However if they overdo it the market will always be right (924 Bel Air which was at 250m but sold at a fair 94m). Not an expert but I suppose it's how it works? I'm trying to understand too.
northscylla it is a very attractive way of selling if the price drops with more than 50% but let’s not forget you also have to attract some buyers, if you price it too high, like they did in the video. People won’t be interrested because of the price. If they would price it lower there will be a lot more people interrested in this property. Then you will have people compete with higher prices. I believe this is a more efficient way. Attract as much buyers as possible but I don’t know im also just learning

I trust that they are pulling from the market around them and I do know Vail is one of the most expensive places to live not only in Colorado, but the US. The location plays a huge factor. Either way, I am not in real estate so I just watch these videos for enjoyment and not critically. If other people want to do so, they are more than welcome! I'm sure this home will be perfect for someone who is very wealthy and they will negotiate the specifics together. :-)

Just so everyone knows in Colorado you expect to pay over 1 million dollars for a 5 bedroom house with a small yard, lots of neighbors, and sometimes no view. In the mountains house go for close to double then in the Denver area. Also if anyone is wondering I’m from Colorado.
