    Wow! I have been binge watching your videos, Julia, and this video is from the beginning of July. Now it’s August 21 and you have over 4000 subscribers! I’m happy for you but not surprised … you are so good and experienced at card making but also at organization. I have the baseball card poly sheets coming tomorrow from Amazon. The seed packet poly sheets are brilliant so will have to add those later. Doing the whole card at one time saves a lot of time when doing a bunch. Oh, the cards are lovely as usual! But the organization tips had my interest ….😘 TFS! ❤🇨🇦

      These have made my Christmas cards so much easier to just do a few each week. I already have 35 in the drawer. A good head start for me!!

    Using drywall tape is genius and the way you used it on your cards is adorable!!

    I love the way you teach. You make sure we know what materials you are using but you’re not trying to sell us anything. You craft much like how I craft and teach me so much. I’m watching your older videos while you are in the middle of your move. Hope all is going well!

      Hi Judy - Thank you for back watching during this break. I am almost 80% through packing the studio, and maybe 50% of the house. We made 1 successful move earlier in November and will make another in early December. The garage is full and ready for the 2nd load. When we finally get most everything we are taking moved, then we'll work on getting the farm sold, an auction and the final remaining things moved. It's a slow process. And I am so glad we are doing it now and not in 5 years. It's almost more than I can do. And I am really not looking forward to unpacking!!! I can tell you this - ordering correctly sized boxes has really really helped. Take care and Have a Wonderful Christmas. See you next year!

      Thanks Roxanne! It really helps save time in the long run, and I think makes a more finished card.

    This is a great idea! Getting the insides ready ahead of time must make it a lot easier when the time comes to complete the card. Using the drywall tape to accent the sentiment really adds something to it and the litte tree is adorable. Getting a card from you must be like getting a piece of artwork. I can't imagine anyone discarding one of your cards. I would probably frame it because they are all so beautiful Thank you!😉👍Congratulations on reaching 3, 000 folowers!👍👍👍

    Hi Julia, I do my sentiments on the computer then print off how ever many I need then stick them to the inside of the card. I can use whatever words I want and can adapt the verse to suit different people, landscape or portrait etc. Also saves a lot of time.

    Hello Julia! A big congratulations to you on passing the 3000 subscriber mark!! Hope you find that stamp soon. Such a cute design. I will have to buy some drywall tape but not this month as its a self imposed "No Buy July" for anything craft related for me. (Yes, I have overdone it this year!) 😂

    Hi there Julia, 🎈🎉Congratulations on reaching over 3000 subscribers! 🎉🎈
    Your cards are fabulous, and please don't ask me to pick a favourite. I really love the effect that the drywall tape has on the backgrounds. I wonder if we have drywall tape available here in our hardware stores. When I have some time, I will have to go and have a look for sure.
    Oh, I really need to make a start on Christmas cards soon, but I don't know what my theme is going to be this year. I usually pick a Christian theme, so I am on the lookout for inspiration. For my Christmas cards I usually leave the inside blank as that is where I write a small letter to each person. Of course, you make way more Christmas cards than me to which I must add that I am thankful. You are very organised in your studio cutting all your card bases and layers and having a folder for your pre-stamped sentiments... YAY Julia!
    God's blessings, love and hugs, Gloria 🥰💐❤

    • @SeniorSusieStamps
      @SeniorSusieStamps  ปีที่แล้ว

      G'Day Gloria! And Thank You so much!! Your idea for a theme is really the best one. I am much more haphazard about it. And that leads to perhaps sending a card similar to last year. My approach is to use as many different stamps or papers as I can for variety. Some of those little stamps are so patiently waiting for their turn to shine! I try to spread the love around the studio. But I must admit that little kitty stamp is a bit of an ink hog! He really is very demanding to be used. I don't know how anyone could possible turn him out to the sale bin. Honestly! Have a wonerful week my Friend - I'd love to send you some warm breezes from the N hemisphere. We are super warm up here! Hugs! Julia

    • @SeniorSusieStamps
      @SeniorSusieStamps  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Ducki - That stamp is from A Country Welcome 1997. There are no other identifing marks on it. And, sadly I have only seen it for sale once - so keep your eyes sharp in the used market! There are some other cuties out there by the same company - Good luck!!

      Hi Wendy - Your building community probably calls it something else. They use it to finish the seams on drywall when the builder puts 2 pieces together. Here is a link to what I purchased. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XKH88PD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
