It seems that the fastest vehicle is just death. Because say you feel like there’s nothing more to experience in Italy. Yet I feel like the experience is endless and I don’t have any desire to leave yet. So this metaphor was a bit confusing to me
I guess, I’d like to go to Italy, while still remembering what it felt like to be an Englishman, and also knowing that I am an Italian and German and Russian, also a woman, a plant and an insect. I will come back either way, it’s inevitable

What you describe is the natural process because after thousands of lifetimes you as a soul are telling you mind it's had enough of this because every lifetime is basically the same . I myself from the age of 4 had this feelings of going back and have been meditating for over 40+ years.
Well this blew my mind a little, ive been on the road with this for a while, 4 years ive bèen dilugently meditating, learnig , coming across sage advice, breathwork of late has been my go to, and its been wonderful and tough, i had pellowah monday, and it knocked me on my @###, and ever since ive felt hollw and depressed and nonchalant with every thing, even to the point ive not wanted to meditate or do any breath work, i had to force myself and did skip days, and even when doing it, i wasnt doing it, so frustrating, even contracted covid the following day. One grumpy dude. Feel alot better about things now learning soemthig new from you, never wven consdiered all the work ive been doing is to maybe feel something for myself, to atain something physicaly in a way, the journey is the way back, its to the devine and not necessarily to feel energy move, my heart light up, to see mystical, to have those mad dreams. Ive been feelign lost for a while, and its left me thinking shoukd i just step off the road and go back to the old me,

The energy is very important
Very very important
Because if you succeed to deep down in the energy
You'll be able to untangle the history of duality you've put your body on
Only then once untangle all in non dual
Only then you can see all the stamps your ego have put on.
You will be enlightened
More over, you'll sense all the blockages your body has to get on rest, to return the glowing health back on
I'm not smarter than you
But I can only speak this way only when you are up there
That's why I really thank you for leading us in our wisdom
Or could be that your are the light that wake us up
To be the best versions of ourselves
Thank you for being the light for us to follow and re-discover
The magic happens when you just throw some idea, some statement, and since it's imperfect we all try to nail it down for ourselves
And that's the real role of the Master
To awake wisdom mastery on our way up

This remembrance of the divine concept is also mentioned in the sacred Gita in Hinduism, interesting!

Thanks for the video! Question: You say 'once you are satisfied and have experienced sufficiently, you can start looking to go home'. Does this mean I have to be content with the life experience I've had to become realised? What if there's more I want to experience in life, can I still be realised while attached to my life?
You can still be in the world and enjoy life, but not attached to it, no. One foot in the world, one in the spiritual world. Or as Jesus said, “be in the world, but not of it.”

It’s a bit like a token of gratitude. If you think everything is Divine. So everything we experience, both good and bad is also the Divine. I a sense, what we are doing is saying “thank you so much for this *insert experience* as a token of humility and gratitude, I’d like to offer it back to you.”
Of course, God doesn’t need it, all we are really doing is offering a manifestation of the Divine back to itself, but it is the meaning behind the action. Also, every time you do this, you are putting yourself in touch with the Divine. This greatly helps to progress us along the path. It also helps to remind us that all is God.
What does is mean (practically) to remember the divine? I ask from a standpoint of someone who partially did it via psylocibin and meditation/pranayama breathing exercises more than once. I'm assuming one just doesn't go around thinking "i remember it". Maybe a video on it would help? Thanks for your work. Love you Ben
Talk to the divine in your mind. Literally chat as if you were speaking to a friend. Pray throughout the day. Repeat a mantra that you feel represents the Divine. In doing these things, you’re keep it on your mind 🙏

Thinking is the chattering process of Ego mirroring itself
"Remember the divine" I'd define as feeling the deeper Love in you towards Everything.
Though "Love" is so damn hollow useless cliche. Trying to avoid cliche, one could use "thinking". That is why our language is so confusing and becoming obsolete and insufficient sharing ideas. On that note you've experienced some psylocibin, so you have experience with yourself outside the lingual cognitive constructs. That's a great jump showing you potential that is waiting to be discovered. A trip just to barely "see" what is waiting for you if you progress further and deeper in meditation and awareness.
I just elaborate my point of view and not at all trying to be Ben's prompter.

People wouldn’t give me the time of day if they don’t see any credibility immediately. Especially in my case being young and looking nothing like a meditation teacher
