Hi Cherie - And welcome to my channel! I try to put out a new video on Sunday afternoons USA time 4:30 Eastern. But there is plenty to go and backwatch if you have time and interest. Happy Holidays, Julia
An amazing collection of cards. I have plenty of scraps but I might even be tempted to make some more scraps just for some cards like these. Well done Julia!
Once again, you have inspired me Julia! I love the die cut tree version with the blue and grey/silver ink blended background the most. All of them are beautiful in a peaceful way!
I just found your channel this morning ... Loving your torn tree.... I already signed up for your videos... Looking forward to following your designs !
Hi Nancy and Welcome to my Channel! There are a lot of good videos to backwatch if you have time and interest. And I try to put out a new video on Sunday afternoons 4:30 Eastern time USA. See you then!
I am definitely saving this idea for next Christmas. I have finished about 100 crdsand 52 will go to the personal care home where Stefanie, my daughter-in-law works. The rest will be mailed or taken to the family Christmas party next weekend. I am sort of tired of making Christmas cards right now, but have scads of papers and cutouts and so forth left. I will be making Valentines and Easter ones after the first of the year for Stef to take with her. I might just start making a few Christmas cards a month so I won't be bogged down next year. I used several of your ideas on my cards and they are beautiful.
Hey Julia, I absolutely love this technique, and the cards you have created are amazing! I will have to keep this in mind for next year when I have a play with my non Christian themed cards. To answer your first question, I have very little scrap papers to use. As a rule in my studio, I need to keep them to a minimum as I can imagine that it would easily get out of control and would probably not ever use them. Julia, how are you enjoying your new beautiful studio? It must be wonderful to have us of the entire top floor of your home to accommodate all your crafting tools and products. God's richest blessings, love and hugs to you, my friend from across the pond! 🩷☕🍰💐
G'Day Gloria - One nice thing about technique is that you can use any kind of scrap paper, even watercolour paper cut offs. I am weeding out supplies in the studio to try and loosen my load, and am rethinking my saving scraps concept. Haven't made up my mind completely, but may start discarding instead. The studio is settling down and I only have a few more boxes to unpack - whew! This has been quite the year. A lot of energy expended...But His Light shines on, and I am well rested. Love and Hugs around the World!
Hi Jackie - I said I got it out of my sentiment notebook. If I'm not mistaken that is an older Stampin Up stamp, but don't quote me on that. I'll be refreshing the Christmas sentiments before long and will do an updated video on the notebook. But here are a couple of links in case you missed them - th-cam.com/video/Rq3UeflGhbc/w-d-xo.html and - th-cam.com/video/gmzpubibPQA/w-d-xo.html

Beautiful cards! Gotta get stared on a few this year. Asking myself how do you lose a big bottle of glue! Ugh….
Thanks B! I always decant my big bottle of glue into a small bottle. Otherwise it's just not easy to use.
Where did you say the sentiments were from?
