I agree. The divine has no societal conditioning around our bodily functions. But I also think it’s helpful to just go with certain cultural norms - esp those that are deeply rooted in our programming.

    1. Don't fear God
    2. Respect and honor God the way you do your parents.
    3. Be still, be silent and listen God is everywhere, everything (this includes you) 24/7.
    3. Gratitude prayer before sleep and ask for protection from the "Knights of the Darkness" while you're sleeping and when youre awake.
    4. Meditate - set a timer for 30 min. and just sit with your eyes closed, don't move (at all) don't engage in conversations with your thoughts.
    4. Shower and driving is the best because you are not distracted by any sound but the water, listen to your thoughts carefully.
    5. God communicates with you through your emotions. Pay attention how your heart feels when you have a thought, is it opening up or is it closing down. Your heart is God's loudspeaker.
    6. When in bed in the dark with your eyes closed, you hear a sound, can be like bizzing of electricity, or bees, or chimes, some kind of constant stream of sound it's the sound of Father/Mother God the Godhead.
    Only communicate with the Godhead.❤

    Sorry Ben,
The reason why I'm writing is because you are there
So thanks for the great inspiration
    So,
    Here is the recipe:
    0 Be humble
    1 Meditate
    2 Become Aware
3 You'll experience the greatest "goodness"
The reason why the "Divinity" calls us be "Good"?
    That means,
Be humble, meditate, become aware, and only then you will experience the "Good" in its purest possible primordial "Goodness".
Be Good is not a call for action
Be Good is the most primordial feeling, but you have to achieve it
And the achievement is not by running Good fighting Bad
Good and Bad is the spiral
You can see it only in awareness
For the daily life Good and Bad is endless drama we should choose
Once being Aware, you are not having drama anymore
    Because you are Aware
Aware means to know everything in everyone
Then you don't have drama, because you don't have fears
You are seeing it all, tracking every single twist
    Hence not fearing
But that doesn't make you feel the greatest alpha power
You are all with good and bad
    In the non dual
It takes significant amount of energy to form the sphere of awareness
    Your awareness protected
Only then you'll see everything in all and all in everything. You'll get in Nirvana.
You will fall asleep in bliss
    Dreaming all
    Falling from Awareness
You will forget the physical world and its entanglements in darkness.
When looking the below you'll see people looking at you asking how to get with you up there
But you forgetting their struggle will lazily answer them "Bee Good"
For them "Bee Good" sounds like cliche nonsense
    And will ignore you,
    or even hate you
That is why we getting down the earth to remember
Because neither earth neither heaven is our stop
    But the movement in between
    Be Aware

This is wonderful, Ben! I love these suggestions.

    Another issue
The call for mediation should be triggered not that you are rejected from the physical world
Not to hide from the physical realization
The utmost urge for mediation means to become master of yourself
    Then you will be happy
Because all your actions will be synced throughout your entire existence as awareness and physical realization

    …….our Life is a living meditation……
I’ve practiced all these things for a very long time. And although life has continued to happen (challenges, heartbreak, etc) I have been able to move through them with increasing Grace and peace. And I am able to rest in a mostly open and loving heart. I hope many people are able to sense the wisdom in these ways of living and being.

Agree with almost all you've said
    But before elaborate my point
I really have to say thank you because you are the one staying there and remind us to self reflect 🙂
So the different angle in my perspective is about 2 points,
that doesn't mean I reject though,
I just have slightly different perspective
    so here it goes:
    - 1st - I personally am not any longer so humble throughout the day. Because putting myself small, is like a spring that will get compressed and will tear at some point in anger. Because the good and bad are the same feeling with different direction. And I strongly believe we should not chase being good, but being aware and have the non-dual awareness.
On the other hand really strong deep levels of meditation can happen only by the greatest possible humbleness imaginable.
And that is a fundamental key.
One should never mistaken being good will give deep knowledge,
But in a sense exactly being intentionally good, trains you in humbleness.
So not that being good will open the great door of mystery , but being good will train your humbleness which in turn is essential for the deep levels of meditation.
    - 2nd different perspective I have is of my "daily contact" with the Divine.
For me getting in contact with the Divine has the purpose to "center myself".
I will explain what does that mean for me with a very good example:
    Imagine a "whipping-top".
It is in balance only when it is centered and spinning.
You should have accepted the whole "Maya" as a play around you.
    Don't reject neither accept.
    It is just a play.
    This is very powerful "example-mantra"
The whipping-top if not in motion will always fall, that is why you should never get attached to anything in the life.
End of attachment will free and center you. Then the question is: If I spin around myself, does that seems natural? inherent?
    The answer is yes.
What is spinning around is your "body energy" accumulated by yourself by knowing yourself. Knowing your body energy. Having the deep sense of your body energy.
What is the purpose of such sort of "Divine daily contact" is just to center myself and move throughout the challenges I have during the day, without wasting energy and saving myself from troubles.
Being able to always choose the path with least resistance and better option short and long term
Nonetheless, I'm not trying to play the smart guy, rather I'm motivated to share my perspective, because you inspire me and I thank you and appreciate 🙂

I’m one of those that can’t say a thankful prayer over my food, but what I’ve learned to do is see myself as the Divine experiencing earth life. I go into the moment and savor every bite or sip. Be in the moment. I do this in many activities. When I did this in hospice with my Dad, it was a game changer.
It is so different for me. The energy of praying is very separating, where experiencing as the Divine is very permeable.
And yes this angst came from being raised in patriarchal Christianity. I don’t resent Christianity, but my spirituality has evolved. ❤

When I get negative/sad feeling I ask the divine to detach me from that feeling and imagine cutting a rope/thread with scissors and slowly go to my neutral state while doing japa. This helps me not dwell in negativity too long.
If I am too happy - I thank the divine for that happiness and try to settle in my still/neutral zone by doing mantra or japa & slowly get my mind to focus on a form.
I'll have to adopt your method of offering food before eating food. Thank you!

Thank you Ben. Because I am trying to shift a serious illness, every move I make has to be done with care (must be in the now) otherwise I can do damage because of poor bloodflow and blood pressure. Regularly thanking my body (the Divine) for all she does for me every moment of everyday is so important. It's become a strong bond if cooperation and respect. I get special communication every so often from her to help with my journey. Indeed at times its something else I need to lift my strength and improve my healing. The silent voice that is very loud. It's amazingly beautiful and so special and always such a surprise. Mudras are a passion where I feel very connected. I feel the closeness of the Divine as I say them. I read up about them before I commenced and learnt various sensation can occur as connection happens. Yawning being one of them. If I have focus I begin to yawn, if I lose focus it backs away. Focus and intention to further our connected is so important. The tone in which it is sung or said also important for me. I enjoy many of them but my favourite is the long Gayatri Mantra. Thank you for your precious work. ❤

We have this idea that God has sent us but the truth of the matter is, we came here to chase our idols... To get to the idols, we follow the guidance, which our emotional guiding system. What feels good is in alignment with the Divine, what feels bad is not in alignment with the Divine... That is as simple as it can be. Beliefs create thoughts, thoughts create feelings, feelings create actions and actions become the behavior...

    • @p14men
      @p14men หลายเดือนก่อน +1

"We have this idea that God has sent us..."
Yes, that is the first step,
But then once experience all that
      And has become mature enough
You won't any longer want "have this ideas God has sent us"
You now will want instead of having ideas, to experience yourself
And then you come to realization there is no good and bad, It's just a position we are currently in in the dual reality we live
The new paradigm is that in order to evolve any further we should evolve beyond good and bad into the non dual fabric of life
Otherwise, we should accept that we are dogs in the Pavlov's dog experiment
Where we are the dog salivating the "Good" food under the nose.
People's evolution is not to be the Pavlov's dog, but to evolve further into non-dual
Then we are not going to salivate saliva upon the Good, instead you'll be in the nirvana of seeing all at once, but that happens only in the non-dual awareness
      This is where meditation comes

    the people issue's
They are unable to "afford" the full relaxation
Everything in this world fights for your energy
Every external stimuli wants your attention
You are so caught into matrix
You are unable to fully relax
Because even when you are "relaxed"
You are so deeply incaged that your energy is just blocked into your space-mind
The only thing you can experience during such "relaxation" is the laziness and daily brake energy catch up
    But nothing more
    How I see it:
One should work onto his liberation
To be enlightened enough to afford spend the "relaxation"
    Then your energy will "flow"
And fulfill the needed vacuum for awareness.
As if you are not feeling the vacuum means your consciousness is being completely caught into the matrix

Randomly I’ll talk to the divine and remember to see them in everything.
7:00 I’ll go about looking at the sink as the divine, but sometimes I’d be silly and be like ‘my poop is the divine’.
And I don’t mean it in a disrespectful way but in a playful one. If I were the divine and I heard my ‘child’ say that, I’d play along and be like ‘I am your poop’. Sort of how good mates can say almost anything to each other and it doesn’t matter because they know it’s a joke and they love each other.
Is it the same with the divine because I don’t want to come off as disrespectful? I end up holding back sometimes but then I worry I may not be being authentic in our relationship.

I mean that's fine if you feel that's the right way to go about it, but the way I understand it you are not here project Divinity onto an external entity by mentally thinking about it all all day.

I have been struggling to clear my mind during meditation, but I had an experience in my dreams. I dreamt of having a strong sensation on the right front area of the brain, it felt illuminated yellow, and an amazing feeling, I greeted it by saying 'hello, Jesus'. Really weird. Do you think this was related to my recent efforts in meditation or just a random dream?

I will help answer based on my experience. What you experience can include part of the spiritual itself, the fact that the dream is connected to intuition and the third eye

Talking about his mantra meditation ring: Praying for/to krishna while touching Jesus face seems odd

Not when you realise they represent the one God.

Thanks, but all of what you’re advising us to do is really just “damage control”. Everyone watching this video made the same mistake of choosing to come back to Earth once again and make physical experiences a priority; despite the associated suffering that goes along with that. So we’re stuck here for the time being. And though “seeing The Divine in everything” will help us a bit, what we should really be praying for (with the hope of finally getting it planted in our thick heads) is this. After we die and are then sitting in the astral plane and deciding what the plan should be for our next Earth life, we finally come to our senses and say, “I choose to not go back there....ever again.”
