Thanks for the update! Very clear. 🙂👌 HS2 would have transformed the area.
Though offices are important Covid19/Working From Home changed the dial. Office building seems to have slumped, be it House of Fraser (Kendals), Rylands or as in your view Mayfield. One Cathedral Square even has a padel court planned at least temporarily!
