This trainset was detrained at Jurong East Platform B/C due to a train fault that occured. 641/642 was dispatched from CHD to replace 081/082 and run T321. All passengers in this video are safe! Passengers that was on the train managed to board a KSFA that came 1 minute after the faulty train had departed. As for 081/082, this train was withdrawn to UPD. 071/072 then had to transfer from UPD to CHD in lieu of this incident.

What is wrong with the passengers here nowadays? Announcement repeatedly say “pls do not board” and the RATiS also say do not board people so dumb and board the train. If the train captain did not remind them they would have ended up being at the depot.

The incident happens most of the time at Joo Koon where I see the dumb people board the train that is heading towards sidlings. Today i saw one passenger still in the train looking at the handphone & never aware after the train terminated at Joo Koon. The TC said "This train service ends at Joo Koon. All passengers please alight. Please do not board this train thank you." One passenger did not aware of the TC announcement and keeps dreaming in the train even though it was a DNB train. The TC has to repeat it twice for all the passengers to aware that the train terminated at the specific station instead of the terminus station.
