy ruining games for others.
You don't make sense
There is no such thing as what you're mentioning, you're clueless. Stop embarassing yourself with such comments.
This is very true and I'm saddened idiots like the two first commenters exist.
Absolutely. Agree.

Anti-cheaters cheaters are probably the most interesting bunch of hackers.
Unless the anti-cheater develops the cheats himself, financially support these cheat developers should be a no-no. Also, how would they determine who is cheating? What if someone is on a lucky streak and gets labeled a cheater?
It's easy to spot a cheater when you have skeleton esp, or chams because you can see the player looking at you trough the wall.
may it is true xD
fiske But if you keep cheats on to spot a cheater, you would be cheating throughout the entire match.
It's very interesting that they crash the entire game so they don't get caught. The lengths cheaters will go to cheat.
AwesomeNarwhal seems like a pretty good idea to me
yeh, the lengths
Lengths isn't the correct term.
It's called being smart and using a feature.
Not that hard
iquityoutube the person who made the cheats might say otherwise. For example, try making a cheat that can crash a server dumbass
It's just that Valve is fucking trash at cheat detecting. I mean, you could just look up serverlogs and see when the server crashed and who was in the game. Then check for the person who sent the command that crashed the server. But.... fucking Volvo man...
Valve is too strict on skins because they don't want ANYTHING messing with their precious cash cow that is weapon skins.
They aren't wrong, I mean technically if you use skin changer it is stealing their money
@@xf667 They arent in your official steam inventory and you can't sell them so it's basically as worthless as EA microtransactions. Skins in csgo and tf2 actually have value when they are in your inventory. I got a gut knife, regret buying it and traded it away to a streamer.

"Make a game mode for hackers"
Yeah ok, you mean community servers?
Why would Valve make a game mode for something that voids their tos?
Arkady gosh never even thought of that. Well thought good man!
To keep them out of our legit matches :)
If admins see you hacking on their server then you !calladmin and the cheater is banned within 3 minutes. For softer cheats, I presume most people don't like playing on some of the servers like FFA, retakes or executes, so other community servers maybe but I haven't seen many. Only a few on 5v5 or retakes and they were all admin banned.
idk they could play on legitimately hvh dedicated servers
@@marcusborderlands6177 what do you mean, im truly lost here
Cheaters are basically thrillseekers, cheating just to bypass the system. Also I esp in roblox CS so I have the moral high ground. But basically, a lot of people do things that are against the rules of something simply to get the small rush from it.
And so some of them are not too bad, they cheat and then stop, but whatever.
@@marcusborderlands6177 Oh yeah it makes sense but I wish you could consider my input and report back:
tl:dr background
I myself learned simple programming; Js first then delphi into vb, lastly c and c++ because I loved making my own scripts for some MMORPG bots, easy stuff but I loved the automation and how creative and unique you can be
The game I was cheating was a very grind intensive game (Tibia, lmfao) and leveling had no limits, the game was cruel eg; you needed to grind nonstop for 72 hours to get a single level or skillpoint but if you died (and that could happen anytime because peopel could simple kill you for your loot, even if they were higher leveled etc, nothing really would stop them mainly because a lvl 8 character could carry the same gear a lvl 200 character could, killing them would make them drop their backpacks 100% of the times and it had a 25% chance to drop any piece of gear you were using aswell, sometimes you could drop your entire set etc
People would cheat on this game and they didnt care about moral nor ethics simply because the game was very grinding based but the fun aspect was PvPing so yeah, very inocent cheating
I myself am a hardcore junkie (been to rehab, forced, for 12 ocasions) so I figured the thrill seeking behaviour was something that made sense BUT I never really got the thrill from cheating on competitive games such as counter strike, I tried cheating once and it felt like dirty as fuck and super overpowered but nowhere as close to the thrill you mentioned
Can you elaborate? Are you a reward seeker type of person?
thanks in advance
I see a lot of people try to justify cheating by saying "Oh we just cheated because you did", when in fact no one on our team was cheating. It's these kinds of people that really tick me off.

I would look at them through the wall and would see he or she was following me (no one else alive on either team). So fucking dumb.
Also, so boring and a huge waste of money, since I've only used it once and it requires a reboot and BIOS fiddling.
Also, also, I managed to lose even cheating because I suck.
Dux Nihilo Do you do it for fun or to just fuck around with people trying to play?
I do care if someone cheats even in casual, because you (me) are trying to play for the fun and competition, even if it's "casual", i'm trying to learn and gain experience, and then those "legit" cheaters show up and fuck your entire match. Dux Nihilo damn that must have been a really shit cheat if it requires BIOS fiddling or even a reboot lol

Cool but he glorified hacking so much and made it seem noble.
That's what real-life criminals and negative people usually do. In psychology, the survival instincts of the ego has the ability to make a person justify and beautify anything and everything in life, including their own selfishness.
That is because most criminals are actually unconsciously against their own selfishness, but at the conscious level they choose and want to be selfish, so there had to be some compensating perception change, to allow them to express their selfishness freely without any guilt or responsibility.
rushbcykablyat you’re comparing a real life criminal to a hacker, there’s a pretty big difference

It would actually be great cheaters would just play hvh, but most of them use them to climb, I don't get it what's so fun to some people about that...
Andrei Grozea normally I think a lot of them try to hide that they're cheating so that they can pretend they ranked up legit to their friends. I have a friend who went from nova 4 to LE in about a month who was apparently 'legit'
I think for most that make their own cheats its the thrill of being able to get through the anticheat with their programming skills
that would be understandable, I mean at least they work for something, but come on, 95% of cheaters just download the thing and try to impress their friends like Cody said...
You can make a mm ready cheat without ANY coding knowledge in 5 to 10 minutes

what you call "a spinbotter" isn't looking at the ground from his PoV, he is seeing the game in third person or in a normal first person perspective. Some servers allow you to spectate in thirdperson, so yes, you can see the kills
Seabass I can tell you it's a lot of fun if you have a good cheat.

This is only one person and doesn’t represent most hackers I have met who blatantly hack and to tilt honest players by saying things like “you’re noob” “it’s skills” it totally ruins the game for people who put in hours of practice to improve but all the practice and effort they put in become null when facing a hacker they can’t possibly win.
nah it does. they just get toxic when you or the team bashes them.
That is the majority of people who just buy a hack and use it because they want to boost their ego. I personally am fine with the hackers who actually HACK and make the cheats for the thrill, and not the people who pay ten bucks for some cheat off aimjunkie or maverick and use it to get high ranks.
Even if you don't have hours into the game, some dipshit cheating still ruins it.
Play ESEA. Stop playing MM.
it ain’t gonna help anyone if you just keep saying “dumb hackers stop ruining our fun” over and over, perhaps take some time to think about why they cheat first. Sure, the interviewee certainly doesn’t speak for all hackers, but it’s still valuable insight on how to at least stem some hacking.

@@CherryZ welcome to the csgo community
This video proves that I was right when I decided to stop playing.
Have a good day.
dude if only 7% of the playerbase cheats it like every 2nd to 3rd game
Still playing the game but never buy any skin again

I think they should create the hvh mode, then make their anti cheat better, but only on normal servers (on hvh servers, there would be no anti cheat)
actually it would be better if they had the vacnet running on the hvh server just to learn from how the cheats are working. It wont ban players but learn the system and then put it on the vac enabled servers.

I actually do have a MUCH better understanding of cheaters after watching this. I never knew that they were so detached from reality that they actually tried to justify what they were doing as being beneficial to others. Fascinating...
This video was a lot different than I thought it'd be
hvh game mode and then ban everyone who uses it GG
LOL no
Yes lets fucking do it make servers just for cheaters wait till all of them have used it then bammm get banned bitches
Great idea.
what if your legit but joins?
Then they'll come back and not go in the hvh mode. If they want to play against other hackers, then a hvh mode or mm would benefit legit players honestly.

A game mode where everyone has cheats? Huh, for some reason that actually sounds interesting.
And not cheating will result in a 1 month cooldown
trust me it's just pure cancer.
Too bad that it's p2w /s

valve just ban the suspect -_-
good one
"The Suspect" is a suspected cheater and not one certain player

@@ethanguddal8593 Its not obviously a joke so I just wanted to let him know just in case
Ikr why didn't they just ban the suspect smh
I recently discovered how big the cheater community really is. There's a whole entire group of the dedicated to being as toxic as possible as well as cheating, and they have some false holier than thou mind set because they spent money on cheats. It's infuriating that they even exist. They also get upwards of 20k views on their videos!!
Just now? Literally every match of cs:go I play, there is guaranteed to be at least 1 hacker. I don't even play ranked.
Plot Twist: Philip interviewed himself
This can be a problem, if cheaters get their dedicated space to play cs, then more and more players will be motivated to cheat which will result in a bad community.
"A cheating only server won't encourage more to cheat in online against legits."
How?
I can understand the interest in developing cheats and searchig for new explotits. But there is no reason to test things in multiplayer. Test against bots in insecure mode. To say "It's my hobby" is a bad excuse to cheat online against normal players.
DerDango is this a joke right, how could you test something, if you cannot get in a sever that is controlled by Valve aka matchmaking
Vac is worth shit. Its about the psychology of the other players and overwatch, not about VAC and bots.
DerDango where's the fun in that

Cheaters have moral standards...
yeah right as if
hes talking about cheaters the coders th one who analyze the game not that russian kid who watched a youtube video on autoaim
@HdP Andrus you tried :D
I appreciate the hackers that make other hackers rage cheat. I still look down on you if you cheat in comp games, but thank you for helping remove not only the hackers from the game but the toxic ones too
But clearely a lot of them like do cheat agaisnt legit players.
These are the worst, everytime they loose they think their opponents are using cheats instead of admiting there are people who are better at the game.
How HvH servers can help Valve
1. Cheaters do not have to disturb legit play, thus disrupting people's ranks and scores.
2. Valve can analyze the HvH matches and improve VAC with the information gained.
3. It can deter cheaters from cheating on a legit server, risking bans.
4. It gives a new reason to cheat, and to get better at cheating, rather than at the game itself.
former cheater here, hacking in csgo is fucking *boring*.
i got into it cause my friend had a cheat called Killit, and it was fun for a time going on Blacksite and shit.
then Killit stopped working, so i got OTC from my mate. that was a bit fun too, but not really as fun as i previously had.
then my other friend made his own wallhack which was completely undetectable (i used it on my main to win clan tryouts, they were shit anyway lol)
after a while though, my interest waded and i stopped. i still have the folder of like a billion unused DLL's that i injected once and never used again.
unless you play something like HVH with someone or against someone you know personally, cheating is fucking boring in regular MM, Wingman, Casual and HVH against randoms.
i got banned on my main, didnt care all that much since i didnt play CSGO much anyway.
a big problem with cheating is that you can make an account with the same email over and over and over and over and over again, nonstop, giving you pretty much infinite retries.
it sucks everyone, dont cheat in csgo cause its boring (unless you're mentally deranged lol)
Only time I had fun was trolling. It's a bit funny or not if no one talks
honestly this video esay give out so much information that most people don't think about when they cry about cheaters
