Hey John, it's on the restore list for sure. I love the other one I have and of course you know you'll see the vise again but not for a while it's another heavy one. Take care Brother.
Thanks Dan, i appreciate that Brother! Those Blackhawks were a big surprise to find and I'm seriously gonna miss my neighbors. If you haven't already go check out Mr. Bill. @Rollerbald. Trust me he doesn't disappoint.
Hey twin Brother! I love those Pexto screw drivers and I can't wait to get it all fresh and back to work. Take care Brother. I'll catch up with ya later.
That's some cool beer stuff Bill sent ya, The wood handle screwdrivers and the dust pan are my favorites. The pressure sprayer is very cool. I see you almost got your stove in. Better hurry it's gonna be cold soon. Talk to ya later.
Hey Mr. Dale! You know I like the beer stuff and it was cool of our friend Mr. Bill to send it to me. I'm looking forward to getting them restored and yes almost done with the wood stove..But it's gonna be warm here again talking 70's for Halloween day. Crazy weather.
Thanks Mike, I've only seen those screwdrivers on other channels. So I was excited to find one.. I'm just gonna send it over to Resto Rob he collects them and will enjoy it more than me.
Great finds! That dustpan reminds me of the kind the school janitor used to have when I was a kid all so many yaers ago. You really did well on the prices for those items.
Man, how can you choose a favorite, the vise is awesome, that dustpan is not only cool but so helpful, the blackhawks a great deal, the kroil was an amazing find, the pexto and twisted screwdrivers are really cool too, that had to be a really fun flea market experience. Thanks for sharing!
Hey Todd, that's the issue for sure. Picking a favorite and which ones to restore first. I know I wanna do the Pexto because they are fantastic users but I know I got a lot vises to do. I really needed the dust pan..I usually use a piece of cardboard marked "dustpan" . Great day at the market indeed. Take care Buddy catch up with ya later.
Very good haul that was nice of you're Nayber to give you the washers and my favorite is the Blackhawk and the pexto the vise is always a good find I don't find Wright tools stay safe
Hey Jefferey, It was very nice of my neighbor but Man I tell ya I'm gonna miss them. They were fantastic. The Blackhawk was a surprise to find them in a little nest like that and I'm excited to get that Pexto and vise done..one of these days. Haven't seen too much Wright lately now that you mention it. Take it easy Brother.
Thanks for the mention George! Much appreciated. That set of Blackhawk sockets is pretty cool. Also the twisted handle screwdriver. Glad you liked the beer stuff!
No problem Mr. Bill! You got a fantastic channel! I was shocked to find that much Black Hawk in one spot and I was happy to finally find one of those screw drivers.. I love the Beer stuff! It is right up my alley! Take it easy Brother.
I have a rental next to my house. They are either A-holes and keep to themselves or they are confrontational D-bags. I prefer the A-holes. It ain't great either way. :-) Thanks again, George. Great finds and gifts
Cool snags. I have a few older coasters from my dad always brings back memories of places and drinks no longer around. 4in adjustable from craftsman is not a common one around here usually 6 and 8. Can't wait to see the screwdriver cleaned up and paired up...
Thanks Brother, The beer swag from Mr. Bill is Super cool and fun to look through. I know it's rare to find 4in adjustable anything around here so I buy them no matter the brand. . I am excited to get that Pexto cleaned up and working with it's little Brother. Take care Buddy catch up later.
There was a Snap on speed wrench out there for $20....I was tempted....then I realized I already had one.....But that Blackhawk is just as perfect! Good job on that 15:45
Funny things pressure washers. Only ise mine a couple of times a year should last forever on that basis but rarely make it longer than a couple of years ! Great finds mr G as always ,the sockets hadda be the best buy this week !
Hey Uncle Jim, The big issue with pressure washers here is you gotta make sure they are empty before you store them for winter. If not they will freeze and crack. Those sockets were pretty clean to so just gotta sort them. easy peasy.
Oh, those coasters take me back. At the end of the night on the town we'd see who had "liberated" the most coasters/beer mats/ash trays, i normally won! Like the dustpan 👌🏻
Hey Bonney Mack, I just heard they discontinued bass. I thought of you when I saw the twisty handle and Don't find a ton of Blackhawk so ya that was exciting. Take it easy brother.
Hey Richard! I'm not collecting Black hawk but I'm also not leaving it behind for that price.😁. I'm on the Proto mission and let me tell ya they are scarce around here. Have a great rest of your Sunday!
Oddly enough, the sharpies might be my favorite find, and who doesn’t love a can of Kroil? When you said a vise, I immediately thought it was gonna be a baby one! 😅 Love a good Athol/Starrett though, such great curves on those! Awesome haul brother! 🪰
Hey Jason, Ya the Sharpies were a good find those are expensive at the store. Kroil love it! I put that s^^t on everything and I know some people don't like the smell but I like it. No baby vise this week , There was another Athol/Starret but it was way outta my price range so I left it behind. I'm happy with this beast I think it'll come back to life nicely. Take it easy Brother.
Thanks Michael, I'll get the vise cleaned up eventually and I think it might be a complete set I'll know when I get them sorted. Thanks for checking in Brother I appreciate it.
Hi George, sorry I've not left a comment for a while, been so busy I'm behind with all my videos. The vise was my favourite by far, the older ones just look better. Take care my friend 👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇬🇧✌️
Great day at the flea market. The Blackhawk sockets and speed wrench for $5 are a screaming deal. They look practically new, or very low mileage. I always like finding good Channelock tools, and that Athol vise is something that would be rare to come across out here. My favorite vise is the Morgan 87 you recently restored.
Hey Pat, It's pretty rare to find Blackhawk in a nest like that and they are in fantastic shape which means all I gotta do is sort them Yay! I use the bee jeezus out of Channellock and will buy every pair I see if it's a good price you can't beat them for their quality to price ratio. I don't see too many Athol vises around here I think Daniel from @glodmansgarage buys them all! That Morgan was sweet I kinda miss it..But I can't keep them all and it's back to being a work horse now. Take care Buddy, We'll catch up later.
Twisted grip screwdriver-very cool. Oddly, the grip puts me in mind of Australian licorice. Nice haul today, George. And well-deserved goodies in the mail. Cheers!
Thanks Guy! Ya it does look like that licorice the lemon is my favorite but the green is good too. Mr. Bill hooked me up with the beer swag. I hope you check out his channel if you haven't already.
You got some great stuff the coasters are super cool! I'm surprised you haven't found that much for the proto tools. They're hard to find here also, but I still see them occasionally. Thanks for sharing and see you next time!
Hey Mike! Aren't those some cool coasters? Mr. Bill's got my number that's for sure. Proto has always been pretty scarce but I'm telling you it's almost like work trying to find those screwdrivers. Thanks for checking Brother I appreciate it. I'll see ya soon!
Hey Matt! You can't beat Kroil and ya it's expensive but a little dab is all you need. That's awesome! Maybe one day I can get over your way and see the factory..I'd stand out there like a fan boy. LOL. Take care Brother.
Great haul George, dude 6" channellock I still have the 1st pair I bought but have lost, broken, bent or generally ruinized 30 plus pairs over the years, lost 2pair in one day & got wild with the torch on another, on my way to work the next day I spotted a very new pair along the road & snagged them, they are like pews to me I'm more than 6 steps from one in home or shop! Cheers pal
Hey Mike! I know they are just the perfect tool tough enough to work with but cheap enough to beat the crap out of, lose, or loan out. Sweet roadside find! I got them stashed everywhere too. Take care Buddy!
Mr. Bill is an Awesome dude! I knew you'd like that dust pan Big Brother, I'll fix it up and you can take it with ya when you come pick up the Stanley vise. 😁🍻
I think that vises could be your vice...LOL The Kroil was a heller of a find at that price. I often find partial cans w/o propellant left at estate sale trash pile and grab them. I drain them into a bottle with an eye dropper and it works super! I still have 1 pair of Channel lock 420 from my first plumber tool box from 35 years ago. No cushions left, but they work like brand new (teeth are a little worn, but not rounded) Have a super week, It should be good for me since A&M beat LSU campus will be happy........Maybe, Enjoy the fall brother !!
Hey Patrick, I don't know what you're talking about..I don't have a vice for vises.. I can pass them up anytime I want.😅. Kroil is expensive but you know it also doesn't take much of it. I'll pick it up too and keep some in one of my zoom bottles. You can't beat Channellock I don't care what they say. Take care Brother be safe and good to hear you're looking a nice week.I'm gonna be slammed!
@@Uwannawatch I’ll check tomorrow. I recently picked up a 90 with some damage and I have a 92 or 93 that I need to get into a press to push apart. If you want to come up I have a few I’d trade ya for it
Nice haul! I understand your frustration with finding proto. They are just as rare to find by me too. I love those 4” craftsman adjustables! I actually have one where someone ground off the name too, maybe the same offender haha!
Thanks Kurt! I'm telling ya finding the Proto is becoming a mission. That's so weird that you have one too. They must have scattered them across different Flea Markets so they can't be traced. 🤣.
Atholl vise is my favorite find. It looks tired, but it looks like it can be salvaged. It could make a very good backup vise to save a premium condition vise from abuse. Is Blackhawk still a second tier Proto brand? I tried a few Blackhawk items in the 1980's in my quest to move to top tier tool brands. I may have kept an extension or two. You got quite a collection for $5. Certainly a good starter set base for a budget minded youngster. I always thought of Blackhawk competing for the budget minded young mechanic, possibly a slightly better tool than Craftsman. I used to see them featured as a top level tool at auto parts stores. I think that Grainger used to sell this brand too? Channelock is still a viable brand. I won't cull my collection, but Knipex outperforms so much that I switched to nearly exclusively Knipex. I would have snapped up those pliers too. Great gifts for the grandsons.
Hello Paul, The vise is in good condition and will clean up and use nicely. As far as I know Blackhawk is still a second to Proto but tool companies merge so much who knows now. I'll probably pass them along to a buddy who is filling his sets. You know I love my Channellocks, If dropping them or working in some nasty conditions wasn't an issue I would probably like those Knipex. Take care My Friend.
Them blackhawk sockets are pretty sweet 3 dollars great deal as far as proto goes I can find them easier than I can find plomb but it's still a struggle I just think people are hanging on to them that quarter inch spinner I feel ya on that one what a shame that someone chewed it up like that maybe a light sanding and buffing might straighten it damn nice haul brother thanks for sharing
Hey there Brother Don! I'm not even gonna try to find Plomb. I swear Proto is getting harder and harder to find around here. That spinner what a heart breaker but ya we gotta take what we can find..Not too much out there. Do you follow TheNKgarage? He just found 3 pristine Proto screwdrivers a couple weeks ago! Lucky dude. I'll see what I can do with the one I got. Take care Brother!
Hey George, Rollerbald hooked you up with some cool stuff. Yeah those flares don't really expire, I have some I pulled out of an old Fire Truck that was sitting in weeds, they lit right up. We sell Aero Kroil for $25 insane. So the Proto spinner has a driver socket on the top, why not just use a ratchet on it instead of crushing the handle? What a shame. Great Channellock buy. The Blackhawk socket purchase was my favorite, deal of the day. Another beefy vise!
Mike,Mike,Mike! Ya Mr. Bill knows what I like! He's a fantastic guy. I know the flares will be good but it's a no go..way too dry here red flag so i'm not gonna chance it. The good thing about Aero kroil is a little dab'll do ya. I don't know why they abused that Proto..I got the Blackhawk from the same table I picked the Blackhawk box up from a couple weeks ago. Yep another beefy vise, I think I'm gonna wait a bit to do this one. Take care Brother Be safe.
George always asks us to put our favorite in the comment section so....... Without further ado..... I vote for the sockets. 3 bucks, a great deal Have a Jesus filled day everyone Greg in Michigan
I went yesterday to the antique shops and on the things I got was USA made tools for,$1.14 a piece, a few for $2.25 a piece. The booth owner will fill the wall again with more tools.
@Uwannawatch I got,two USA made hanksaws, a 95 cent punch, three types of benders, a old screw driver, a Cold chisel, another type of cold chisel, I think is used in blacksmith work, a old file, two types of wrenchs and an old chalk line. He fills the wall every Saturday I'm told, I'll be going back Saturday to see what else he puts out.
Another great haul! The Blackhawk sockets were a steal! Aero Kroil is great stuff, but it does have a unique smell that turns off some people. The vintage tipping dustpan is cool, and that vise looks like a great weekend project. Hey what ever became of the old two-stroke mower?
@@Uwannawatch You have room for back burner projects? Why is it on the back burner? Do you need a part that you can't find, or did you just lose interest in it?
Blackhawk are good tools I don't see them much around here That bugs me to when I find abused tools 🔧 Some very cool finds George Do you take a cart when you go hunting? You do like finding the heavy metal
Hey Dan O! I don't see tons here either especially not that much at one table. I'm kinda upset about that Proto too, but maybe Dude was just fed up while he was working on something.. Yes i take a cart most of the time. I'm getting too old to carry vises across the Market now. LOL. Take care Buddy!
I hate when they put vice grips on a plastic handle best way I found to deal with that is just a little bit of heat and slowly melt it back to its original shape
Alcohol will kill you the grains the sugars Everyone needs to go carnivore, I lost 70 pounds in the first two months, been carnivore for 11 months never going back to the stupid American diet or as they call it standard American diet I was so glad I already had given up alcohol otherwise I don't think I could have made it I eat 1/2 a carton ice cream at a time half a pie at a time Dozen doughnut holes at a time 8 cokes a day and a quit cold Turkey people say I'm glad that works for you and I tell them it can work for you just as well as it works for me just do it .eagle
One more comment it's late in the morning I have to get to bed craftsman never did much for me just a mediocre tool and now they're made in China whoopty doo eagle
Man that Vise is awesome! Great grabs in those tools especially the Blackhawk’s! Awesome finds! Email me your address. I’d like to send you something in the mail! Take it easy and God bless y’all!

Great selection of tools and bits brother. Can’t go wrong with $5 for all the sockets and speed wrench.
Love to you and your family mate.
My Brother from Down Under! $5 bucks and they don't need to be cleaned. Total bargain! Hope all is well and love you guys..Take care.
Great finds! That dustpan reminds me of the kind the school janitor used to have when I was a kid all so many yaers ago. You really did well on the prices for those items.
Thanks! It does look like one of those! It's actually really well built and will be better than the piece of card board I've been using.

@Uwannawatch I'm subscribed to NK garage yeah I seen them protos hes got lucky son of a gun for sure take care brother
3 bucks, a great deal
Have a Jesus filled day everyone
Greg in Michigan
Thanks for checking Greg! Those sockets were a good deal and I don't have to clean them up too much. Hope you are having a great Sunday!
I recently got a 4 inch adjustable made by blue point
Sweet! I don't think I have that one. Really nice score.
I went yesterday to the antique shops and on the things I got was USA made tools for,$1.14 a piece, a few for $2.25 a piece. The booth owner will fill the wall again with more tools.
Nice!!! What did ya get? Let me know what the restocks are..Hopefully something cool for ya.
@@cliffordmaynard6559 Sweet! Let us know what else ya find!
I like the vice
Thanks Clifford! I appreciate ya checking in!
Another great haul! The Blackhawk sockets were a steal! Aero Kroil is great stuff, but it does have a unique smell that turns off some people. The vintage tipping dustpan is cool, and that vise looks like a great weekend project. Hey what ever became of the old two-stroke mower?
That smell you are referring to is Victory 😅. I'll get to the vise one of these days and the mower is on the back burner for now.
@@Uwannawatch You have room for back burner projects? Why is it on the back burner? Do you need a part that you can't find, or did you just lose interest in it?
@@timeflysintheshop Yes I have room for back burner projects..I'm stuck on something and I am working a lot of hours at my job.
@@Uwannawatch Ok. Better too much work than not enough!
I found a twisted handle red color these other day
No Way!!! That's awesome!
Yeah I thought it was so cool
Get a strong magnet that you can tie a string on you can fish it out of anywhere your tools or almost anywhere eagle
That's a good idea but there's so much cast iron piping the magnet would never get to the bottom without sticking on the way down.
Blackhawk are good tools I don't see them much around here
That bugs me to when I find abused tools 🔧
Some very cool finds George
Do you take a cart when you go hunting? You do like finding the heavy metal
Hey Dan O! I don't see tons here either especially not that much at one table.
I'm kinda upset about that Proto too, but maybe Dude was just fed up while he was working on something..
Yes i take a cart most of the time. I'm getting too old to carry vises across the Market now. LOL.
Take care Buddy!
Blackhawk items.
Thanks Brother!
That Snap On "awl" looks like a test light missing the spring, bulb, cap and test lead. What's the part number??
I think you might be right, I'll take a better look at it and see if i can get the part number next time I'm out in the shop.
Don't worry...I'm still undecided on the neighbor's house...
What's holding ya back?
Favorite ~ Athol Vise.........65 lbs, 13 Bucks in 1913....No idea what year yours is.
65 lbs. sounds about right. I paid a bit more than $13. 😅. From what I've been told it's somewhere between 1880 to 1923.
I hate when they put vice grips on a plastic handle best way I found to deal with that is just a little bit of heat and slowly melt it back to its original shape
Thanks Larry! I'm sure we can get it a little better looking and I was thinking i might try some heat.
Hey Brother! Thank You! I'll get up with ya sometime soon. Take care My Friend.
