1- For you neck to age gracefully you gotta use sunscreen, don’t just apply skincare expecting to do all the magic, also u gotta cleanse you’re neck wherever you apply any product. You can also double cleanse with an oil cleansing first then the gel so it takes off all the sunscreen of you skin. And the neck looking like a nut sack is because of muscle weakening and not never applying skincare. 2- the Vaseline for the nails is a good tip but I find vaseline too thick for the hands so it’s probably best a really good hand cream which CeraVe has 3- When it comes to hair mask don’t just go and buy any mask cause everyone’s hair is different, u gotta understand the porosity, how much protein or moisture it needs, and a good shampoo and conditioner is also very important. There’s also clarifying and chelating shampoos that can remove buildup so it doesn’t weight down your hair. 4- Careful when using Vitamin C and Retinol, both can cause irritation so it’s better to stick to one. I would recommend the retinol since it does what a vitamin c do and much more, use a moisturizer first then apply the retinol so it won’t irritate your skin. But still go to a dermatologist 5- Derma Rolling can hurt the skin if you’re not careful, professionals use much better equipment so it’s actually effective. It’s much better to massage the thin layer of the rosemary oil you apply and wait till it dries so it doesn’t rub off and do this as a last step, careful with doing this with a retinol since it can cause even more irritation. Overall assessment is just to take care of your appearance guys, research well what you want to do with your body and go for it, remember that you’re not just doing this for the girls but for your yourselves too, you deserve to feel good. Ps: just because all this works for him doesn’t mean it’s also going to work for you too, everyone has priority of what they can and can’t do, or if they are whiling to take time doing all of this. remember that it’s a personal journey, take your time.

Add a hyaluronic acid serum under your vitamin c and retinol serums to boost their effectiveness. Also use the steamer on your hair when the mask is in there to do the same thing as it does to your face 🙂
@@matthewgarcia920 Hyaluronic acid is a moisture binding ingredient that keeps the surface of the skin hydrated. This allows for better penetration of other ingredients and a smoother outer layer. A smoother outer layer softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. So your finished result is softer and smoother, and your other actives disperse better and can perform their functions better.
@@DanteVelasquez any recommendations for one for my dry skin? what if my vitamin C syrum has one in it? altho I'm starting to realise vitamin C syrum can make the skin dry as well.
@@matthewgarcia920 For dry skin you definitely want a hyaluronic acid serum to seal in moisture. Vitamin C, niacinamide, and peptides (the most common and effective actives apart from alpha hydroxy acids and retinols) do not dry skin per se. Your moisturizer is going to be the biggest determining factor for keeping skin moisturized (but in combination with the hyaluronic acid). Make sure your moisturizer is formulated for dry skin specifically. Good ingredients would be cocoa butter, coconut oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, shea butter, or any other butters. So apply your hyaluronic acid serum right after cleansing, then any actives, and finish with your dry skin moisturizer. Also, cleanse with a cream or lotion based cleanser rather than a foaming or gel cleanser as they will help maintain moisture levels better for drier skin types 🙂
@@DanteVelasquez Wow thank you for the information. Would toners be necessary then? also, here's my grocery list then: - TOLERIANE HYDRATING GENTLE FACIAL CLEANSER (cream) - cerave hyaluronic acid serum - I can't decide a serum between a vitamin C one or one with niacinamide - First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream -unseen sunscreen spf 40

All excellent advise, but I got news for you if you think using those products on your neck is going to prevent you from getting turkey neck when you get older. I use moisurizer (olive oil!) all over my body after I shower, from head to toe, including my neck. Been doing that since my early 20s. I'm in my mid 50s now and my skin is starting to lose its elasticity and show tell tale signs of turkey neckness. People compliment me on my skin and face all the time. Tell me I look much younger than my age. Yet my neck is starting to give my age awayf. It's genetic and not much one can do about it short of plastic surgery. Dang it!!
