Good advice. Definitely you should do anaerobic as well as increasingly difficult aerobic exercise. The anaerobic exercise will convert fat to muscle and bone for several days after your workout.
Kettle bell swinging is without a doubt the best all around strength/cardio workout together. Toss in a concept 2 rowing workout and u b kicking ask. Both are low impact exercises that move the whole body as one.

After 3 days ketosis kicks in and the body switches from burning sugar to fat. Then it can be a kilo lost in a night bcuz i lose weight during sleep not while awake. I lost 12 kilos 24 pounds in 12 days. Then i did put back 6 kilos bcuz i eat unhealthy. I was 140 kg now 128, on second fasting.
Dont do all this. I did 10 day water fasting. My mood was horrible, and i did loose weight but gaines back all Water fasting is fine for detoxification you can do it for 24hours... Thats it
I still don't get why are people talking about losing weight. In my school probably 2 or 3 people are obese. We barely get enough to eat at lunch especially after Michelle Obama. And most people I see aren't that big.
